I was very happy with this experience. I got a good machine installed at a good price. They were prompt and very professional.

Prompt, Professional, great communication. no problems.

We had a persistent leak in our AC system and the home warranty company (Old Republic) ended up sending Arizona TradeMasters after 5 or 6 other contractors could not fix it. They diagnosed that the coil had to be replaced and mentioned that the home warranty would give us a buyout amount that we could use towards replacing the whole unit that was pretty old. Leonard - who turns out to be the owner - called and quoted some prices over the phone for replacing the unit. The prices were pretty good and I asked him what was included and he said that installation and taxes were. When I asked for a written quote, the prices were much higher. Talking to Leonard, he said that the first price he gave me did not include sales tax but the written quote did. I am 100% certain that he said sales tax was included when he quoted me the price over the phone because I asked him specifically to confirm it. When I questioned him on this he became aggressive. Typical BAIT AND SWITCH TACTIC.

The technician Robert came on time. Worked on both units, reported back to me with a detailed explanation of what he had just done. Answered all my questions and even provided good information on a future air conditioner purchases.

The technician arrived to my home on time, very nice and professional. Asked what I had experienced with the a/c and I explained what happened before it stopped working. The technician then went up on the roof and diagnosed the problem, he then called my home warranty company, OneGuard Home Warranties, received authorization to make repairs and had my air conditioner up and running within 30 minutes of arrival. The technician stayed at the home for a little while to make sure the temperature was cooling inside my home, while cleaning up after himself. I greatly appreciated the time and attention he gave to my a/c unit, making the diagnosis and repair. Great Job AZ Trade Masters!!!

The technician that came out was wonderful and thoroughly explained everything that he needed to do. It was a simple replacement and since we had a homeowner's policy that covered repairs for it, it ended up just costing us $75.00. Another company I contacted stated it would $88.00 just to come out, and that would not include labor and parts. I was so happy I found them, and I would be happy to use them again.

They were really good.

What I like is if we called with a problem, they would be out either that day or first thing in the morning. The people that came to do the work were very personable and very polite. They treated my house with respect. They did not mess around, they got busy and they worked instead of lousing around and taking breaks. They had it all under control. They said they were going to be there at nine and they were there at nine and started working. They were great. They are a really nice company to work with. I never shopped around because I knew they do good work from my prior experiences with them, and so I just went with them. I thought it was a good deal because I not only got a trade but they also they ran a new vent into another room for me, and they put it all in. That price included service, labor, and a really cool thermostat that came with it. They came out, sat down, and showed us how to program it. It is a hi-tech thermostat that I could program via Wi-Fi. They were here for an hour going over with me on how to work it, on how to hook my phone and my computer to it. It was great.
