It went very well. The technician was excellent and knowledgeable and the whole project completed to my satisfaction.

The workman called and was able to come a bit early. He quickly took care of the problem and was very polite and professional.

Just ok ... somewhat of an attitude

Problem was fixed without any additional charges.

Initially electrician merely walked back and forth as if he could not figure where the problem was. We knew that the first guy did not attach a particular wire that came with the sensor unit. I knew I had a 2-3 pole sensor, But he insisted that we needed a new sensor after about 90 minutes because the one attached was faulty. He was authorized to go to the box store and purchase what was need to fix the problem and we were up charged for the purchase plus an additional 30 service cost. I'm not surprised about the up charge but I feel that he wasted time deliberately to charge for more than the 2 hours that was purchased through Angie's list.

Very well. Will was very professional and tenacious with his tasks.

The lights look great and are well secured which he tested to insure they operated correctly (dusk to dawn). I figured 30 mins. a fixture but he completed everything in about 1.5 hrs and he could of done more for me but I wasn't prepared so you might want to make sure you have enough projects for him if you buy their deal package. I want to put in ceiling fans, recessed lighting etc.; I will definitely use this company for all my electrical work (also have rentals). The lady in the office is super nice and helpful too. I am elated when I get this kind service and quality workmanship at a excellent price point and I want to spread the good word.

All done with speedy professionalism and the follow up was phenomenal. I would hire ATS back for any and all electrical work to be done. I give them a Triple AAA rating.

Very detailed and asked lots of questions to avoid variables during the project. Quality and attention to detail was incredible. Very polite and clean. Job started on time and finished earlier than date given. Everything works great and I am very pleased.

Electrician was finished in under one hour. However, he did not complete the work on two outlets. I called the office to reschedule and the problems were corrected.

Had to come out twice (didn't charge for 2nd visit) to get it fixed permanently.

Service person was punctual and efficient. Got all the work done within the 2-hour period of the deal (was a little concerned about the ceiling fan, but it was a replacement of existing one so okay).

It was a great service. I am a big fan of Angie's List. He was awesome, I liked it. He was really knowledgeable, cool dude. I would refer him to anybody. The price was fair. He did a great job and I would use him again.

Installation was done well and he was very professional.

They were a no-show at the original schedule with no notice. They were a no-show at the re-schedule later the same day. No-show at the re-re-schedule later that week. They changed my schedule 3 times without notifying me. Finally had to cancel my service and receive a refund from AL.

I purchased the $99 deal. Zane replaced a GFI in the garage that had caused the bathroom and outdoor outlets to stop working, and replaced a power switch to the garbage disposal. The work was completed quickly and everything was inspected to ensure it was working properly. Zane was very friendly and professional; listening to, and answering all of our questions. Would use this company again.

I signed up for the "Special Deal", $99 for two hours of work. I was thinking I could have a couple of projects completed. However, the electrician said the second project was just too long for the deal. As a result, I paid $99 for what should have been a 30 minute job at most. Not happy with that.

The workman came over -- he said he was working on a larger job not far from me. He said he could only do the electrical outlet; everything would take more time. It took him an hour or so to put in the electrical outlet. He put in the wrong size, and the actual outlet was crooked. And he chipped the paint. It stopped working a couple months later. The second electrician who fixed my outlet said the original guy did not put in the right size box and did something else wrong. It had to be replaced. Maybe this guy was in a hurry but it was a disappointing experience.

arrived on time explained what had to be done, went right to work it was done in a timley and professional manner, will definitely hire again and will recommend to friends and family

Troy was the head electrician on this project and he and the other electrician were fantastic- punctual, knowledgeable, efficient and tidy. The hourly rate for such good work would be a bargain at twice the price. Highly recommend!!!
