Description of Work: Affordable Appliance initially came out 3 months prior to diagnose and fix my warm refrigerator. They charged my old appliance with freon and gave me a 3 month warranty. As luck would have it, 3 days out of my warranty my fridge got warm again. Affordable Appliances response was quick and honest. They did not charge me for another recharge for an obvious very small and slow leak. They could have recommended replacing several components but advised me none was a sure fix. Knowing I was on borrowed time with the fridge I purchased new. Affordable was impressive for not charging me for the second visit and not taking advantage of what could have been a long and lucrative repair road.

Description of Work: While Manny was not able to fix my refrigerator at a rate which was within our budget of reason (We ended up getting a brand new one), Manny worked with us to determine the possible problem and provide us with options. His professionalism and level of integrity was outstanding. I would definitely use his services in the future.

In Oct for washing machine malfunction no charge. Needed replacement. Rapid response, total professionalism, excellent servicemen. Will use them solely for anything needed

Description of Work: As with an earlier reviewer, I contacted Affordable Appliance Repair's scheduling number. The operator took my information, and told me the "tech" would call me back to schedule an appointment. Hours pasted, and no return call. I wasted a day waiting for the call, when I could have been scheduling with a company that wanted my work.

Description of Work: Washer would not complete a cycle or clean properly. Repair men checked out washer. Cleaned the washer with a heavy duty calcium remover. Told us the machine may need a new bearing or a new sensor. We ran a load of wash, seemed to work fine and has been working well since. If machine acts up in 30 days they will deduct service call from bill. The most professional, knowledgeable appliance repair service people we have encountered.

Description of Work: All I had to pay for was the service because serviceman found paperwork, from when I bought the dryer , in the pipe....Appliance installer neglected to remove instruction manual from the exhaust pipe.

Description of Work: Work was done promptly and on time. The helper had some grease on the sole of his shoe and tracked it all over the entry, kitchen, and laundry room. It was not noticed or cleaned during the service. The technician was very knowledgeable and gave helpful pointers if the problem should occur again.

Description of Work: He fixed the door lock on my Frigidaire washer. I have multiple problems with this washer and he was the first one to completely replace the lock. It works great now.
