When I called he company, to confirm my move, William suggested I use 3 guys instead of 2 (only $20 hr. more) The day of the move I got a call and said they were a bit behind and assured me the clock started when they arrived. Ryan, Angel, and Frank were fantastic. They were very professional and friendly. It took only 4 hours to load travel 30 minutes and unload.

Josh and his crew were courteous, responsive, knowledgeable, honest, and thorough. Their prices, are fair, and most reasonable. The service was top notch !! I will definitely hire them again.

I hired a 3 man crew, however one man became sick and couldn't work. I was fine with it since he told me I would only be charged for two men. Out of the two left, one was very willing and able to work. The other seemed lazy and didn't want to move things upstairs as I wanted. They were taking multiple smoke breaks and eating food, standing around a lot. I told one of the guys "I'm paying you by the hour!" Meaning, help me out and if it takes longer than expected I'm fine it it. He said "you're paying the company". Guess they don't get paid very well... when the job was done I asked about the 5% discount for being an Angie's Member and he said "Well I already discounted you for the 2 men so I don't think they will take that".. even though only two men did the job while the other one slept in the truck or was puking/******** in my toilet. Since I didn't have water turned on at my new place yet, I had to clean that up. One guy was very nice and polite, guess it depends on who you get!

I can't praise them enough! They move went so smoothly. They arrived a half hour early, waited for me to get another truck that I was using for temporary location, and moved me out of all within 3 hours. They have excellent work ethics. I have used other movers before and have had problems with them being late, not delivering on the man power, or trying to run the time for more pay- Not these guys! I was quoted a price and that was all I paid. AWESOME Company

Very well over all. They were a bit late arriving to the house in teh morning. We had a 7-7:30 start time and they didn't arrive until 8:15 but they did call to say they were running late and they took much longer than expected to drive up to Heber, but given Holiday traffic and a big truck I guess I can understand some of that time delay. They did get the job done though in just 12 hrs round trip which included: break down all the furniture, bubble wrap everything, load the truck, drive up to the mt,, unload the truck, set up the furniture and load the returning furniture and then unload upon arrival back in the valley. It was well worth the money to get it all done in one day, without mishap. Nothing got scratched or broken! Kudos to the guys who really worked hard all day to make it happen!

Jose M., Pedro, and Jacob did a great job! We definitely recommend them for any kind of move you may need. Note: The company has a 2 hour minimum. They were very efficient and only needed about half an hour. Other companies reimburse you for time you don't use.

It went seamlessly, could not have asked for a better team of guys to move my furniture!

It went fair - I noticed early on during the loading of the truck that they were not loading very high. It ended up at the end of the load that they could not get everything onto the truck and they determined that they would have to make a 2nd trip. This obviously cost me an additional approximate 2 hours of paid time. Having to load the 2nd trip, the round trip drive and unload the 2nd load. I could have and should have been done in a single load it the truck was loaded properly.

There were a few heavy safes to move and it took all 3 of the movers to get these moved into truck, back into new location. I know they weren't easy and none of them complained, it was hot outside and the all remained extremely professional throughout the entire time.

They were professional and quick. No hidden charges. They were the right choice.

There are two phases to this saga. The first part couldn't have gone worse. The second part "saved the day". The moving crew arrived at least four hours later than they had communicated earlier in the day. They apparently had gotten called to do another job in the interim. The fridge move from the garage to the kitchen was OK except they neglected to connect the water line. I did that. The move of the fridge to the garage became my worst nightmare. The fridge in question is a top-of-line stainless steel LG with French doors and double drawers. The two man crew chose not to remove the doors or drawers to get through the front door of the house. If they took the time to measure, they would have realized that is was too big to fit. They had to take the doors off to get through. Well, these two geniuses elected to use brute force to ram it through the doorway. This resulted in significant scratching and nicks on all drawers and doors as well damaging the water and ice dispenser. This fridge was about 8 months old and cost in the range of $3,000. After this destruction they finally referred to the manual that was given to them upon arrival 90 minutes earlier and figured out how to remove the doors and drawers. They subsequently completed what they should have completed in the two hours we signed up for, but it took them an extra hour which cost us extra. Sadly, after reassembling the fridge I found extra parts after the crew left. Needless to say we lodged our complaint with the owner and expressed total dissatisfaction with this move. We took photos and sent them to the owner who proved to be compassionate and responsive. The second phase is essentially what saved the day. The owner assigned the job of replacing all damaged doors and drawers to two higher level team members. Although they struggled sourcing replacement parts, they eventually succeeded and replaced all of the damaged parts. During their search for replacements they were in constant communication with me to let me know progress and challenges. So, in the end, mission was accomplished, but the pain and anguish of getting to the finish line was unfortunate. The two team members who finished the project deserve praise. The initial two crew members who inflicted the damage really hurt this overall review. I really wish I could rate higher based on the end results, but the initial experience was a disaster. One thing I can add is that the owner and his two team members were professional and under the circumstances as efficient as they could possibly be.

Very professional and price was good. The movers were careful with the furniture and did a great job.

I had a sudden change in my timeline and they were not able to perform the service as planned. Jay and William were extremely nice and tried to accommodate me, but we couldn't make it work out. I asked about a refund but was told that I would need to discuss with Angie's List. I've emailed Angie's List but have not heard back yet. I don't know if I will get a refund. However, a family member will need moving services in a couple of months. I may be able to use the money I've paid in the future.

We had two wonderful gentlemen, Carl and Jonathan arrive promptly. These guys were so polite and respectful. They were very attentive to what our needs were and worked very diligently making sure they took great care in moving the furniture. My husband and I were thrilled with the service.

We deliberately picked this company because they were on Angie's List. The move was nearly four months ago, delivery date of 8/19/16, and there has still been no resolution. Our contact has been Jay who is very polite and apologetic in acknowledging the damage on the phone but nothing that was promised to correct the damage has been done. Our numerous phone calls and emails were not returned (but one time) During the move, a pot was broken as shards were found on the driveway and in the moving truck. We asked where the rest of the pot was and after many minutes of searching we found it beneath a pile of shrink wrap on the side of the residence. When we asked them about this, we were told "that's why we don't move pots." This is not the case, as the original paperwork said they'd be moving potted plants. A hutch was later discovered with a gauge in it, but the worst damage was to the solid oak bed that they dissassembled and reassembled. After they left we saw light streaming through the left side vertically between the dresser and left side mirror. As all these pieces are meant to be attached, obviously with no gaps, we were horrified to find that the assembler created this gap because all the screws were not attached! Only two were attached on each side (six missing screws total) All these screws were also stripped, and one was even driven through the top of the dresser creating a terrible hole in the wood. We don’t know what happened to the missing screws since they were all there at the beginning of the move. Because of the stripped screws, we spent hours looking for these specialty replacement screws at Home Depot, Ace hardware, and even Pruitt’s furniture Store. We also had to buy a stripped screw tool so we could remove the improperly attached and stripped screws. We are still trying to locate these specialty furniture screws. If they hadn’t been stripped, we would at least have not had to spend all this time on this and more time until we locate them. This beautiful bedroom set has withstood three moves with no assembly problems, no stripped screws, and no damage prior to this move. Until we can locate the proper screws, this bedroom set is damaged with the mirrors and top board taken off since it is also a safety hazard if it is put together with 3/5 of the screws missing. We wrote in our claim dated 9/21/16 (we had to wait to receive the claim form from Jay after we spoke to him on 8/29/16, submit all the pictures and write a one page narrative) that we would give them the opportunity to make this right by reimbursing us for the broken pot, and for new screws and assembly and all our time trying to find the proper screws. Jay replied months ago that they would reimburse us for the broken pot, find the screws on the internet, and come back and put the bed together correctly, which wouldn't take long since he said it was their slow time because of the holidays. Since then phone calls and emails have not been returned. We did say on their survey that they did a good job, except for the broken/hidden pot, as we did not know about the damage to the hutch and bed yet. We even tipped the crew since we didn't know which of the four broke the pot. We also felt extremely intimidated since they would only allow us to fill it out the survey while the entire crew was standing there at our residence. We asked if we could fill it out at a later time (when they wouldn't be watching us and we could be completely honest) but we were told no. We are hoping this review will spur them to repair/replace/reimburse the items that they damaged like Jay promised us they would.

These folks are fantastic! Good price, very responsive with great customer service. I have also recommended them to friends. My friends' experiences were exactly like ours. Good company with good people. You can hire with confidence for local moves and other related services.

They called the day before to verify arrival time and location. The morning of the move the guys all showed up on time. I walked them through the house and they immediately went to work. They were extremely hard working and fast. Once everything was loaded they followed us to the new house and once I walked them through to show what went where they got to work and remembered where everything went. They even took the time to show our 7 year old granddaughter how to do things. They were very efficient and professional all while being very friendly. They never stopped working and didn't even take breaks even when I kept telling them to. Very impressed with them and would definitely use them again and recommend them. Thank you so much for making a very stressful time much easier.

The movers were friendly and prompt. My only issue is that some of the furniture that was wrapped in plastic should probably have been padded a little better. There was some minor damage, but nothing too serious.

Ripped a hole in our sofa chair and busted the tile in the foyer of our house. Had a bad patch job done on the chair and refused to repair the broken tile after 7 weeks of trying to get them to respond.
