Description of Work: Replace the ice maker in our freezer and replace a few parts on our Dishwasher. The tech was very knowledgable. The only problem I had was that they had to order parts for the dishwasher and to get them to respond back when the parts would be installed.

Description of Work: Repaired a leaking diswasher seal. Excellent professional service, prompt and courteous. Would definately recommend them and use them again.

Description of Work: Our washing machine was leaking. They came and checked it out and determined the drain was clogged and nothing was wrong with the machine. |We only paid for a service call. Later I bought some drain cleaner and poured it down the drain and have not had any more problems so their diagnosis was correct.

Description of Work: Our refrigerator was not cooling in the upper section but the freezer was still freezing. Called AAR and they responded very quickly and on time. The Technician knew within a minute what the problem was... (It was the circuit board controlling the automatic defrosting process.) He had the circuit board (from the manufacturer)on board his van and was able to efficiently and quickly replace it. All now is good... We liked the Technician too...

Description of Work: I have responded to this particular request several times. The person arrived on time. Advised it was less expensive to purchase a new dishwasher than to repair it. So I did. I do not remember the advertised cost of the deal, I paid the advertised amount. His honesty and professionalism was appreciated and I will use them again.
