I called on a Monday morning and left a message with the service. I received a call back within 10 minutes. I explained my issue and, even though it was not an emergency, they scheduled an appointment for me for the next afternoon. Michael showed up exactly when he said he would. He was very nice and friendly and professional. After a half hour, he let me know the problem and it was corrected. I was very impressed and will definitely use this company again in the future. I also already mentioned this to 3 other friends in case they ever have issues.

All the work was satisfactorily accomplished except the light in the refrigerator freezer section for which parts were no longer available.

Great. The service was done quickly and professionally. They explained what was being done and were friendly to my talkative 3 1/2 year old, too. They also showed up shortly after I called for service (within a day).

While at my home, I had him check the dishwasher. Routine build-up was preventing the sprayers from optimum performance. He gave me maintenance tips that empowered me to possibly prevent similar issues in the future

The appointment was set up within 1 day after we found out the leaking problem. Michael came on time and checked our washer. He was professional and very knowledgeable. It turned out the leaking was cause by an minor issue and didn't not require major repair. We appreciated Michael's honesty as he was not trying to upswell anything. We will definitely hire them again.

It went really well. I asked him if it could be repaired and he said that my washer could have a recall, I checked and indeed it had a recall. Thanks to his advise and knowledge I didn't spend any money trying to fix it. I contacted other companies and they charge just for coming to check.

Carlos called and then arrived on time. he tested out several possibilities and found a faulty water valve, which he replaced and tested successfully.

Our repairman was prompt, clean, polite and professional. He also was very knowledgeable and arrived on time, calling before coming. We were very pleased with Affordable Appliance.

The repair was more than the washer was worth so they did not do the repair however they were honest and provided great customer service.

Mike who repaired the dryer was professional and great to work with. He did great repair work on the same day that we called for an appt. Would highly recommend this company!

Washer malfunction was not diagnosed properly. End result cost me an additional $350, and 4 weeks without a functioning machine. If Charlie is the technician send him away.

It could have been better. I think I got a little smoke blown up my heinie. I think the part that I paid for was not what fixed the refrigerator. I think the part that he quote unquote threw in for free is what fixed it.

He found the problem, gave us a list of options and prices (even discounts), and was pleasant when we decided to only pay his fee and move forward with our plans to buy a new washer instead of repair our broken one,

Repair was timely. Technician was prompt courteous. Area was clean when he left.

We called AAR. Among other things, I was asked on the telephone the refrigerator’s make and age. Rene came out the next day at the time promised. He opened a panel at the machine’s rear then asked to see the owner’s manual. He said that the problem was in the “sealed system,” and pointed out in the manual that the sealed system has a 7-year, parts-only warranty. He went on to say that if he touches it, that will void the warranty, and that we needed to call LG for the repair. “We no longer do LG warranty work,” he said. We were charged a service call fee of $55. When LG later came out, they unplugged the machine, waited 30 seconds and replugged it. It immediately began operating again. The computer controls needed to be rebooted. LG told me that any refrigeration-qualified service company could have worked on the machine. That would NOT have voided the warranty. The only requirement would be that they use OEM LG parts. 1. AAR could have concluded the same thing in the original telephone call when they asked the brand and the machine’s age. 2. Obviously the technician did not know enough about the machine to try rebooting its computer controls. The experience cost us $55 for nothing, plus the loss of all the food in the refrigerator and freezer, $40 worth of dry ice notwithstanding.

All I had was a phone call with them. The gentleman I spoke to was very helpful in assessing the situation based on the information I gave him. He convinced us it would not be worth the money and effort to fix it--we ended up buying a new one from Spencer's. I appreciated his help.

Very well. We were also able to ask him about some concerns we has with our electric range and refrigerator. He explained what was going on....nothing to worry about.b
