Description of Work: cleaned all tiles/travertine/marble in house. Cleaned grout and fixed damaged grout. Grout came out great. They were not able to get out some the stains in the travertine unfortunately.

Description of Work: I thought first visit would be service it was an estimate of expanded service----that was O K and scheduled work for 10 days later .Technicians said they could not do as real hardwood floors were proximate to stone tile and would be damaged by their technique. They had cancelled the appt. the previous day 1 hr after the appt. due to vehicle break-down. I had move furniture and emptied bookcases ( a real chore) to expedite. They could not locate a hand service for that day---+ the hand service was very expensive. So I replaced books and furniture until next time. The "estimators" should have spotted the problems and saved me the trouble.

Description of Work: I chose some dates but they never called. I eventually called and the person said he was in his vehicle but would call and schedule us when he got back to the office. He never called. |We asked our credit card company to cancel our payment because we did not receive the service. This company does not act like an Angie's List company.

Description of Work: I also asked the provider to reseal granite counter tops. A price per square foot was quoted to me before the work was done. This just happened today but the cleaned grout and resealed counter tops look great.
