Sean and his partner Anna did a outstanding job on my RENTAL. I AM GETTING THE PLACE RENTED AND THEY CAME IN AND CLEAN THE PLACE UP A EXCELLENT JOB. They came in with all of their cleaning supplies and did a outstanding job cleaning my kitchen and stove.

They were wonderful. They were able to get every done in two hours i had requested.

Cleaned my empty house so it would be market ready. Did everything I asked. Came on short notice and was very punctual and responsive.

The short story is that they got it done! They did come that Friday afternoon and our home has never been cleaner: saltillo-tile floors, bedroom carpets, kitchen, bathrooms, multiple tables, chairs, even our elliptical. My wife and I have a huge bookcase and their team dusted on top of the books! We're very happy with the service.

I made the arrangements over the telephone as I do not live in Phoenix. It was very easy to communicate with them. They returned calls promptly. I had someone in Phoenix for them to contact and before I could let that person know Sean would be calling he already had called. They did a good job and I would use them again.

They were personable, efficient, helpful and thorough.

I am in a wheelchair, and my housekeeping has suffered. The rooms (dusting, windows, fans, etc.) and the floors hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. Sean and Ana worked very hard to bring my house "up to snuff!" Lots of elbow grease, hard work, and attention to details made my house look wonderful.

Was happy with the work done when the appt was made I was told that my house was tiny. Based on that and the fact that I had picked up and put away all the items that were not part of house cleaning I was disappionted that the whole house did not get done. The bare floor mop was rushed and they only got a corner of the kitchen done.

I had them work on the two bathrooms and the kitchen. They all needed a deep cleaning and the results were good.

The service was great. They were really friendly, thorough, and seemed customer service orientated. They set the expectations of what they could accomplish upfront and they did what I expected. They were really good about calling ahead of time and re confirming the appointment.

Thkey were very professional. Came in and went to work - very efficient. I was very pleased with their workmanship and they seemed to take pride in their work. They provided all the products and tools for cleaning. In other services I have used I have had to provide the materials. They did a terrific job on the tile floors and my shower stall.

Sean was on time and they did a great job. They did a very complete and clean job! Excellent job and would recommend them.

I called to make an app. and was asked the size of my home, then told it could not be done in the allotted time, but for more money it could. I told him I would seek a refund and he was ok with this.

Wow! I do not have a large or fancy home, but when they left I felt like I was in a palace. My home is 1500 sq ft and 3 bed/2bath. We are a family of 3 with 3 furry dogs. We are on the go constantly so it's fair to say the house needs TLC. Az cleaning arrived on time, explained what they would do and also asked about additional needs since I had indicated up front I wanted to purchase additional time. I went for an extended clean and excluded 2 of the bedrooms to ensure the main areas received the attention they needed. They began work immediately and didn't stop. They had a clear system they followed room to room which made them very efficient. Sean and Anna were an impressive team. I could never do as good of a job as these two folks did - they are truly professionals. I am looking forward to having them back in March.

We have been using Arizona Cleaning for nearly two years now and have been very happy with the service and the quality of their work. First off, they always show up on time and they always send us a courtesy text reminder the day before our cleaning. When they arrive they are friendly and go to work immediately. We have two dogs in the house which results in messy floors and pet hair settling on everything, but when they're done the house always looks wonderful. They dust all visible surfaces (including blinds and light fixtures) and they vacuum all carpets and tile floors with a professional grade vacuum. They also mop and dry our tile floors. They then go to work cleaning sinks, tubs, toilets, etc.; including removal of hard water stains. They finish up by cleaning all counter tops and kitchen appliances. They will also happily do extra little things like making the beds and changing linens if specifically asked to do so. In short, the house always looks great when they're done. More importantly than any of the above, we trust them! They have never broken or damaged anything in the house and they go out of their way to be careful with our belongings. They are always friendly and patient with our two energetic dogs and they were willing to learn the household dog rules (what furniture the dogs are allowed on, etc.) when we first started using them. I am not always able to be here during the day when they are working and I trust them enough that we have given them our garage door code so that they can come and go without supervision; this is not something that I am willing to do for most contractors, but they have earned that level of trust from me. Their employees are background checked by a third party which helps quite a lot. They are not the cheapest option for us, but they are definitely not the most expensive and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional house cleaner in the greater Phoenix area.

Outstanding, efficient, caring for details. Would be hard to replace them. They use green products. Dependable.
