Description of Work: At first, all seemed well, but during the move, a television was shattered. Also, even though they SAID they had a walk-through, my daughter said they did not, and she thought everything had been added to the truck. When she went back later to check on her dogs, she discovered two things that had not been loaded: a full-length mirror and a floor lamp. We were unable to put either in our small cars, so we called both Justin(?) and Jay several times to ask if they could pick up both items and were told they would TRY to find time. They never did. We feel they should have made an effort to get those items in view of the fact they broke one TV. Also, when the bill was added up, they asked right then if I would like to add a TIP! I did so, thinking all was well, and all was NOT well. I also overheard one of the two very nice and polite men working with Justin that he did not appreciate the way Justin was speaking to him. So this was not the happy experience I had expected.

Description of Work: They arrived about an hour late, but didn't call to notify me. When I called them, they couldn't tell me when they would arrive. They called back about 45 minutes later to tell me that they were on their way. Moved some furniture from family room and dinning room into the garage, in preparation for remodeling. Once they arrived, they were very quick and professional.

Description of Work: Everything went as planned. Movers were punctual, friendly and worked consistently. I would definitely use again.

Description of Work: They made sure that all large items were safely wrapped to avoid damage, as well as wrap smaller items, such as pictures. They carefully loaded everything on truck. At my new house, they unloaded everything, as well as setup and place everything right where I wanted it. They were polite and professional, and not a single thing was damaged. I loved them!

Description of Work: Az Discount Movers moved a large dining table and 8 chairs from Cave Creek to Litchfield Park. Their price was the best I found and they guaranteed it wouldn't change from the estimate they provided before hand. They were polite, prompt and careful! From the folks on the phone (thank you Amy!) to the actuals movers, I couldn't be happier.

Description of Work: Their add said free moving boxes, but because I wanted items moved from storage to home, they declined to provide the free boxes, saying that was only for moving from home to home. Because their ad wasn't specific, I thought they shod have given the boxes and then tweeked their ad to be more specific.
