Staff was thorough, lead person was great explaining what would be done and what was done, and the owner also came by to see how my experience was going. When I start getting my house cleaned regularly, I would definitely contact this organization.

The crew showed up when they were supposed to and did an excellent job. The house never looked so good. They were very thorough and left the house sparkling clean. I was dreading getting a ladder and cleaning the ceiling fans and dusting the mini blinds. Thanks to these hard workers, I didn't have to.

Company did not service my area, though that was not mentioned in the Big Deal.

Sean was very communicative. Arrived when he said he would. He added additional work to the job at the last minute. He performed the work as promised for a reasonable price. He communicated after the job was finished. I'm very happy.

The team arrived on time, took a tour of the house, and immediately started to work. They were short one of the team, but you could not tell by the amount of work they got done - and it was done in the time they estimated it would take for the job. We would certainly use them again.

Not only do they do a thorough job, but they respond quickly and are punctual with timing. They followup and keep in communication. Its also the small things, they are very aware of my dogs and take the time to spend time with them when the vacuum is going on. This shows the class service they provide!!

am extremely happy with the work that was performed and usually I don't like anyone. The crew was extremely professional and organized. Each person had a responsibility to make the service run smoothly. They use a back pack vacuum which was wonderful because I didn't need to worry about my wood work getting smashed up and marked. Very clean appearance and very professional.

I hired Arizona Cleaning when my health took a sudden turn for the worst and my Father passed away. I couldn't do the bending and reaching. The company had been doing an adequate job on my bi-weekly service. On their last visit, I asked them to not clean the guest suite (bedroom, bathroom, and entryway) as I had done it, but rather wash off the patio table and two 18" side tables outside. The task would have taken less than 10 minutes versus cleaning the entire full bath and bedroom with sitting area - 700 sq ft. The owner, Sean, told me that I " needed to understand" that there would be an additional cost to make this change and do this " additional work". When I received my initial bid, it was to clean the 3000+ square foot home. I never had them do the office as I use it for storage, the guest suite normally requires dusting but not full cleaning, they cleaned the laundry room once as most of it was also storage (from the recent death of my Father) and the shower in the guest bath, and tub in the master are rarely cleaned as they are not used. I even empty the kitchen trash and recycle before they arrive. I told Sean that this change would not require them to be here a longer amount of time. I told him that they do not spend the full two hours for my bi-weekly service, and that it was less work required. I told him that it was less work and time. Again, he told me that I "didn't understand" how business worked. It wasn't about time. I was wearing a back brace and could barely walk which was why I asked for the patio tables to be washed instead of doing it myself. The owner was condescending, insulting, and rude. I was in tears as he "explained" (translated argued) that I didn't understand about how business worked. It became very heated and upsetting so I told him not to bother with the patio but that this would be the last time that I would use them. He repeated my inadequacy to understand business a few more times and then told his crew to leave immediately. He actually left the bag of trash in front of my front door rather than putting it in the container that was out at the curb. When he started working here they did an outstanding job. Then they got faster and faster, not more efficient, just fast. Especially the owner who did the kitchen. Things started needing correction on different visits. **The owner missed a piece of glass that was behind the toaster on an unused part of the counter **I had to re-vacuum the living room on one visit because they didn't do a good job. It filled the tank on my Dyson cordless vacuum. He just watched me do it shaking his head. **I had to point out spots left on the bathroom cabinets, mirror, and floor on a different visit. ** They broke the soap dish that matched the rest of the bathroom accessories and I didn't get upset, but told him to forget about it. **Their vacuum didn't do a good job of cleaning but it ripped a string out of the living room 12 x15 foot rug. I didn't fault them but told him I was going to cut the string and have it pulled through and knotted on the other side. Sean cut the string the 3rd time he was here, flush with the carpet so it could not be pulled through the back and knotted. I speak softly because I am hearing impaired. He says he did not hear me tell him not to cut the string. Subsequently, the dog found the hole and the rug was ruined. (I was waiting to cut it when there would be help to lift the furniture to get under the rug.) I let that go, never faulting them. Yes, they got faster and faster, and their care and quality diminished. His staff turned over at almost every visit, which is not unusual, but we had thought he would be different as he actually interviewed me when I called about the service. He knew that I have major health issues and have had a TIA and several ruptured disks. I don't believe in crying over spilled milk (things missed, broken, etc.) because nothing is worth the angst right now for me. When he was arguing with me I did cite his shortfalls. With his college education, he was truly a disappointment. On top of it all, Sean charges over 20% more than other services. He left me high and dry knowing my holiday company was arriving the following day and I was helpless. I take blame for trying to reason with him and in turn began to argue back, through my tears, sitting in a chair while he towered over me. I don't do confrontation and this was probably the biggest argument that I have had in my life. No one can believe I actually fired someone. I truly thought he would call to apologize, but I was wrong. This business person who successfully retired at 52 just didn't understand how business is run. It's been almost a month and I am finally ready to write the review and close this door.

They were prompt and professional. Did a great job, and I was very pleased with them.

It went so well we have contracted to have them back monthly. Professional and thorough, can't ask for much more than that!

I called on a thursday....Sean and his team arrived the next day. They wiped cabinets, cleaned my ovens, cleaned ceiling fans, vacuumed my sofas and dog bed. They were pleasant and thorough. I will use again for a deep clean!

I was very impressed with the young man who ran the company but not so much with the helping staff. I don't know if they didn't understand my directions when they first came in or that he changed the focus of their cleaning but I'm glad I stayed to make them do what I wanted before they left. The bathrooms were a priority and one ended up spotless and the other, which I had stressed repeatedly, needed my attention after they left. The man took care of the kitchen and did a great job from top to bottom. He cleaned everything, even the cabinets and the fake plants. He even got up on the high ladder and changed the air filter for my father. The girls weren't quite as motivated and I didn't understand why it took so much time to clean the bedrooms. They were already the cleanest rooms in the house and it seemed the girls had to talk to each other every so often. Only 2 of the rooms are carpeted and they did vacuum them. They also vacuumed the other floors but not very well and no real mopping. But they were all very polite and seemed to try to do what we asked of them.

It went very very well. Sean was extremely professional in his approach. He explained everything on the phone beforehand, including telling me what I could do to help prepare the house; then explained what they'd be doing as I showed him around the house; and explained what they had done after they finished. He and his crew quietly went about their task, and were done in less time than estimated. Sean was friendly and pleasant, as were his crew members. The house looked really good, and we had no instances afterwards where we noticed something they hadn't done. All in all, I would highly recommend Arizona Cleaning to all, and will use them again when the opportunity arises.

The initial deep clean went well. Sean and his crew of three cleaned from baseboards up to ceiling fans, and everything in between, throughout our 2300 sf house in a couple of hours. It was well worth the price! I requested a quote for monthly cleaning and agreed. There was a wrinkle, though, and Sean called me later to say he had misquoted, and the monthly service would be ten dollars more per visit. Since then, they come once per month to maintain the sparkle. They call the night before an appointment with a 2-hour window for arrival. The team completes the work in an hour or so. Every time they are here, the house gets the attention to detail it needs. Sometimes, they miss a little something, but the crew is very responsive to my requests. Before they leave each time, Sean inspects everything and already has me scheduled for the date next month.

Sean and his crew did an amazing job - worked just over 2.5 hours and totally transformed a fairly dirty 3 bedroom house into a spic and span one! Fridge and oven looked brand new!

Sean and his team did a phenomenal job. The cleaning exceeded my expectations. Slightly above my budget for bi-monthly cleaning, but they cleaned my house exceedingly well. I will definitely use them, if I resort to monthly cleanings.
