They did a great job.

They quoted by email, confirmed the quote by phone. Scheduled the move very quickly (the following day) The service provided exceeded my expectations. On the day of the move, they came a few minutes early (with the driver calling saying they were on the way.) They worked very quickly and were careful. I did get a quote from another mover, and Arizona Discount Movers had the best price.

On the appointed moving day, the truck and two strong fellows, Mike and Alex, showed up even earlier than expected, and went to work with precision. They wrapped most of the furniture pieces, whether items with drawers or a sofa or the more fragile pieces with glass, with great care. It was a hot day again, but they worked without interruption They also loaded smaller items, and carefully packed the many art pictures and lamps which relieved my concerns immediately. In 5 hours everything was on the truck, and we went on to the new place in Central Phoenix. Here they started to unpack and take everything where we asked them to, and not one thing was damaged or even dented. It was getting dark by the time they finished. Mike prepared the paperwork, and the company even agreed to the 10% discount for Angie's List customers. Moving is always stressful, but this company and their responsible, helpful guys made it as easy as possible and we cannot recommend them too much.

Mike,Mike, and Jacob did a fantastic job. They called us when they were on their way to our house and when they got there, they were courteous, checked in with us throughout the move to make sure we were happy with their service, and did just an amazing job. We have moved a lot and these are by far the best movers we have used yet--really nice guys! We were really happy about the coupon on Angie's list and very pleased that they were available 7 days a week. We were not aware of the 8% fuel charge and they promptly adjusted our bill, but even with the charge, the pricing was very reasonable. These guys were fast and careful, and didn't even take a break! We offered them a beer at the end and they all declined because they were still on the job--very impressive committment to the job. Nice work Arizona Discount Movers, and thank you Angie's list!

These guys were all friendly, nice and willing to do what we needed. They were simply the best movers we have ever used. My husband has said a number of times, "they were excellent."

I got them off the list. My experience with them was excellent. They were very good. They arrived on time, were careful with all my furniture and they also moved some appliances for me that I asked them to. I paid them to not only to move some furniture, but to switch out between two houses like appliances and they did all of that. They were just very pleasant and they wrapped everything really well because I had sensitive pieces of furniture. I also thought that they were reasonably priced.

This company showed up on time, were extremely professional, and treated us extremely well. This company was very reasonably priced. This company moved everything that needed to be moved, wrapped everything that needed to be wrapped and secured all of the furniture. The furniture was delivered in the same condition which it was taken. I cannot thank this company enough and will recommend them to anyone needing movers. Thank you!

It went well. I didn't have to give them much instruction. I was able to clean while they moved the boxes into their truck.

I was given a price quote over the phone, which was very reasonable. The company called and confirmed the move a few days before. The movers provided me with a courtesy call to let me know they were on their way. The two men who moved our furniture were exceptional. They took more care wrapping and padding than I think I would have done. I was truly amazed at how effortlessly they were able to take furniture in and out. It seemed that the professionals who originally brought the furniture in had a harder time. When we arrived at out new home they took the time to carefully move the furniture to the location I wanted. They even moved items I wanted rearranged. The estimate of time was spot on. The movers worked continuously the entire time. The price quoted was the price charged. No broken items, no damages. I couldn't be happier, would highly recommend. I would use again.

The young men came to the house when they said they would be there. They worked so hard from 7:00-3:30 and packed up everything very carefully. In two moves nothing has been broken and they have been prompt and always courteous. I would recommend them to anyone. i am a painter and had a lot of framed art work. it all came through without a problem.

They were very good. They arrived on time. They worked really well through the day. They did everything that was asked and it was a very good move. If there is a need, I would use them again in the future too.

I had did alot of research online, checking out different companies. I am self employed, and dont have alot of time on my hands. So I needed a company who could get it done. I have had a bad experience in the past, and did not want a repeat of what happened with my last move. I talked to William and he had promised me a smooth move, with professional movers, and the price was great. I have to say when moving day came. I was extremely pleased and impressed, compared to my last move. I have alot of bulky furniture,along with a pool table, and gun safe.I had move out of a very large home, and was downsizing. So I needed some stuff put in storage as well. They did a great job, and I would for sure use them again. The movers I had also deserve a raise in my eyes. When it came time to deliver our furniture they showed up and demanded payment in full. When we complained and said we never pay until the job is done, they called the office and where told that we either pay up or they would take our furniture and leave. Having our furniture held hostage is just wrong. They claimed that we signed a contract agreeing to this but that is not true. We signed a contract agreeing to use them at a price. When they showed up to to pack and load they asked us to pay half after they had loaded everything and asked us to sign their work order. Apparently it was that form that included reference to paying before you get the furniture delivered. If we had known when we reviewed the initial contract /bid to do the work that this company would treat us like criminals we would not have used them. They have no desire for repeat business or customer satisfaction. They also lost a piece of furniture and we had to call them 10 times before they would find the piece. It took them a week to finally deliver it.

They charged me $150 for their service. They were very cooperative and very flexible. I had bought a large dining table. They moved it to my home. They listened to what I wanted them to do. They did the job the way I wanted them to do it, which was really good. Their price was right and so, I used them. However, they were not there when they said they would be at a certain place at a certain time. I will use them again in the future.

These people are very good and I have no reason to look for anyone else. They actually delivered the items early when there was a cancellation in their schedule. The only problem was that I told them about 4 times both by email and phone to contact the seller by phone before they arrived to pick up my items and they never got the message forwarded to the driver. When the driver called to say he could pick up and deliver early they still didn't know they had to call the seller first.

They showed up on time. They worked for 13 hours straight. They did two trips. They were very nice, responsible and profressional. They always had a good attitude.

I contacted AZ Discount Movers, and I wanted a later start time but they were unavailable. They let me know an opening came up and I could have the movers there for 7:30am as I requested. I told them I had a rather large move (2 Sofas (one sleeper), 2 Love Seats, 2 Chairs, 3 End Tables, 2 Coffee Tables, 1 Kitchen Table, 11 Kitchen Chairs, 1 King Size Bed, 2 Night Stands, and Armoire, Computer Desk and then a ton of boxes. I told them the last company that moved me ran out of room in their truck, and to send a bigger truck. They said they had 28' and 31' trucks, I said "Send the 31'" they said they would. Renee and Sylvester arrived on time (7:32am) at my location. They were only in a 28' truck, although a 31' was promised, but Renee assured me they would fit it all. They charge by the hour, and go over the terms and conditions and how they relate to the move. You do have to sign off on the sheets before any work is performed. I walked Renee through the apartmen and showed him what was what. I pointed out sections where there were glass items, and other sections where there were items I needed them to be careful with. Sylvester was beginning the prep of the truck, and Wardrobe Boxes for the move. Once I signed the papers, they began working. Renee and Sylvester are WORKHORSES! They did not stop but for a 15 minute break here and there. For the rest, they were constantly in and out of the apartment grabbing new items, wrapping, packing, etc... It was amazing. I was able to clean as they packed, and just tried to stay out of their way and do their job. They began getting calls around noon to find out status of the move. Renee let his boss know there really was a ton of stuff and that I was not kidding when I said it. To make a long story short, they completely filled the 28' truck all the way to the end, top to bottom. There was NO room left in the truck. They did a great job with all of it. We met at the house, which they were more then willing to move the items where ever I requested, and offered to setup the furniture, unpack if need be, etc... but I said no. As they brought items in, I put them where they needed to be. I was in the process of having floors replaced in the house, so I could not put furniture/items in the rooms. They worked non stop, I have no complaints at all. The whole job took about 12 hours beginning to end. I am more than satisfied. Great guys, took care of my items, and cared about the customer! My wife had been moved several years ago by Arizona Discount Movers and had had a good experience. She even sold a TV set to the mover (William) on a verbal time payment arrangement and he made every payment on time. This time, William had been promoted and he remembered us. He made all of the arrangements for a truck and two technicians to meet us at our old home which was a two hour drive from Phoenix. The movers showed up on time, loaded the household goods from our old home, transported same back to our new home in Phoenix, and made some transfers between a rented storage unit and our new home. Everything went flawlessly. The technicians who performed the work were Marcos and Joseph. They had worked with William before and had great respect for him and the training he had provided them. They sure knew their business. They "busted their buns" for us. They literally ran from truck to house with empty dollies, then nearly ran back from house to truck with loaded dollies. They had us loaded within a couple of hours. Then they met us at our new home and unloaded exactly what and where we specified. They were so accomodating that they even moved some of the new furniture around in the livingroom for us so we could see how various arrangements would look. They were great, energetic, and everything flowed so well! No damage. Great movers! Amount spent includes tips.

Arizona Discount Movers moved me from my home in Chandler, to my new home in Surprise. They did a wonderful job. I was extremely happy with their services. They took extra care of my antiques that were handed down to me from my mother, as well as taking apart all my beds, and putting them back together in my new home. My movers were very nice as well as professional. I would use them again, if I was to move again.

THE JOB TOOK LONGER THAN WHAT WAS ESTIMATED. WE DID FIND A FEW DAMAGED ITEMS AFTER WE TOOK OFF SHRINK WRAP, BUT WE DID NOT CONTACT THE COMPANY TO OFFER THEM THE OPPORTUNITY TO RECTIFY THE SITUATION. THE OFFICE STAFF WERE VERY PERSONABLE AND HELPFUL.
