Provider called back scheduled date/time. Completed all work.

It went really well, however the price that was quoted on their website was confusing and we were told that it didn't apply for our work. They ended up honoring it away. I was slightly upset that they priced based on the square footage of the room, not of the tile that they are cleaning. When all was said and done, they did good work.

There was a lot of stuff on the way, and they did the best they could. I thought the grout would be white when they finished, but it wasn't. It was the same old grey, maybe it was the grout, but it was okay. They were nice and polite. They were two young guys, and they did the best they could. There was stuff in the way, which had to be moved before they got here, and they worked around it. They didn't talk much to me at all. Sometimes I expect a little more conversation. I am old and they were young.

Awesome guys, showed up on time did a great job. Showed me a few tips on how to repair some of the minor flaws in the floor. Great job, thanx guys.

Arizona Tile and Stone Specialist did a great job. They did a good job. They were timely, their communication was good, professional and my interaction with them was good.

Overall, I was pleased with the work. Some of the grout came up completely and there are now cracks in between the tiles. I am disappointed they did not notify me about it. However, I called them and was able to connect with someone about the issue.

The floors look great! 17 years and have never had a deep clean done so they look like different floors. No damage to tile or grout. Purchased Angie's List coupon and although area exceeded pararmeters (as we discussed prior) easy transaction to pay the differnece. Thanks, Cody!

Servicemen arrived on time, were very professional and explained the process thoroughly. They measured the area to be cleaned and provided a written estimate of the extra charges after the 300 SF Big Deal. They worked methodically around furniture, people and pets to minimize tracking wet chemicals around, they move some light furniture and lifted some area carpets so that a thorough cleaning could be done. After grout dried some areas of grout were not as clean as others, but the servicemen were long gone by then. Overall, it was a great improvement on 15 year old flooring.

Could not set up the appointment due to delays in communication. So had to cancel and get a refund.

I had given them a couple dates to come out and do the work, but they were never able to get me scheduled. Our schedules didn't link up as planned.

My floors look brand new - they did an excellent job throughout.

My first professional clean since install of tile in 2000. About 1/3 of my home is tiled. The guys were polite quick and I would definitely use them again.

Two fellows arrived on time and did the cleaning and sealing. The process didn't take long, and they pointed out where the grout had been yellowed with pet stains and was therefore as light as it would be. They sealed all the grout with a product that is milder than usual, since the tile abuts crema marfil marble and they said anything stronger would etch the marble. I liked that they noticed the marble, and took precautions with it. While the floors were clean when the men left, this is a high traffic area in my house since it connects with the back patio and pool. I have cleaned the floors weekly since the company was here, and the grout is back to its original condition. I don't think the sealing worked, and maybe a stronger sealer might have made a difference if the marble hadn't been a factor. I also think the grout could have been cleaner overall before sealing. I've cleaned grout myself in the past with a Shark steam cleaner and toothbrush, and think a better job could have been done with more time and attention to detail. Since the sealer really hasn't worked, I don't think I would do this again. It was my first attempt at having the work done professionally.

Great...with the exception of one of the cleaning crew walking up to my son (who had just come in from a long day at work, and was not aware that the room he was in was next to be cleaned) and saying very loudly... M O V E !!! Not the most professional or polite. We know you have a job to do. But still, you are in our home.

Great service, very helpful...gave me options of how I could have my floor polished and even did a test area to show me the differences...very personable, punctual and the floor look great when they were done. Would definitely recommend them

Grout initially did not get as clean as I expected. I heard from the owner promptly and he came out and re did it. It looks Fantastic. I highly recommend this company.

Cody and his team arrived right on time. They were very professional and I love the way my floors look!

Cody was great. He and his crew really seem to care about the stone, gave us some good tips for keeping it looking nice. The grout looked 100% better after they finished. Punctual, tidy, pleasant.

We just moved into our house that had stone floors that had not been kept up by the previous owners and were almost completely black in some areas. The guys came out and did an amazing job! Looks like new and took them no time at all. I will be using them again for the yearly cleaning a re-sealing.

We had out tile floor cleaned and sealed. We also had some grout repaired. They were very professional and did a great job!

I originally gave them an F because they failed to return calls and emails after I had bought a Big Deal package from them. They saw the review, checked their records, and realized and admitted they had dropped the ball. They were very courteous and regretful of the mistake, and had I not already had the work done by someone else I would have given them another chance.

Excellent service at a fraction of the cost of the "Big Boys". I highly recommend then.

I had more square footage than the deal, so I had to pay another $90. Not sure how well they actually cleaned the grout. It doesn't really look any different.
