My gosh, where to begin!! On 9-27-2018 I received an estimate from a Derek at ATS Electric, several weeks later I called in to ATS with a question talked to David and was told I would get a call back . NO, I called back several days later and was told Derek was no longer employed and would have to begin the process once again I agreed and Mark comes to my home to get another estimate.On 11-8 he sends estimate. I call to accept and David HR tells me I would be contacted .Without answering my questions, Stephanie calls on 11-8 and leaves a message that she needed 1/2 down to schedule.I call on 11-14, I said I didn't want to pay $2000 weeks before installation. We lock down 11-28 for install told her I would pay on 11-26.I call once again and get David HR and he states I'm not even on the schedule. Needless to say I freak out because I made it clear to Stephanie I was taking a day off without pay on the 28th. so Stephanie calls and says she didn't have my appt. scheduled for sure, maybe she thought I was not serious and mutiple times declares she has only been with ATS a couple of months.Now I'm starting to worry. We finalize the 28th I call to pay on 26th WOW no one in office to take my payment WHAT I say and am told because of the holiday. Also was told by Stephanie that I had to pull the permit from City of Scottsdale. WRONG!! Sheduled for the 28th no calls.Then Stephanie calls SRP my carrierl 11-27, SRP then scrambles to get to my home and of course I was at work.SRP comes on the day of install and explains NOT HAPPENING TODAY we need to approve design and order the proper panel.SRP releases the design 11-28 Prior to this Stephanie schedules for 12-6 for install without knowing the protocall for SRP to disconnect and inspect. What kind of business employs a novice to do a job of scheduling . REALLY! Today is the day of 2nd install another day wages LOST, because Stephanie calls SRP again and without consulting me the customer,schedules it for the 12-20, I have guests in to visit I say reschedule due to no power for 1/2 day.Stephanie and I agree as well as SRP was wide open for 1-2 and she calls me 8:20 this morning to say ATS can't fit in to my "parameters" and the job is canceled I told her you realize that all of this falls on your INEXPERIENCE!!! She hung up on me! I wonder if the proprietor of ATS is aware of all the excuses I received including the other power company in the valley APS was much easier to work with, not withstanding there a silver lining to every cloud ATS will not be my contractor just thought someone should be aware that a total lack of experience even to installer who did not even recognize that the power meter was a 3 phase meter thought I had 3 phase to box but had to return to confirm that I had 3 phase at meter. Finally if MISS STEPHANIE had done her job with due diligence she would have pulled the permit on 11-14 or days later and called SRP to schedule I would have had my panel changed on 11-28 but of course that didn't happen as I'm sure she blames me even after telling her several times I didn't want to open a can of worms because the best laid plans always have gliches how could she be so NAIVE ??? Also requested hard copy on contract , Stephanie tried several times to discourage saying E-mail estimate was contract UGH!

The installation was great. Looks perfect. Instructions and information from Will were great. On time and well done! I feel I found a company to use again!

They told me to have a drywall person come out to reduce the size of the holes around the lighting fixture after they removed the can lights and they would come back. I decided to by a cover that would fit under the fixture to enclose the holes. When the put up the fans I discovered that the 2 way switch did not work and the security lights were connected to the fans. I had to make another appointment to have the original electrician come out. After he left I notice that one of the security lights was still connected to the fans. He had to come back again. I was only charged for the 2 visits but they had to come out 4 times until the lighted worked correctly.

Very well - Appointment was set up promptly and electrician was on time and very professional.

I'm very happy with the job that was done. The room we needed the fan installed in didn't have attic access, but Michael was able to fish the line through without causing any unnecessary, or unsightly damage. I would use them again for future projects!

Everything went extremely well. Represenatative wss very knowledgeable and efficient since I ws paying by the hour.

Excellent job except for one light on a multi-light chandelier is not working. I had a brain fart and forgot to get light bulbs so we couldn't test it out while he was there, so it's partially on me. He worked efficiently and I am satisfied with all aspects of the service. I felt safe with him in my house too, which is a big plus for a single woman. (Sorry I can't remember his name!)

It is clear from the reviews I read, that this organization performs excellent work. My disappointment is that I never had an opportunity to see their work. They advertised a special of 2 hours of electrical work for $99. I have three Internet connected wall switches I wanted install by a certified electrician. This special seemed to be the answer, since they also indicated they did home automation. To be sure they could deal with the devices I had purchased I sent them a message through Angie’s List. When I didn’t get a response, I sent a follow up. Again, no response! If they felt it was not a job they could do, I would have been disappointed, but certainly would have understood and pursued another electrician. But they never responded to either message. This is the reason for the rating. If someone doesn’t want to perform the work, that is one thing, but to not even acknowledge someone’s message is at the very least not being courteous. I had hoped to be writing an excellent review. Sorry I didn’t have the opportunity.

It went very well. They sent a very nice, helpful young man.

We had an excellent experience with ATS Electric. Zane was the electrician that came out. He was the most organized, meticulous, and clean electrician I have ever worked with. He was really conscientious about how to work while preserving our drywall in its best state. And the lights work fantastically. We will use ATS again when we need any other electrical projects done.

Paid for $99.00 for two hours of service through Angie's List. Reached out to the company to schedule service. They said that they did not have an availability that week. I responded that is fine, when during the following week could they come out. I never received a response. I asked for a refund from Angie's List.

Smooth. Could have been a bit more focused on aesthetics of where the new outlet and waterproof box was positioned but all in all looks good and works at a fair price.

They did a good job, they were as priced.

The service provider came out and was here for 40 minutes and did no labor. They only did an inspection and advised me what I needed replaced which I was already aware of. I spoke with them over the phone and told them what I needed to have done before they came out.

Doesn't do what I needed. Very nice gentleman.

Very badly. I called three times to get an appointment. When i finally was given one I waited 3 hours and no one showed. I called the company and was told that they remembered making the appointment but could not find it.

The electrician immediately told me he was leaving the company the following week. He installed the timer switches, and programmed them (supposedly) but none of them were programmed as I had requested. I believe he sabotoged all of his programming since he was leaving ATS (or perhaps being fired/let go). He also charged me at a higher rate than was quoted on Angie's List. I did call ATS and they immediately refunded the difference.

Wonderful. I always call ATS for electrical service.

They did the installation and did it really well. It looks nice but there was some drywall dust left from the hole in my ceiling that I had to clean up.

I am still waiting for a resonse and refund from Angie's list and the company. The guy called said he was late but was coming. I changed by whole day to accommodate their schedule and he no-showed, didn't even call and didn't answer when I called him. Office called the following week to reschedule. I requested a refund and haven't heard from them or Angie's list. I WOULD NOT use them.

he left my bathroom sink countertops a MESS. There was drywall dust and pieces of drywall all over the place. I should have removed my items like perfume, toothbrush and whatnot before he started working had I known he would not cover this area or ask me to remove my personal items. I feel if you do the work you clean up your mess. He left a huge hole in the drywall. I know he is the electrician but I feel if he was more careful the hole would have been smaller and easier to patch. He was also very to the appointment and acted indifferent about that, he took only the top portion off the fluorescent lights. he checked the outlet and said the top plug was ok it was "hot" and worked using the light switch.
