Description of Work: The service tech was very helpful onsite with our small tile cleaning job (600sf) although there was no phone call reminder or email reminder of the service in the days approaching the appointment or the morning of the appt. The office did respond well to my inquiry. The cost of my coupon plus the added area totaled more than the online special per sf that they were offering @ 25cents/sf (which I later discovered). They did honor my coupon past expiration which I appreciated. Their expertise seemed very good and the tech was thorough. I did not ask for a price adjustment. I think I would simply hire them again directly rather than with the Angie's list deal.

Description of Work: Cleaned and sealed tile throughout the house, including walls for three bathroom showers, and our large patio area. Everything was done as scheduled and the price was reasonable for the amount of work performed. Nobody answered the office phone on several tries for follow-up, but I reached one of the managers on a cell number listed on their website when needed.

Description of Work: Cleaned snd sealed two tile showers; though it is early days to form a judgement work seems fine. | |Only issue was when I ordered through Angie's list interface provided a quentity option, so I choose 2 and was charged for quantity 2. Apparently onr can only have one shower cleaned via Angie's list coupon and must pay higher price for second shower. Note I also had made it clear in emails with service provider thst there were two showers involved and at no point was it made clear what price for second shower would be, topic only arose when guys were on site to do work. | |It seems Angie's list interface could be improved. Also most of fine print in order on Angie's list related to cleaning tile floors and not tile showers.
