ARIZONA DISCOUNT MOVERS

Arizona Discount Movers showed up as scheduled-on time and did an overall outstanding job! They took care of all my items and were very conscientious in doing my move. They moved everything without any issues whatsoever, the whole 3br house and a garage full of heavy tools and man toys as well, (dirtbike, bikes and an ATV). There is certainly nothing like Arizona heat in the middle of July, yet James A. and Jessie worked very hard and were very pleasant to deal with during the entire move. They were lightning fast and a very efficient team. I also appreciated their sense of humor and friendliness. Thank you Arizona Discount Movers, I will be a return customer, should I ever need to move again.....!

I chose this company because of the number of good reviews. Do not make the same mistake. The move from storage to my home was a disaster. My antique desk was damaged, 40-inch television was cracked, and they wanted to settle for an insulting figure. This will probably end up in a legal battle. Do not trust your cherished possessions to this company. I am replying to the response of AZ Discount Movers. First let me say that the allegations that the desk had pre-existing scratches is a poor excuse to discount responsibility. The movers, when delivering the desk admitted that the desk had fresh gouging, not just scratches on all four legs of this desk. I instructed them re-load it and take it to their furniture repair man. They did this. It shows on the contract that the desk was damaged and signed by the movers. Secondly, the matter of the tv which is the major issue. I did not have cable installed or the tv turned on until 2 weeks after the move. It took that long to set up with Direct tv. I did not know until the time of installation, that it was cracked. The installer saw it immediately and signed the work sheet and advised calling the movers, which I did. As far as the review I gave after the first move into storage, I found the guys punctual and polite. and stated so. I am wondering why they did not box the tv?s . I also have several pictures of the legs of 6 chairs and a amoire that are scratched AND NOT PRE-EXISTING I did not even report these, as I will have my own furniture repair do the touchup. I do not want the $100.00 check that they sent. Their first offer was a joke of $49.00. I do not want the gift card of $25.00 or the Starbucks card they sent. I will send them back. It has been a month. I WANT TO PURCHASE A TV. I stated the amount that I would settle for which is $400.00, which would be half of what I paid 5 yrs. ago. The tv was in pristine condition and gently used. I am going to write to Amy and the Better Business Bureau as well.

The move went great. I highly recommend this moving company. The arrangement for the move was easy and informative. The three moving men, Rene, Jacob and George were professional, courteous, helpful and FAST. I will use this company in any future moves.

The two employees that the company sent over Dido and Mike R. did an excellent job. They called me early in the morning to make sure everything was ready and to reconfirm the meeting time. They were on time and started right away. They asked me where things went as they were unloading the truck. They were very polite and very professional. They even helped me put together a dining room table and attache a mirror to a bedroom dresser. They finished unloading the truck well within the two hour minimum. This is a good company with great employees. I would highly recommend them.

It went well. The movers were very nice. They were on time, courteous and took great care with my furniture. Great care was taken, however, one of the sofas was damaged. The sofa was wrapped, but got damaged on the upper arm. The movers were apologetic and they told me what to do regarding the damage. I contacted Jaye at AZ movers and he was very nice about it and had his repair man Randy give me a call. The sofa was repaired so that it was unnoticeable. He did a great job on the repair. He is very good at what he does. There was no hesitation in AZ movers making preparations to fix my item. I will certainly use their services again. Very pleased with their services.

The movers arrived at 7:30 a.m. promptly and proceeded to pack up the old rental. My husband did a great job getting ready for them to come. They were out of the first house with everything wrapped and padded and delivered everything within one and one half hours at the new location. All in all it took four hours to move our whole house. They did an awesome job,

Gabe and Marcos called ahead to get started early which was awesome in the heat of Phoenix. Finished under budget, ahead of time,and with no damage. These guys were pros and so courteous! Would recommend Using ADM to anyone.

So much better than I would have imagined - I was so stressed moving across town and really wanted a reasonable priced mover and found this moving company off the list - they had an A rating and I see why! They take special care of their Angie's list customers and I felt that special care - I chose to have three men move me rather than 2 men - and they were so courteous, but better yet - got the job done quickly - for moving an hour away- they had my whole house packed up in a little over 2 hours and unpacked in less two hours - a lot less than expected. Vido, Marcos and Mike M - were a pleasure as well - I could tell they really concentrated on doing the job "right" - as if they were moving their own home and/or family members home. I could not have asked for more - from the scheduling of the appointment, to follow up call reflecting confirming the appointment - to the first phone call from the movers - telling me they were on their way - they showed up on time - ready to work - and did things so efficiently I was so impressed with the three guys - one of them even killed a bee that got into my new home, they showed real caring - for such an intimate day in my life and I will recommend them over and over again!!!!!!

This was the BEST MOVE we've ever had! The crew--Rene, Jacob & Kobeny--was super fast and super-friendly. They were experts! They remembered what came out of what rooms, and we hardly had to give them any instructions on which room in the new house to put things. Adn they were speedy but careful--nothing damaged or even dented. AZ Discount Movers made the work of moving much less stressful. (Final price was lower than the estimate.)

We had a good experience. The movers were punctual. They took care of our furniture and the big stuff. It was a very smooth move.

There were three men. The main guy was Renee and he had two other guys. They did a great job. They worked for hours and never even took a break. They used extra padding when moving my furniture. They were very courteous and professional.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of Az Discount Movers. Ronnie, Johnathon and Simon did a fantastic job. They arrived right on time and used their time efficiently so that no time was wasted. They were courteous and professional the entire move. They were careful with our belongings both loading and unloading. I would use Az Discount Movers again, and I would recommend them to others.

The movers were a little late, but called me in advance to let me know were they were and when they would arrive. They arrived within the specified window. Three guys Dido(?), Mike and Kyle were each very professional, careful and efficient. It took just under 2 hours. They carefully wrapped the furniture items and unloaded everything with the same care they used in loading. They set everything up that needed to be and went above and beyond to serve this little move. I will certainly use them again. Thanks

Ronnie, Simon and Youseff of Arizona Discount Movers showed up to our apartment on time and ready to get started right away. We had one room of our two bedroom apartment full of boxes almost to the ceiling, several big prices of furniture, and even a storage unit in another building that was also on the second floor. These guys were fast, efficient and careful with our stuff. They were all cheerful and ran up and down our stair with a smile on their faces. We had several loose boxes of wedding gifts in our storage unit, including some fine china and new dishes. They had no problem handling all of these things with care. They had everything done fast and efficiently. After everything was all loaded into our house, they even asked if we needed anything else heavy moved around. I would definitely use these guys again. Professional, and wonderful service from start to finish. Thank you for making our move easy and stress-free!

They were good. They worked really fast and they were really professional. They did a really nice job of making sure that all of my properties were wrapped up nicely. They were just all around really good and they were not trying to move the clock or anything. They moved everything really efficiently and got it in and out of the house as expeditiously as possible. They did quite a bit of stuff and their price was really reasonable. Three persons came out and they actually came in on the last minute which was really great. They were also on time.

My experience with them has been good. They were good. Stuff gets banged up when you move it but I was pretty happy with the experience overall because they had a great attitude especially since it was August in Arizona and they just did it and got it done. They did a good job overall but they did not do everything exactly the way that I would have wanted it done but it was not enough to complain about it. Like when I said, "Put this in there," and maybe they did not put it where I said to put it and then like when they put the bed together before I can get a light in the wall and just little things like that. I am not complaining. I am just saying that it could have been better.

This was the second time I have hired Arizona Discount Movers for a move and both experiences were fantastic! On the most recent move Dido, Gabe and Mike were the 3 guys sent to do the move. My wife and I had our belongings already boxed up so I am unable to comment on their packing ability, but every other part of the move went smoothly. The arrived promptly, took a look at what was going to be moved and got started. All of our large pieces of furniture were wrapped up with shrink wrap and everything was loaded with care. After a short drive to the new place, everything was unloaded and placed in the proper areas of the house. At all times during the move, the guys were professional and took great care in handling our belongings. Pros: Very fair pricing. No hidden charges (ie rolls of shrink wrap, furniture blankets) Cons: None In summary, I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. In fact, I already have! They have had the same positive experience as I did.

The company confirmed everything prior, arrived when they scheduled, sent professionals to make the move, handled everything professionally and with expedients. Referred to others who also had very favorable comments.

Arizona Discount Movers has moved my mom and I twice. Each time was a good experience. They took really good care of all our furniture, and wrapped it up really well. They even put floor runners in place to protect carpet and stairs. They provided all the supplies. There were no hidden charges. Arizona Discount Movers is absolutely the best. We requested moving quotes from three separate companies and requested they come out to see our home and our stuff to give an estimate. We know how large and how much stuff we have and wanted to be sure the movers did too when the took the job and gave the quote. We were very detailed in our explanation about what was moving from our house and that the second house had stairs the appliances needed to go upstairs and we requested furniture be placed at my fathers house one street over. AZ Discount Movers was a lower amount than the others and we went with them. Day 1 Packing Three movers were prompt and fairly courteous and very nice to our kids, but did not really have allot of packing experience some things were way over packed and some thrown in boxes on top of other things. The crew also told me my kids we should specifically request them for the next day. In additionh a crew member kept asking us if they could have some items that they thought we were giving away and we are missing two XBOX one games that the Crew Member was asking about. This crew could not finish our packing in one day. Day 2 Packing and Moving The same crew showed up with two additional people (5) total and had to finish packing plus take the stuff to the new house. There were two trucks full of stuff. When the crew packed up our outdoor furniture they cracked a duel pane window in my dinning room. When the crew showed up at the new house in the afternoon they were very hurried and originally told us they would have to put all the stuff in one room and would not be able to put things like beds together because the move was taking so long and " it was a flat rate job" Once this was straightened out the crew was still very rushed and took 10 wardrobe boxes of clothes and hung about 1/3 and dumped the rest on my closet floor. The issue was the wardrobe boxes had to be returned with them in the moving truck. When they put the bed together in the Master they did not but the support pieces in the bottom of the bed and the frame cracked when my Son sat on it. Because the movers were in such a hurry they marked and chiped the stairway walls and door jams in my brand new freshly painted house. The crew kept telling us over and over again that we had so much stuff as if that was the problem with the move. Once the move was complete very late in the evening the house was a disaster. I had to pay another $300.00 to another resource to help clean up the move and then help us unpack. I called the next day to speak with Amy but was asked to call back later in the afternoon and when I called back I spoke with Jay who provided the response from AZ Discount movers was that they did hang up some clothes and that they would not send anyone over to help with the closet, that the job was grossly underbid and they probably would not do anything in the way of a price break. Jay did follow up a day later and said they could help fix the bed( we had already fixed out of necessity) asked for pictures which we sent and sent us an insurance claim form which requires additional pictures and more of our time. The reason I hired mover was because both my husband and I work 10 hours a day and did not have time to pack. We also know that we have a fairly large home with allot of stuff which is why we requested the in home estimate. This was the first time I have ever had someone pack for me and will be the last. I also thought they would pack in an organized way as explained then put the stuff in the right place in the new house making the unpacking easier. I do not reccomend AZ Discount movers to provide an accurate estimate and quality service. I further did not think they ensure their service as and the staff they provide are honest. AZ Discount Movers also moved my Father in and that crew did an excellent job and took very good care of their furniture that crew was pleasant and took their time.

DO NOT USE THIS MOVER....MAJOR DISASTER
