Description of Work: Hard to reach, had to contact several times after I purchased the deal. They restained the grout in my stone shower and they got stain on the painted ceiling and did not leave clean edges. It appeared as if they were in a hurry when they performed the work. Inquired about having additional work done on a stone patio; never contacted me.

Description of Work: Cleaned my travertine tile. Everything went well. They were punctual and professional. They splashed up on some doors and trim, but when i called them about it, they came right back and wiped it down. I bought a deal through Angie's list, but I don't think it saved me a ton of money. Overall, a good experience.

Description of Work: Latest tile and a huge inventory of countertops. Awesome place. Very pleased . They provided a list of contractors for tile installation . Called 5 of them . They all had a different price that 'they could purchase the tile for", some contractors were obviously trying to make a little on the materials ... However , a couple contractors called Az tile up in front of me and got 2 bucks off a square foot on one of the latest trendy tiles (tile planks that look like wood) !! So awesome ... But be careful when choosing a contractor that has an acct with Az tile .. Make sure they are passing 100% of there siscount on to you...

Description of Work: I have nothing to say about their services since they didn't do anything. I called to set up the initial appt and they never showed. I tried to call several times after that and the phone would just ring and ring, no answer, no callback as to why they didn't show or at least to set up a new appt with us. Nothing. I chalked it up to lost money and decided I wouldn't use Angie's deals anymore. I still use the site to look up company ratings tho.

Description of Work: The two men arrived on time and were personable and professional. They measured the area of my den and the planned number of square feet. I had a prepaid coupon for a specified amount. I asked for additional areas to be cleaned, and that added $82 to the total bill. They were quick, but thorough. I would use their service again.
