one of the ovens door need fixing again

I called at 10:15am today and had a technician at my house at 1pm. RENE, YOU ARE THE MAN!!!! Not only did he fix my stove, he also helped us with another issue we had with the Warmer Drawer on the stove. He didn't have to take the time to help us with that but he did. I was extremely impressed witht he response time and the courteous people they employ! Thank you so much and we will be sure to use your company again for any issues we have with our house in AZ!

It is a vacation home so I called on 10/18 and arranged appointment for afternoon of day we arrived from CA on 10/26. He estimated arrival between 3 and 5 and arrived about 5:30 but did keep me posted on his progress and estimated arrival time. Brought a helper and both worked quickly. Main person seemed knowledgeable and experienced. Both very nice and professional. After ice maker made ice I tried dispenser and it didn't work. Could have been a major inconvenience since we were leaving to return to CA. Luckily my son lives nearby and could let him in. Said water got onto motor during repair and froze up. He melted it and seems to be working now per my son. I'd try them again. A few glitches in this visit but things happen.

He came out and looked at my washing machine, he told me what was wrong and how much it would cost to fix it, and he ended up showing me that it would be cheaper to purchase a new one rather than repairing the one I had.

'The two repairmen were prompt and courteous. They had good knowledge of the appliance and what was wrong. They replaced the thermostat and waited for the range to heat to temp in the time it should. While they were waiting for temp in range to rise, Manny gave me tips to help keep my range working efficiently and do's and dont's for operating it . They were very helpful. I will definitely call them again for any large appliance.

It was a very pleasant experience. Just what I would expect from a reputable company.

Repairman was professional and effecient and honest.

Technician called me on Friday and said the part was in and he could come by the following day. He arrived at the time he said he'd be there and proceeded to replace the valve. He tested the washer on a couple of different cycles and everything was working great. I was very happy that water valve fixed the issue and I didn't have to encounter further charges. The technican was very polite and professional and I would definitely use Affordable Appliance again if I needed appliance repair. Just wouldn't buy another HE washer - they're too finicky - too much can go wrong, circuit boards, etc.

They were a very good company. I would recommend them. I have no complaints with their work.

I called Affordable Appliance when our washing machine failed. It was under a Sears warranty, however they could not get to the house for 4 days just to look at the machine. I thought it was a drive belt issue. When the tech called back from Affordable, I told him the issue and he gave me a diagnostic to do while on the phone that showed not the belt but a well known failure of this brand of front loaders. At that point, it appeared wise to have the $1600 repair paid for by my $400 for 5 years extended warranty with Sears. I thanked the man and there is no doubt any appliance fails in my house not under warranty, Affordable gets called.

Good service. Came back to complete services with parts. Units now run fine. We thought they might be too old. We were told they were fine and should be good for many more years.

Smooth process from scheduling call to finishing service on time and within cost.

Excellent, was able to come out same day, found the problem and only charged a trip charge.

I was very pleased with the service. They were quick and courteous.

Rene' was AWESOME! He was here on time, in fact he arrived about 20 min early which was great because I had things I needed to get done. In a matter of seconds he knew what the problem was and fixed it right away! The frig has been working like new ever since! I will definitely use their services again and request that they send Rene'.

I have a renovated 1954 GE refrigerator that croaked only a year after I had it redone. The compressor fried and I had been working with a self-employed repairman to get it replaced. He had a family emergency and i thought i was stuck so I called this company. Manny called back immediately and explained the challenge I was facing to replace the compressor. The original repairman is going to finish the job but I will recommend this company based on Manny's straightforwardness. Thanks again.

Our refrigerator fan motor stopped working on Friday night. I called these guys and they answered the phone at 6:30 in the morning on Saturday of a holiday weekend and they were at my house by 8:30 and by 9:30 repair was done. All parts and labor come from a price list so you can see it is fair. Manny was the technician - professional, punctual and friendly. These guys are awesome.

The appointment maker told me that the estimate/service call was free; however it's only free if you agree to buy the parts needed from them. They wanted $180 for 2 door hinges that I ordered directly from the Maytag website for $60. So rather than having just the free call to my house - they then turned around and demanded $55 for the service call because I didn't want to buy the parts from them. I was very unhappy with this and will not use them again.

On the first visit, only my wife was home to meet the repair technician. At that time, my wife felt that Carlos was demeaning to her as she tried to explain the symptoms and what brought them on. Carlos did a patch job, diagnosed the problem as a "terminal block" and told me I could do the work myself. When the problem recurred a couple of months later, I did purchse the terminal block which did not resolve the issue. When I called Affordable for the second visit, Carlos returned and told me that the terminal block wasn't completely hooked up, which he proceeded to finish. When the issue still wasn't resolved he diagnosed a problem with the control panel/clock and again told me that to replace it "wasn't rocket science." I looked for myself and decided that I could repair it myself now that the problem had been properly diagnosed. $242 later, the control panel/clock DID NOT resolve the problem, and now I can't return the electronic part because it has been "installed." I understand the parts distributor's position, but this was the last strike for Affordable and for Carlos. I will report this to the management at Affordable, will not be using them again, and will not refer anyone to use their services.

Came out to fix my dishwasher that was out of balance. He was very good.

They did a good job and I was satisfied with their service.

I appreciated that someone answered my call right away, and scheduled an appt. the same day. The technician knew what he was doing, fixed the unit, and was professional, tidy and very pleasent! What more can you ask for?

The washing machine was leaking water all over the floor. Since I was unfamiliar with any local appliance repairmen, I signed up with Angie's List. Based on that search, I called Affordable Appliance Repair. I am delighted I did. I received a prompt response from them and we set up a time with a technician who called in advance and arrived when agreed upon. The problem was diagnosed with efficiency and in a way I felt confident I was dealing with someone who was knowledgeable. I incidentally brought up a question about the dryer while he was here and because he listened carefully and took the time to check the dryer, we discovered the dryer had some blackened, fried electrical wires that needed replacement. These two fixes required he make a trip to the parts store, but he returned a couple hours later and very quickly fixed both problems and had my appliances up and running again. He was professional and adept and I would definitely use this company again.

It went smooth in that the initial person who called me back knew that someone other than himself was an expert at the specific problem we had so the other person ended up coming out.

I found Affordable Appliance Repair on Angie's List this morning and called them at 8:30. The company's East Valley technician contacted me at 9:00am. It is now noon--my washer is 100% repaired! I could go on and on about their professionalism, knowledgeability, great price, quick response time, etc.--but I think the previous statement says it all. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone in need of appliance repair and will call them again, if ever needed.
