Description of Work: sealed tile floors. they were easy to schedule, on time, polite and efficient.

Description of Work: The service personnel came to do the grout cleaning and upon further inspection concluded that their service would not accomplish what we needed.

Description of Work: They cleaned and did a basic seal on our travertine tile. They were on time, organized and moved quickly. We're happy with the results, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Description of Work: Floor tile, clean & seal, approx 1,300 sq feet. They were polite, professional and they helped move a couple of furniture items that were too heavy for me to move alone. |They did perform their service, however the grout simply did not "change color".....we know that the floor is cleaner, but it is not noticeably different, than before the cleaning. Perhaps it is our floor that is to blame - but, if we hire out this job again, we will do a bit more investigating upfront, but will hire someone else, simply because we've experienced this company, and would prefer to give someone else a shot.

Description of Work: We have used this service twice now and both times have been satisfied. They get the job done quickly and effectively.

Description of Work: I signed up for the $99 special. After calculating the total square footage we decided to not have the work performed. My interaction with AZ Tile was only through email and was fine. AZ Tile told I would have to get the deposit back from Angie's List. No work was ever done but it did cost me $99 as I have been unable to secure a refund.

Description of Work: I ordered the Angie special for tile and grout cleaning. They came in the time frame promised, did an excellent job, taking care to ensure that stubborn spots were removed even if it took an extra effort, even getting down on their knees to scrub out the spot. One comment I have pertaining to all reviews: An evaluation of the quality of work cannot be accurately provided until some time has passed. Sometime the initial work is great but the repairs or maintenance quality does not last for long.

Description of Work: Cleaned the grout in the front entry and kitchen. It went very quickly and looked great. It was just getting it scheduled that was clumsy and took too long.

Description of Work: I already paid $115.00 with my coupon, Cody Gunther(man from company Arizona Tile and Stone Specialist), start measuring my square footage in the house and come up with extra $250.00. This was unacceptable for me and I want to negotiate with him. However he did not want to do that, and prefer to lost the job. Very disappointed....
