Because we send out a team properly equipped with a hepa vacuum that has four filters to prevent cross contamination, we can take on large projects without reducing quality. On the other hand, a lot of our competitors do not meet registration or insurance requirements; are franchises that charge extra fees; and are contractors who cut federal and state benefits to employees. In addition, other companies send out only one or two person teams without the proper equipment or training resulting in their limited performance, organization, and value to the service. Finally, many companies may not reach your expectations. Through extensive observation and documentation throughout the years, we can share with you an imperative insight. To provide a thorough clean for the first time, it takes four to six labor-hours to complete a 1,000 square feet. You can add up another four to six hours for another 1,000 sf, and so on. People tend to believe that a two person team for two hours or four labor-hours could “Deeply” clean more than a 1,000 SF. Sean and his crew arrived within the set time and went to work immediately. They dusted, cleaned or scoured every surface in the house. They were professional, hard working and finished the entire job that day. My husband and I were delighted with this company and plan to have them return every quarter.

It was advertised as "Deep Clean". Not sure what that means. But while I was making an appointment time, I was threatened with extra charges or this, that and the other, even though my house was half the size covered in the advert. At the end of the service appointment, every little chore completed was listed. But I later noted several things incomplete - blinds not fully cleaned, taps with limescale under the handle, baseboards dusted, when a damp sponge would have been more effective. All in all, an OK cleaning job, for the price. But I wouldn't use them to clean my house, if I was selling it and needed to show it.

The deal was bought on 07/14/2017. The same day on 07/14/2017, we sent him a message through Angies List site since there was no phone number listed on his contact information. In this message we requested for him to call us back to discuss the details of the service and schedule. We didn't hear from him for four days, so we sent him another message on 07/18/2017. Two days later, he called on 07/20/2017. On an initial home assessment, the customer described his home as in "good condition". He asked why the question of the condition of the home. It was explained to him, that sometimes when the conditions of the home is extreme, there would be extra charges, also this is stated in the fine print our of deal. There was no confirmation of extra charges at this time. He continued saying, " oh no, my home is in good condition." He also said he preferred the cleaning to be done on a Saturday because he has been out of town, and he needed to be there for the clean. We informed him that we usually do not service his area nor do we clean on Saturdays; but we would be happy to accommodate him since he already had bought the deal. The service was performed on Saturday 7/29/2017 as per customer's requested and agreed the team would arrive around 0820-0900 am. A service reminder was sent out to his phone one day before of the cleaning. When team was on the way to his home, a text was sent to his number that the team was on the way. The team arrived on time at 0825 am to perform the clean. On an initial walk through, it was observed that toilets were covered in urine and feces inside and around toilet bowl, tanks, walls, and floors. Toilet areas were pretreated with disinfectant and cleaned by hand with disposable rags. The sink in the master bathroom was holding facial hair to its optimal capacity. Blinds, baseboards, were covered with about one inch of dust. Blinds and baseboards were vacuumed first and then cleaned by hand, baseboards were also cleaned with a baseboard-brush by hand. Furniture was covered with dust, bread crumbs, and other items on and under cushions. All sofas and upholstery furniture was cleaned. The kitchen was covered in grease from cabinets, to countertops, and the glass stove top could not be seen. The glass stove top was covered with black burned areas and about one inch of grease. The kitchen and breakfast area-linoleum-floors were blacks and covered with crumbs, leaves, food particles, it ended up clogging our vacuum hose when we were vacuuming it. The floors in the kitchen and breakfast area were mopped and scrubbed four times. 11 labors hours and 80 cleaning rags were used to complete the job. On a final walk through, the team supervisor mentioned to him that the house needed TLC and that it was different that what was originally said in the phone conversation. The supervisor said to him that usually we would charge extra for this kind of home condition, but that he wasn't going to charge extra this time. Customer said, " I know, it has been seven years since I cleaned it." In the end customer acknowledged his satisfaction by saying that he was happy with the service and that we exceeded his expectations.

When a move out clean is to be performed, we usually suggest that the unnoccupied home be ready. The living room area still had furniture (pool table) and boxes on the floor. Kitchen cabinets were full of dishes and not emptied out. These items that were in the way prevented the team to reach those areas. In addition, the customer pointed out that the stainless still refrigerator doors needed more cleaning on the outside, unfortunately these doors had so much tape from removed stickers it seemed like. It was explained to the customer that we do not scrub stainless still items, but we gently clean them with a soft rag and cleaning solutions to avoid making any scratches on the surfaces. On a final walk through, customer said we met her expectations.

I spoke with a representative of the company who tried to tell me the coupon I paid for had fine print that stated they could charge me more if the job took longer. I double-checked the coupon and it clearly stated that there was only an additional charge if the home was larger than 1500 sf. Mine is 1200. When I called back and told them, she insisted it was otherwise, and when I told her I was reporting the company to Angie's List, she immediately refused service.

On an initial assessment customer said, “My home is filthy. I want my house to be cleaned.” Furthermore, when customer was asked about dust in the home she said, “It has extreme dust. It is about one inch thick. It is filthy.” Moreover when asked about the condition of the shower glass door, she said, “I cannot see through it. It needs a lot of work. I want my home to be cleaned. It is filthy and has not been cleaned in over a year.” After a thorough home assessment, the customer was informed by Arizona Cleaning staff that the job in a home with this square footage should only take 4-6 labor hours, but that in this case the home might need 12-16 labor hours since it is found to be in extreme conditions and that an extra fee might be added. In a raised tone, the customer said that it says in the deal that the team will stay as long as necessary to complete the job. It was explained to the customer that in the fine print it also says that an extra charge will be added to homes found to be in extreme conditions. She said, “I will report you to Angie’s List for fraud.” She hang up the phone. The customer called back and said that the deal does not say that an extra charge will be added for extreme conditions and dictated “I expect you to be here tomorrow with no extra charges.” The company representative was trying to explain to her that it is stated in the fine print that an extra charge will be added for homes in extreme conditions. She kept saying in a demanding tone, “I expect you to be here tomorrow with no extra charges.” She did not even ask or let the company representative inform her about how much the extra fee would be. Without success the representative was trying to explain about the text in the fine print about the extra charge for homes in extreme condition. She hang up the phone for a second time. Customer did NOT deny at any time that the home was in extreme condition.

Went really well. Sean came in with his crew. They were efficient and started to tackle the buildup of dirt and mess. Everything is shiny and sparkling. The kitchen sink looks awesome. The work ethic is great among his employees. This is a company we will have out again. One thing I will point out is our office chairs were all wiped down INCLUDING the legs. That has been missed by a number of the firms we have hired. Great company to take care of your cleaning needs.

The floors and vacuuming also needed a TLC. A final walk through with the owner was conducted and she said to be happy with the service. Arizona Cleaning offers 24 hour satisfaction guarantee. If an area of the house needs to be re cleaned, please call us within 24 hours of the clean, and we will go back to re clean it free of charge. The team enjoyed cleaning your home.
