Furthermore, you as a customer will enjoy having a four or three person team with a structured cleaning system, equipment, and supplies to detail-clean your home. Because we send out a team properly equipped with a hepa vacuum that has four filters to prevent cross contamination, we can take on large projects without reducing quality. On the other hand, a lot of our competitors do not meet registration or insurance requirements; are franchises that charge extra fees; and are contractors who cut federal and state benefits to employees. In addition, other companies send out only one or two person teams without the proper equipment or training resulting in their limited performance, organization, and value to the service. Finally, many companies may not reach your expectations. Through extensive observation and documentation throughout the years, we can share with you an imperative insight. To provide a thorough clean for the first time, it takes four to six labor-hours to complete a 1,000 square feet. You can add up another four to six hours for another 1,000 sf, and so on. People tend to believe that a two person team for two hours or four labor-hours could “Deeply” clean more than a 1,000 SF. There must be a mistake with this review. Customer must have written this review for the wrong company. First, Arizona cleaning is structured in a way that everything is documented electronically and manually. This customer does not appear in our data base. He or she never purchased a service from us. Second, this home is almost 63 miles away from were we service. Arizona cleaning has never done services in Wickenburg. It is too far for our staff to go out there, and it would take too much driving time, gas, and other liabilities, reason why we do not service that area.

On an initial assessment the homeowner stated that she needed help. She described the condition of the home as "fair condition. The cleaning was performed on Wednesday August 19th, 2015. The home had extreme dust and pet hair on furniture, upholstery, curtains, blinds, window sills, and doors. Also, there was extreme dust and cat litter on all floors. Shower and kitchen needed a deep TLC. The blinds on the living rooms were not touched because they were broken and chewed up by the dogs, so the team members did not touch them to avoid further damage to the blinds. The baseboards and ceilings fans were cleaned by hand. The team spend 12.5 labor hours, and 87 cleaning rags were used to complete the cleaning. At the end of the cleaning a walk through was done and the customer gave the team chocolates and said "you exceded my expectations beacuse you also cleaned the baseboards". The team supervisor reminded the customer that this company offers a 24 hour guarantee, and that she could call within 24 hours if there was something that she needed us to re-clean. Customer expressed to be happy and said that she would call back to schedule regular service.

Description of Work: I had to leave the house so I'm not sure how long they stayed to clean, but there were things that weren't cleaned (light fixture above dining table, which is low) (blinds and shades in certain areas) and for the price, I was disappointed. My prior service when I lived in Phoenix was excellent. The house sparkled when then were done cleaning. I didn't feel this way with this company.

Thank you for your review. The total price for this clean was $229.00 as stated in Angie’s List reports and no extra fees were charged. The team arrived at 1:14 pm and finished at 3:40pm for 9.73 man hours invested in the job as shown on the job reports. Floors were cleaned twice, and 55 cleaning rags were used to complete the job. The house needed TLC on the dusting and in the master bathroom. The light fixtures and ceiling fans were not able to be reached with a two step ladder because the client had 10 foot ceilings, so ceiling fans and light fixtures were cleaned with an extension telescoping high duster. All reachable blinds were cleaned by hand, some areas where furniture was placed in front of windows and blinds were unable to be reached by hand, were cleaned with a high duster. The company policies include that team members are not allowed to move furniture and cannot go higher than a two-step ladder due to workers compensation. Our company policies include 100% satisfaction guarantee and encourage customer that are not happy with the service to call within 24 hours, so the company staff can do everything possible to fix anything or re-clean areas the customer is not happy with. It is difficult for the company staff to please customers when customers do not communicate their disappointment in a timely matter. The clean was performed on 05/19/2015 and we are being informed about the customer unhappiness two and half months later.

We appreciate your review. According to the company records from Angie’s List, customer paid $179.00 not $199 as stated above. The company did not charge any extra fees. The cleaning was performed on Tuesday January 20th 2015. As an established business, we document all important details about the home. The team started the cleaning at 12:29pm and finished at 4:40pm for 16.67 man hours as documented on the job report. The whole house needed TLC included dusting, vacuuming, bathroom and kitchen. Floors were cleaned three times and 80 cleaning rags were used to complete the job. The house had ceiling fans and chandeliers at eleven foot high, and because of workers compensation and company insurance, team members are not allowed to try to reach these areas by hand and were cleaned with a high duster, and this situation was explained to the customer. Areas cleaned by hand are areas that can be easily reached with a two step ladder. Finally, after a final walk through with the customer, she said, “I love everything you guys did. I will call you to go on regular service.” The company staff is extremely sorry the customer was unhappy with the service. We would have loved to find out about this situation within 24 hours after the service and not six months after the service
