Amy was accommodating on getting me scheduled. They were on time and did an excellent job. They were in and out quickly and it took no time for my grout to be cleaned. I hope the sealing process lasts. The price they offered on Angie's List was extremely fair. Would use this company again.

They were fine. They were good. I ordered the stuff from them. We had a couple of little issues. They resolved the issues. I don't remember what it was. It was something about quality but they resolved it. It took a little longer than I thought but everything got done. Price was right along with everbody else. It was not much higher or not much lower. It was good pricing. Overall, it was a good B+ company. I think they were very professional. They responded well with some issues.

Excellent, there was two technicians. They were polite and very professional. They were very careful moving furniture and other items out of the way and back where they belong. What a difference the clean floors made the entire appearance of the rooms. I was so very pleased. In my mind, the cost was more than fair and I will use them again. I highly recommend them and am convinced that any customer will be more than happy.

Excellent. I had a family party and no one could tell any difference between the old and new tile. They actually thought we got new tile with the kitchen remodel.

I'm moving into an existing house, and doing some cleaning and modifications prior to the actual move-in date. The grout in the kitchen and two bathrooms was actually black, when it should have been a lighter grey, as I could see in the corners. When the job was finished, the grout was still black. I'm not sure if the grout was simply too filthy to clean or if the workers did not do a good enough job. I suspect the former. I gave the Quality a B because the outcome was not what I had expected.

AWESOME!!! They should up on time after I had to reschedule. They worked around my crazy schedule and got me as soon as they could. They were quick and efficient! And they did an amazing job cleaning the 10 year old ceramic tile almost restoring it back to its original state. I couldnt be any happier! I will use them again.

I was really impressed with these guys. Very professional. They showed up right at the beginning of the time window they gave, and got to work right away. They did a great job of navigating the house despite little ones running around, and adults getting ready for work. The end result was exactly what I wanted, which was clean grout.

This was an $89 big deal purchase. Their price was average. They did not clean the tile floor or change the appearance of the floor at all. Their responsiveness was good. They were on time and called.

Alex was here on time. We talked a bit about what he was going to do and he finished up in about 45 minutes. Cleaned up, wore booties, and there was good improvement to the floors.

I used an Angie's list special offer and it appears I did not realize that "Arizona Tile & Stone Specialists" did not cover Granite. I will make sure I call a compnay before signing for a special deal in future. Angie's list people were very helpful in finding the right company and transferring the special offer fee.

Office and service staff were very professional. The cleaners showed up on time and made quick work of the project. Most of the grout came out clean, but a haze was left on the tiles. Perhaps a cleaner mop would have worked better.

AZ Tile promptly replied to all emails and it was very easy to set up the appointment. They arrived a few minutes before the scheduled appointment and surveyed the areas that needed cleaning and promptly went to work. All in all they seemed to do a good job for a basic tile cleaning. I was a little disappointed to find in a small room off of my master bath area, where the floor did not seem to be cleaned. When I put my hand down on the tile in the corner area, dust appeared on my fingers. It would have been an area that was harder to reach but I would think that there are tools that would be able to still clean the area. This is the reason for the B grade. I also questioned how effective the sealing portion of the job was. Normally I have seen the tile cleaned and then a sealant is applied after the cleaning. I asked about this and was told that with this application the sealing was included with the cleaning so as the tile was being cleaned the sealing was being applied. I have received previous quotes which were considerably higher and this was considerably less than other quotes so maybe the reason for this is in the process or application of cleaning the tile.

It went beautiful! The grout and floors look great! They were very professional, prompt and easy to work with.
