They arrive right on time and removed all furniture from the areas to be treated. They thoroughly cleaned sealed all of the tile. I was very happy with the results.

Provider did a great job with my tiles that have been in the home for 10 years and have never been professionally cleaned before. Service was great and would definitely recommend and would hire this company again.

They were great. The owner was here. He was very polite. He was very accommodating. I think he was great and I would have them back again.

We weren't really pleased with it. I think we paid $99 or something and they were supposed to give us 300 square feet of tile cleaning and sealing. When I called, I said, "This is in our shower. We have a tiled shower and that's where we need the work done." The guy I talked to said, "This is basically for floors." I said, "Well, I already bought the thing. What do I do?" He said, "Well, we'll work something out." It was that same guy that came out to the house and he had someone else with him. He looked at the shower, which is all slate tile. Basically, he did the lower half of the walls on two walls, which amounted to about 40 square feet. Then he did the floor of the shower, which was probably another 20 square feet. Then he told me that it would cost me an additional $80 for that service. I said, "Well, you were supposed to cover 300 square feet." We weren't happy at all. He lowered it to $40 extra and we paid it. It cost us basically $140 for what they said was $250 worth of services, which they tried to add $80 on to that. I don't understand that at all. I said to the guy, "Well, you can't do anything with the top part of the walls?" He said, "Well, those you can see that the sealant is still there. I tried by putting our sealant on and it won't impregnate the sealants." I said, "Basically, so they don't need to be sealed?" He said, "No but the bottom parts get hit more by the shower water." He said he cleaned and sealed that. It couldn't have totaled 100 square feet that they did. He said it would cost $80 more than what I'd already paid and then settled for $40 more. We figure we just got ripped off totally.

It went very well. They were courteous and prompt and considerate.

The representative came to our house and explained that although they could attempt cleaning the tile, they really could not do a proper restoration of the tile to its original condition and that they normally only service natural stone floors. They were very courteous and helpful and did recommend a company that does our type of floor.

Like another reviewer, we had scheduled an appointment with this company to clean our floors but had to cancel on relatively short notice. This was not a problem and was rescheduled easily. When they showed up for the follow-up appointment, they were very professional. Explained everything including costs and an estimated time to completion. Everything went just as promised. I was gone for the day but had a family member there to be available if necessary. I was stunned when i came home - the floor looked like it was BRAND NEW! We had carpet cleaners there at the same time (in preparation for a big party) and they worked around one another flawlessly. Between the beautifully done floors and the carpet, I felt like we had a brand new home. An absolute pleasure.

Cody and his crew were on time as scheduled and were very professional in their approach. They were very detailed in their cleaning and took the time to insure our questions were answered and what each step of the process involved. At the completion of our cleaning Cody insured we were satisfied and again asked if we had any questions. Overall I was pleased with their service and would have them return in the future.

My mistake not reading fine print, but Cody adjusted price for a shower cleaning instead of a floor cleaning. Communications were great. Cody and his team were right on time and did a fine job cleaning. I will use them again.

The kitchen they said could not be brought up to the rest of the floor so I wasn't that impressed. I also had a candle in the bathroom which they must of hit while cleaning the floor. I had wax all over the walls and mirror.

Superb! Cody was very helpful giving a phone estimate. Both Cody and his assistant were pleasant and efficient. They worked around the electrician with no complaints. The tile looks 100% better. Very fair price.

Scheduled the service for the date I requested and was able to reschedule for the second date I requested when I had another commitment on the first date. Called about an hour before arriving at my home and arrived on time. Young man was clean, neatly groomed, polite, and personable. He explained the different types of sealers and their associated costs. We decided on a mid-price sealer because I do not have children. He measured the square footage of the tile floors and gave me a cost for that. The shower stall were charged per stall rather than by square footage. He said the entire process would take about an hour, which it did. The odor was minimal. He provided recommendations for floor care and how to prolong the sealer. I have already recommended the company to two friends.

I called around and got a few quotes, and Arizona Tile & Stone gave the best price and as well didn't try to talk me into the expensive color sealing process that I didn't feel I needed as my tile was dirty, but not THAT dirty. As I was expecting houseguests in a few days, I scheduled their service about 2 weeks out. The day before they were due to come, they called and I confirmed the appointment. Later that day they called back, explaining that for a reason they could not determine, they were triple booked, and would appreciate it if I could push my appointment out. Since my schedule is flexible, I willingly rescheduled, but gave them a B above for punctuality. On the day they DID come, they were very punctual. I would guess this is a fluke and an A- is perhaps more reflective of my specific situation. At any rate, they did a great job in a short time (I tried to do this and gave up as it was taking me forever!) and gave me recommendations for how to care for the tile that didn't include them selling me anything. I expect in a few years I'll have them back again.

It went great this company and Cody were the best, they came out on time gave me a great price lower then most everyone else. The color we selected matched perfectly. Bottom line my floor was nasty and they made it look brand new just like they said they would.
