Both Dido and Ricardo were polite, professional and were very hard workers. In addition to taking excellent care of our furnishings they assisted us with boxing up several "last minute" items.

They showed up early and got started right away. Prep of our furniture was good. Move went smooth but once we had time to decompress from a very busy week, we noticed some damage on our dresser and stainless steel refrigerator. I emailed the company to have it addressed and a few days later, Jay R., calls, apologizes and says that he will get a furniture repairmen out to look at both the dresser and refrigerator. Also said he would forward a check for the refrigerator damage. Weeks go by with no response from anyone an no check. I reach out again, and spoke to Jay. He said they have 30 days to address these sort of issues. (No mention of that in the initial call and gave every indication of getting things resolved quickly). He said he would get a check out to cover the damage. Weeks go by and nothing. I send another email and get a response from Amy. Jay finally calls, talks to my wife and assures a check will be in the mail. Finally, after nearly 50 days, a check arrives with lame form letter. The two mover dudes were good. I understand damage might happen but how you deal with it is the trick. After the fact, the communication was very poor. I also do not being lied to. Do what you say you are going to do...it really is that simple. Sloppy customer service.

This is the second time we used Arizona Movers. The first time they moved all of our furniture and belongings to a new home. We were very pleased. We had 3 estimates and chose them. They were not the most expensive, and not the cheapest, but they were very fair. This time, we had to make more room in our garage and had them transfer several packed bins to a local storage facility. The movers (2), Dido and Ricardo phoned us when they were 30min away. They were on time. Both times we used AZ Discount Movers they were punctual. Both Dido and Ricardo were friendly and knowledgeable as how to handle and load our cargo. They moved and unloaded everything within the 2 hr time frame. I would definitely recommend Arizona Discount Movers to everyone!

They were running late, so I got a call from the company and they called and apologized and said they were running late. When they came out, they introduced themselves. Very good manners. They asked what was going on and needed to be done. He asked me to know what was going to which place. They were working so fast, as I was talking, the people were wrapping and starting to carry it out to the truck. There was no delay and no milking the clock to do the job as quickly and efficiently as possible. I was very impressed with them. And my son was with me; they weren't kids, they were men. And they did a good job, and each one worked as a team, and individually. William and Jonathan did a fantastic job. Very courteous, very quick, very respectful, and very efficient.

They were excellent. The deal was three men for two hours. It went over by one hour. Then they prorated the hours. It was $100 extra which was no big deal. They moved a lot of stuff. They were quick and very responsible with the stuff. The price was good. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Re: Moving and Claim for Losses On January 29, 2014, Arizona Discount Movers assisted us with packing our home to put into storage for 14 days and then to be delivered on February 13. The contents of our downstairs bedroom were packed by ADM along with a number of other items we had not yet packed. They completed the move to the storage facility on the same day. Boxes were numbered but no inventory was done of items in the boxes. On our move into our new home on February 13, 2014, no inventory was done of items delivered. The movers brought the boxes and furniture into our home and departed. As we opened the boxes and looked at our belongings over the next many weeks , we discovered two issues of concern: 1.Our futon love seat cushion was burned. 2. Our sterling silver, which was in one of the boxes packed by ADM, was missing 11 pieces. The 11 pieces are valued at $552. Per their instructions we filed a claim with them, filed a police report as requested and provided all requested documentation including photos. At this point AZ Discount Movers stopped communicating with us and we had to pursue them. Many weeks later they responded that the claim for the silver would not be honored and we would receive no compensation for the loss. Additionally they said we would receive a $25 check for the burned cushion and as of this writing we never have. In summary, the professional thing to do is to put customer service above all else and the company really let us down when they failed to resolve a problem they created.

Eugene. victor and Izzie showed up right on time and began wrapping and dis,a lying our furniture. They knew exactly what to pack in what order to make it all fit. They gif the job done in amazing time less than4 hours , and everything eas done top notch. Mattress bags, paper pads when needed, shrink wrap when needed. They provided all wrap and tape. The only extra was the paper pads, which is understandable. We will definitely hire this same crew for the,unpack once our new floors go in Great crew, very easy company to work with. A-1

AZ Discount Movers were very professional and great to work with. They moved us from Phoenix to Southern California, with very little complaining, in spite of two ridiculously heavy pieces they had to wrestle into and out of the truck. The guys definitely deserve a raise after that move!

Very professional--called day before to confirm, movers called 40 minutes out, handled change in plans well. Movers were fast yet careful.

Please don't be hesitant to use AZ DISCOUNT MOVERS. 1) When i called i was going to ask for 3 guys , way more hours. The gentlemen who answered asked questions. he asked if i had washer/dryer, couch, etc. Asked what location i was going to. He personalized a package deal just for me and it was 2 awesome guys, 26 ft truck and way less hours than i thought i needed. He saved me money. 2) He took my deposit, made the appointment , called me a few days before my appointment , had the schedulers call me with an eta on the day of because he had given me a window of 12 to 3pm (which is standard for afternoon appointments, please don't expect an exact time in the p.m. as the movers probably have a morning move before yours it could take less it could take longer,. which is why they are courteous and give you a window...if you are moving i am sure you have plenty to do) 3) the movers called to let us know they would be arriving soon and it was almost exactly the same time as the estimated time of arrival. 4) They have pads, a huge box on wheels for the little things and little boxes, odd stuff like brooms, golf clubs, They shrink wrap all your stuff before putting it in the truck , and are super careful with your glass on tables by using pads. ALL INCLUDED 5) 26 foot truck 6) The worked efficiently, this tells me they are honest. The do not milk the job or work slow at all to get more hourly money. They are careful, efficient, professional. when they arrive they ask questions , tell you what they are going to do and they start. 7)At the new house they asked where we wanted everything, unwrapped it , threw all garbage away and perfectly placed everything. 8)JAY AND RICHARDO were super polite, super pleasant and professional. we loved them THANK YOU AZ DISCOUNT MOVERS ((BIG HUG) DO NOT BE HESITANT I AM A PICKY PERSON AND I WAS A NICE AND RELAXED WOMAN WITHOUT A WORRY THE WHOLE TIME.

Arizona Discount Movers recently completed our "downsizing move.'" The beginning of the process, estimates, insurance, packing service, and determination of final move in date was more stressful than it had to be. Jay was our contact/estimator. He was wonderful in person and when he would return calls, however, did not follow through timely with pre-move arrangements. I am a stickler for detail, prompt follow up phone calls. If you are not, then this won't be a problem. The actual pre day packing, then move day was handled professionally, with a crew supervised by Renee. The men were wonderful, courteous, and pleasant. They were asked to continually wash their hands, and wear booties during the entire process, and did so willingly. The entire move process (2 days) was made so much better because of the care and respect shown for our "things" and us. The crew moved things multiple times and by the end of the day actually had good suggestions for where something might look best. I would definitely move with ADM again. I would however, have strict time lines for call backs during the beginning of the process. 4 stars out of 5.

The crew was Jared and Jessie. They were on time, friendly and VERY careful with my items. All furniture was padded and wrapped. No damage and they finished quickly.

Very careful movers and very accurate. They cover everything. Highly recommend.

The crew arrived as scheduled. We walked thru the house and identified where the larger pieces were to be placed. The crew jumped right into action. Two 16'x8'x8' containers were emptied in two hours. The large pieces of furniture were place where I requested. I then had them place all boxes into the garage so I could move boxes in as I unpacked each room. As they unloaded items, the padding was removed, blankets were put into one pile and tape/plastic wrap into another. This made it easy for me to dispose of the tape/plastic as I did not have to do any separation from the blankets. Before leaving Jared & Jessie checked all the two-piece furniture (e.g., china hutch) to anchor the top piece to the bottom piece with the screws and brackets provided. When the guys left, the house, driveway, etc. were clear of packing materials as everything was in the garage as requested. I would definitely use this company again and also refer them to friends.

The first contact with Arizona Discount Movers was impressive. We received a great quote and was assured that they can handle the job professionally. The provided wardrobe boxes at no charge and brought extra packing tape. The team; Eddie, Dre and Mike T. arrived on time and ready to help. They were more than willing to help out with whatever we needed. They packed all items with care. They went above and behind any expectations. They even stopped our dog from escaping a couple of times. They delivered and put all of the boxes and items in each room as requested. They even asked a second time to make sure everything was where we wanted it. The team worked hard with stairs at both locations. Thank you Arizona Discount Movers from assigning us a great team. I have used other movers on the past and have always been disappointed with the service I have received. Eddie and Ismail from AZ Discount Mover were great. We were their last move of the day. They hustled as though it was the first move of the day for them. They were running late, but that didn't matter to me. If time is an issue for you make sure you are the first move of day. I would highly recommend this company. I will use this company again . They were great!!

First of all,William did a great job in arranging the appointment. Then, the gentlemen called ahead to me as promised, and came within the promised timeframe. There were two gentlemen, James and Mike. We discussed the move, and I showed them all of the locations involved. They then began to follow their process of moving items up and down. They also placed padding everywhere necessary; in order to protect the rest of our home. I watched them in wonder, as these two men proceeded to rearrange all that we had requested without Any problems of any kind. They never bumped a wall, hanging picture or anything. They were great! I had to tell them, when all was said and done; that they had done an even better job than those who moved us to our new home in The spring. These gentlemen were The Best! Than you so much!

Our move was scheduled for noon on Saturday. I received a call at about 9:45 from a driver asking if they could come early. Since my daughter and I found ourselves still packing boxes, I was alarmed but said they could come at 10:30. These movers also said they were waiting for me at one of the other locations not the "first site". I started to say that wasn't the location and I was told by this driver that they don't get paid for sitting around so they wanted to come start now. Thankfully, William from the office called me to advise he would take care of it and movers would arrive at the correct address around noon. I received a call from James and Jared telling me they were on their way. Once James and Jared (these were not the movers who called me earlier) arrived, they really took charge. This was a very difficult situation. There was dirt, dust, dog furballs big enough to make more dogs and there was no organization. While my daughter and I tried our best to get things packed, it was just too much. This was not our home so we had to stop and ask the owners what they did or didn't want to take with them. James and Jared were wonderful. They dealt with the dirt and fur extremely well. They took all the furniture and boxes to three different addresses, unloaded all without any complaints. While there was a "false start" with the first driver who called, William at the office fixed that and sent two movers (James and Jared) who were wonderful to work with. Considering the day, I can't thank this company enough for what they were able to do. I have used Arizona Discount Movers in the past with much success and after this day, will never use another company. The service was excellent.

Just like I was told, I was called 30 minutes before the driver was arriving to let me know they were on the way. The drivers ended up getting to my place a few minutes earlier then expected which was awesome. They quickly had me give them a tour of my apartment and what was being moved. Within minutes they were padding everything and wrapping it to be put in their truck. About an hour later we were ready to head to my new place. As soon as we arrived they had me show them around the new place so they could see where everything would be going. Once again within minutes they were unloading all of my items. They even helped me put the bed frames together and get the beds in place. At all times the two drivers Dido and Darrell were incredibly nice, had a great sense of humor and incredibly professional. They knew I was paying by hour and they took no more time then needed to complete all the tasks I requested of them. I would use Arizona Discount Movers again in a heartbeat!

I was very pleased with them. There was a couple of items that were damaged during the move, but they have contacted me to try to resolve this.

We moved from San Tan Valley to Maricopa, they were very organized, knew what they were doing, punctual and couldn't have been any better. Good prices also. I highly recommend them. We had a lot of furniture.

They arrived on time with all the needed equipment and loaded everything perfectly. The problem came in when they started bringing the items into our home. They were in a hurry to get our move done. They damaged the walls in multiple places with their haste. I also witnessed one of the movers driving one of our leather couches into the concrete while trying to to bring it in by himself. They did not put any thing down on the carpet when they came in as well. They left tire marks up and down the stairs with their dollys. I continue to find areas of damage due to this sloppy move. I reported this to Jay at AZ movers days after the move. It is now Aug and we have still do not have a resolution. Jay said he would send someone out to repair the damages. We were contacted by someone about repairs and set up an appointment in June. The repair man did not show up after we made arrangements to have someone at the house. After the no show I have contacted Jay multiple times. Each time he reassures me that he will personally call some one to get them to repair our damages but nobody has been out to our house yet. It has been 5 months since our move. This is ridiculous. Please use this moving company with caution. If they damage your items or house it is like pulling teeth to get them to act on their responsibilities.

This company did a great job for us. They were punctual, polite, and professional. I appreciate very much that they accommodated our request to change the date of our move. Thanks, William!

The price was reasonably competitive, but a bit cheaper than other estimates so because of the many positive reviews and price, I selected ADM. It went great! James, Yuseff, and Mike M. showed up on time; I think the timeframe promised was between 7:00am - 7:30am. They were very punctual at 7:15ish. From the time I opened the door, the 3 man team were very professional with their introductions, and all communications throughout the move. They did a quick assessment of the rooms and got started right away. It was probably 110 degrees, and they were drenched in sweat, but barely took breaks. I observed quick water breaks a couple of times (well deserved of course). They indicated they would be stopping for a quick lunch on the way to the new home. They didn't miss a beat once they arrived at the new home, I mean these guys work HARD! They had to make 2 trips in all but the two homes were only about 3 miles apart so there wasn't any lag time. Backing up to my call to make the reservation, William booked the move and he was very friendly and efficient. He indicated they provide wardrobe boxes to use for the move, and I asked if I could get them early (I booked about 2 weeks in advance), and because he lived nearby, he dropped them off about a week before the move. That was very nice, and we got a jump on our closet packing. We were very pleased with ADM and although we don't plan to EVER MOVE AGAIN, if we do, we would choose them again. Thank you, Crystal

The movers arrived on time and got right to work unloading the truck. The furniture has unloaded and placed in the house all went good. I would use the same moving company in the future for the next time.
