Arizona Cleaning has been cleaning homes and satisfying customers since 2003 providing dependable, professional, and affordable maid services. Why choose Arizona Cleaning over other companies? Arizona Cleaning is licensed, bonded, and insured. Employees are background checked, drug tested, and trained with a professional clock-wise top to bottom system. We conduct monthly meetings focusing on details, quality, and customers’ feedback. Team members enjoy an environment of safety and full benefits under federal and state regulations. Additionally, Arizona Cleaning is not a franchise nor a contractor. Furthermore, you as a customer will enjoy having a four or three person team with a structured cleaning system, equipment, and supplies to detail-clean your home. Because we send out a team properly equipped with a hepa vacuum that has four filters to prevent cross contamination, we can take on large projects without reducing quality. On the other hand, a lot of our competitors do not meet registration or insurance requirements; are franchises that charge extra fees; and are contractors who cut federal and state benefits to employees. In addition, other companies send out only one or two person teams without the proper equipment or training resulting in their limited performance, organization, and value to the service. Finally, many companies may not reach your expectations. Through extensive observation and documentation throughout the years, we can share with you an imperative insight. To provide a thorough clean for the first time, it takes four to six labor-hours to complete a 1,000 square feet. You can add up another four to six hours for another 1,000 sf, and so on. People tend to believe that a two person team for two hours or four labor-hours could “Deeply” clean more than a 1,000 SF. Description of Work: Cleaned our 1890 sf patio home. Sean and a crew of three did their usual complete, efficient job. Sean is a very determined entrepreneur and is very focused on client's being happy with everything that they do. Today, he really impressed me. On his last visit, in mid-November, he knocked over a floor lamp and did some damage to the shade. At the time, he apologized profusely and gave us a 20% discount on the job that day. When he arrived today, he had a brand new lamp shade, without any request from us. We are not a long time client, having used his company less than 6 times. His moral compass is aimed in the right direction. I highly recommend this young man who brings efficiency and ethis to the job every day.

Description of Work: They were directed to clean the things that my regular 65 year old cleaning lady does not do and I do not have time to do, such as wiping down the baseboards. I was not home but my husband was and he felt they did a good job. |We purchased the 2 hour $99 for 2 cleaning people.As much as I would like to use them, what they quoted to my husband for a regular cleaning was much too high for us. I don't remember what he said the cost would be but it was way beyond what we could afford. I will keep my old cleaning lady who charges $20/hr and my husband will keep complaining she doesn't do a good job. When it comes down to it, we can only do what we can afford.
