Arizona Cleaning

That service turned out just great. 3 house cleaners came out and they stayed for an hour. They cleaned the floors, vacuumed and cleaned the bathrooms too. They brought their own cleaning supplies.

We were very impressed by the professionalism displayed by Sean and his team. They did an amazing job cleaning our home and we will definitely have them back.

They should have mentioned that kitchen and bathrooms were separate from general house cleaning.

Bought coupon. Talked to owner. Decided it wasn't a fit. Chose another company.

Sean and his team were a pleasure to work with! They responded immediately from scheduling to every other aspect of their services. They deep cleaned our 2500+ sq. foot home thoroughly and efficiently, and then walked me through every room to explain everything that was done in all areas of the home. I highly recommend the services of Arizona Cleaning and will use them again without hesitation.

It was a Big Deal purchase. It went okay. I appreciated that they made it clear when they first showed up that they were only going to clean the kitchen and the bathroom but I thought I got a better deal with the other cleaning service. I believe they (the other company) did the whole house and it's not even a huge house. I understand they said they wanted to have enough time to do the kitchen but it's not like the kitchen and the bathroom was in a very bad shape. I thought they could at least vacuum the rest of the house to just make me feel a lot better and it wouldn't take them that long. I left them there and when I came back, the kitchen was in good shape but if they had vacuumed the place, then I would have recommended them. What made me choose them was the Big Deal they offered. They showed up on time. I felt the Big Deal was not that great of a deal. They did an "okay" job. I probably would not use them again.

They arrived on-time and called ahead to let me know when they were on their way. I had purchased a deal on Angie's list for a house cleaning and asked if they would do a move-out cleaning and they did for the same price. (All other vendors charged anywhere between 140 - 240 for a move-out cleaning for a place our size and condition). They spend almost four hours with four people and cleaned every square inch, even the walls where they could. Our house was not extremely dirty, but there were spots that were pretty dirty from being covered for almost three years (behind the washer and dryer, a bathroom that was rarely used). I have used cleaning services before for regular cleanings and was extremely impressed with this service. I was so happy that I tipped them $60. I highly recommend Arizona Cleaning.

There were two people that came to clean and they were very, very nice people. They were very professional and friendly. I had a few things I was hopeful they would do, but they ran out of time. They completed the work, but they had booked themselves really tight. They missed a couple spots at the end but overall, I felt comfortable with them. They were very organized and did a good job.

After discussing the cleaning with Arizona Cleaning, it's clear that the coupon I purchased isn't for me. The gentleman told me that, though it's for two hours, the cleaning would take much longer than two hours and that the discounted rate would only apply to the first two hours (I got the impression that the coupon was a ploy to get customers in the door, then charge them much more than they anticipated). Moreover, he told me I can't use it on my house for a move-out cleaning.

Sean is the consummate professional and treats us and our home very respectfully. He and his team are thorough, consistent and always friendly. I love that they listen to our needs and wants and follow through. These guys do a fantastic job, and we're so pleased!

I had to leave for an appointment but when I returned, Sean walked me through everything they did. I was impressed from the moment I walked in and the rest of the house did not disappoint. They paid attention to every detail and advised me on what to clean the floors and bathrooms with the keep my home looking great for years to come.

They were great! They did a nice job. There were no additional fees. They were at my home 3-4 hours. I get a weekly service with another provider for cheaper now and at the same level of quality so I would not hire them again. It's not that they are bad, it's just that the people I hire now are just as good for a lot less.

They did a really good job! I didn't feel like I had to double check them. Everything was as advertised. They didn't try to sell us more. I was very impressed! I would absolutely hire them them again.

They sent out four individuals for the job. They were very good. I felt it was a truly deep clean, as advertised.

It turned out good. I've had them come back since. Scheduling was fine and they worked around what I needed scheduling-wise.

Incredibly well. They provide reminder calls and arrive when they say they are going to arrive. They attend to the details take direction and always leave my apartment so clean that my mother would think it was clean. Nobody knows more about clean than my mother.

Responded promptly to initial phone call to schedule and very accommodating about scheduling with short notice. To cancel, we left a message but are still awaiting his return call a half hour later.

Well, I have never hired a service to clean my house before so this was a new experience for me. After searching for providers on Angie's List I chose Arizona Cleaning because of the great reviews of past customers. I have to say, I was not disappointed ... I left a rather messy house and walked back into a fabulous clean palace. The service was exceptional and Sean and his crew were very friendly and professional. I will definitely be using Arizona Cleaning again. I couldn't be more pleased.

I asked for specific things to be cleaned and they "ran out of time" and did not do it in the time allotted.

The job took 2hrs as estimated. Very pleasant to work with, dependable and convenient scheduling. Don't always do as asked.

Two people came, one cleaned the bathrooms which took 2 hours? The other mopped floors, but did not mop all of my floors, cleaned the kitchen which he included inside of microwave, top of frig. For a 2 person 2 hour cleaning, I was very disappointed. After a cleaning crew leaves your home, you should not have to finish cleaning your home. They did not vacuum my carpets, or dust. I was pretty shocked as they were leaving. When he said we are done, I mentioned that he did not vacuum or dust and he agreed.

Both of the providers work very fast and very hard, and did a great job cleaning. We will definitely use them again.

Sean and Anna arrived right on time and didn't stop for the entire 2 hrs they were here. We agreed on my priorities as I knew they would not be able to clean the entire house. They systematically went about thoroughly and efficiently cleaning all my must do areas. When the most important areas were completed there was still 10 minutes left Sean saw to it that I got my full 2hrs worth of service by tackling another area that I was very interested in addressing for the remainder of the time. He saw to it that I got every minute of time we had agreed on. They use all green products and 4 wks later I can tell you that their service and products provided better protection than anything I have ever experienced. Usually the dust is back inside of wk, but not this time! Their full price service probably is pricier than most but it would take others more than twice as long to do what they did and really don't think the results would have lasted as long. Thanks Sean!
