It went better than I thought, due to Cory's suggestion to just change the panel to include outlets in an existing light box rather than cut a new hole and run a new wire. It was done quickly and works great. The box in the wall was loose so even though everything was installed tightly, there was an issue. He came back out right away and took care of it. Would recommend and will use again.

Went great. Arrived right on time, was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Cleaned up after completing the job. Everything looks terrific. Would definitely use again.

When we bought the coupon for $99.00 for 2 hours of electrical work, this website stated the contractor would call us and I entered a note stating to please call after 3:00 and I entered my home phone number. They sent me an email that went into a spam folder and I did not see it for over a week. We were wondering why they didn't call us. On the day of service (Feb. 5, 2016) he arrived about an hour late but did call to say he was going to be late. We do not have an issue with that. We wanted to install a pendant light over our kitchen sink connected to a switch on the back splash. He said the only way he could do this is to drill a hole (that I would have to patch) in the wall of the kitchen as his drill would not fit under the roof in the attic. By the time my Son could tell him not to do this, he had marked the hole in the ceiling with permanent marker and poked his saw through the ceiling. He was in such a hurry that even though I had marked the ceiling (with pencil) where we wanted the center of the light to be, he drew that hole off-center. The light would not have hung right (centered on the windows) even if this work was completed. I have 2 issues with the way this handled. First, this person was not even prepared to run wires from the attic (the way it should have been done) as it would require two people to do so. One person upstairs and another downstairs to feed the wires through. That was not an option for him before he even got to our house and I believe that is why he wanted to damage my kitchen to complete the job. Second, any electrician should have a right angle drill in their toolbox and I believe that would work in this case to drill the required hole upstairs thereby removing the need to drill through my kitchen wall. I believe the goal was to get in my house and do the work very quickly and get out. I could have blasted a hole in my kitchen wall to install this if that was an acceptable option for me. We hired professionals because we wanted it done properly and without damage. What we got is someone that just wanted to get it done as quickly as possible no matter the damage caused. He was only here for a few minutes before we told him not to proceed. That few minutes that left me with repair work and no light, and has now cost us $99.00. We are very disappointed in the unprofessional service and feel that we have been ripped off. We will never use this company again and we not sure we can trust other Angie's list contractors.

I used this company for my home and now needed some work done for my business. The ceilings are very high and the lights are halogen. Corey came out and fixed the issue. A day later the light went out again. He came right back out and fixed it under warranty. Great work and price!

The service went well. The electrician was able to to provide what I had asked for in a professional manner. However an electrical switch was broken during the installation and the electrician did not want to take responsibility, saying that the switch box was old and was bound to brake at some point.

Nick arrived right on time and did an excellent job. He matched the color and style of the wall plates and had good suggestions about placement of the outlet. I prepaid using the Angie's list special of $99 for 2 hours of service and he completed all of this in two hours and was also able to install an outlet cover on a patio outlet. I couldn't be more pleased with the work and will definitely use ATS for future electrical work.

The tech was suppose to come between 7-10 and he arrive right at 7 am. I had requested two technicians to come out because I had paid 99.00 for 2 hours of electrical service and I had a lot of work for them to do. I did not want to go broke on this. When only one tech arrived I was upset a little because I felt one person was not enough for the amount of work to get done in a timely manner. So I just waited to see how fast he worked. I opened all the boxes prior to help speed the install along and had sat everything where it needed to be installed prior. To my surprise he moved very quickly. Overall I believe it took him a total of 5 hours. So I had to paid an additional 55.00 per hours so I had already paid the 100.00 for two hours then I paid for the additional 3 hours. Two techs would have been much faster but overall I'm still satisfied with the service provided. I will use them again. The only thing that I just noticed is that a wire is sticking out of my light that was installed over my dining room table. I am going to call them to see if they will come back to hide that wire. And he charged me for washers that he said he used. I wasn't aware that I was going to have to pay for those small things.. But it is what it is.

Troy was on time, very knowledgeable, answered all my questions patiently, did excellent work quickly, explained the costs in detail, and cleaned up after himself. What more could I want? I would definitely call ATS again and would request Troy. He drove 2+ hours from Buckeye to Apache Junction and was still prompt at 7:00 am, as scheduled. He also pointed out some termite damage to the wood that he discovered while in the attic.

We had a great experience with ATS. Will was very friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed our GFI outlets and tuned up a few things for us. It was a very nice experience, we would recommend this company. : )

He was honest and told us exactly what the problem was. We authorized the expense for the replacement part. All was done well.

This is our second time using ATS Electric Inc. and couldn't be more pleased. PJ Howard was great! He was personable and professional. He was very helpful in providing useful information about our electrical issue and went above and beyond to fix the problem; he even got on the phone with the customer service department to make sure they understood why warranty work was applicable to our issue. Excellent service.

I purchased the Angie's deal - $99 for two hours of labor. ATS Electrical was very responsive to scheduling an appointment. They were able to accommodate my limited schedule with no problem. The technician, Will, showed up exactly when scheduled. He was very knowledgeable and able to answer many questions regarding my home and wiring. He installed a new light fixture and switch, then took the time to inspect my fuse box for loose connections as my home has aluminum wiring. He was able to make recommendations for alternate ways to fix the aluminum wiring. I have several more electrical projects and will definitely be utilizing their services again.

Everything was arranged promptly and Troy the electrician was just great, punctual, professional and a great representative for ATS. Work was done well, and we got a lot done in the 2 hours.. I would completely use ATS again, and have no problems recommending..

It went fine. I had started the project but got confused rewiring the switch socket and had to leave the wires exposed. Technician was here within 2 hours, putting aside a less urgent job and had my problems fixed within 3 hours of making the appointment!

Great. He did all of the little things that I needed done at the home, including replace GFIC's, noisy fans, etc.
