Description of Work: Replaced circuit board in order to get the fridge to cool again.

Description of Work: A few months ago, David came out and cleaned our dryer vent, resulting in superior drying performance. But recently loads have been taking several cycles to dry. I contacted the company via Angie's list and Don put us immediately in touch with David. They were completely prepared to find out what was wrong, at no additional cost. David called me and reminded me that we had a screen on our roof vent to prevent rodents from entering, but we don't have a rodent problem. He suggested we remove it (or that he would come over at no cost to remove himself). My husband removed it and found compacted lint, which was preventing our vent from venting! Talk about responsive--problem solved from start to finish in about 4 hours.

Description of Work: My dishwasher would not drain. They showed up on the same day I called, and Jerry was able to find and solve the problem for a very reasonable price. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: I appreciated two return phone calls from this company. They talked me through the options concerning an LG refrigerator that wasn't/isn't functioning properly. As a result, I know approximately how much it would cost to repair it, the time it would take, and can make a decision as to whether to proceed based on the age and cost of my current appliance. We decided we would buy a new one rather than put another $500 into a ten year old refrigerator. The two service guys I talked to were courteous, responsive, knowledgeable and professional and did not make me feel rushed in my description of the problem. Additionally, the two ladies who answered the phones and routed the call to the service guys were so pleasant....

Description of Work: It would have cost more to fix the washer than replace it. He gave us the breakdown and did not pressure a decision.

Description of Work: Our washer needed repair. They diagnosed the problem and kept me alert to when the part would be in and when they would come to do the repair. The same gentleman that did the work was my contact so it made it easy. I would definately hire them again.

Description of Work: They tuned up my dishwasher, cleaned out the drain and got it draining again.

Description of Work: The work was done and I was given an explanation on why the squeak and he fixed it for now but said due to shape of drum it will come back. I did ask them to clean out the duct work in the front of the machine and after they left I had to get out my vacuum cleaner and finish the job. It was not cleaned to my specifications.
