Fantastic. They did a great job and were in and out in less than an hour. The tile looks like new! We were on a bit of a deadline as we had new carpet being installed the same week, and they were able to squeeze us in the next day.

It went very smoothly. He moved almost all the furniture and replaced it when he finished. He was very thorough cleaning the floors and offered maintenance suggestion going forward.

I left a message for this provider on a Friday and never received a return phone call. I called back a few days later and spoke with Cody. I explained my needs and he asked me to send him pictures. I sent pictures within the next hour but never hear from him. Apparently he doesn't have a need for anymore business.

They arrived prior to the designated appointment time and efficiently and professionally performed the services requested. The results were excellent and would definitely use them again.

It was good. The tile was incredibly dirty so it looks much better now. I was surprised they could walk on it right away...not sure how that type of sealer holds up over time...

The grout looks exactly the same as it did before the cleaning service was performed - dirty. The customer service was excellent (great communication in particular), but unfortunately, I didn't achieve good results. At the end of the day, it's all about results, which is the reason for my low rating.

I got a coupon from Angles list for $115 for 300 sq. ft. work I paid .35 for each sq.ft. over. They measured and wirked efficintly and quickly. Great to work with them.

The quality of the work was great. However, it was scheduled for a Friday around noon. They encountered delays at other jobs, so they never made it to my house that day. I totally understand that things like this happen, but the communication throughout the afternoon was horrible, and it wasn't until after 4:00 that I found out that they weren't coming at all. I waited all afternoon for their arrival, and could have been working. It was a wasted afternoon filled with frustration.

The service went fine. I paid an additional fee to have them polish the travertine. Two technicians came out and completed the job in a couple hours. They were confident workers and did what they did what they said they would. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

Great experience with Arizona Tile and Stone Specialist. They were able to schedule our appointment on short notice. On the day of service, they called ahead of time to let us know they were on their way. They arrived on time and completed a quality job - the grout looks so much better! There was some existing staining in the grout and they explained why it was not totally removed. Their price was very fair. I was really impressed with the communication. With several recent unsatisfactory experiences with other contractors/service providers, it was refreshing to have a very positive experience. So thank you, Arizona Tile and Stone Specialist!
