They found that the heater assembly had shorted so they replaced it. They accidentally scheduled the service for a holiday but they were very accommodating and rescheduled at my convenience.

Went fine...took him less than an hour. Very courteous, professional, knowledgeable.
Description of Work: The unknown little trinkets in my son's pockets were coming out during drying cycles and then getting into the dryer. It got to the point that these things were making the dryer make some pretty loud/rough noises when the dryer ran. So he basically just opened up the dryer and removed those items for me.

Don and the repairman tested various parts of the refrigerator because they wanted to make sure they were fixing the right thing. They unloaded the contents of the freezer into a plastic box, (when they were done, they put everything back, too) so they could reach everything. The first test they did showed that everything was working, but clearly it wasn't, so they checked more. They finally discovered the problem, which was a burned out master board. They replaced the board and tested it. They also checked the wires and found out everything was working correctly. Don finally fixed a problem that had existed for several years. The warranty repairmen in the past had never completely resolved the problem; this refrigerator has been repaired several times for the same problem. The next day, Don called to be sure that the problem was resolved, and he guaranteed his work for one year on parts and labor.
Description of Work: When I called to set up the appointment, Don got the model number of the refrigerator and agreed to come out the next day to repair the freezer on my refrigerator. It would only go to 22 degrees and would not get any colder. Don arrived with another repairman on time the next day, with the part he thought was not working from my description over the phone.

He is great to work with and very professional. I highly recommend him. I was very glad to get my old refrigerator working again and not have to replace it.
Description of Work: Don did a wonderful job coming by to repair my refrigerator. He diagnosed the problem to be the fan motor and the starter and quickly replaced it.
