I got a call from my tenant the evening before, contacted them the following morning. They coordinated with the tenant for arrival time later that morning. They called to let me know what they had found, quoted a price, and that's what I paid. Appliance has worked well since the repair 2 weeks ago.

Contacted them on a Wed morning and Jerry came out within a few hours. He had to order the part, which came in 2 days later, so he came Saturday morning to install it. He also noticed that the door bottom gasket was deteriorating, but because we were having no uses and the replacement part was expensive, he suggested not replacing it at this time. Jerry was prompt, professional and efficient. I would not hesitate to use Affordable Appliance repair in the future.

I had recently purchased a new home and almost immediately noticed there was water coming from the bottom of the freezer that was dripping around the corner into the dining room. I wasn't sure of the cause immediately but very quickly realized it was definitely refrigerator related. So I called Affordable Appliance Repair and David was able to come out the next business day (called on a Friday, he came the following Monday). He quickly diagnosed the issue, repaired it and got everything back up and running smoothly. I have had no issues since. I thought the price was reasonable for everything he had to pull out, take apart, etc. Plus the 15% off coupon for being an Angie's List customer was an added bonus. I would definitely use this company again for any appliance repair.

Showed up right on time. Did a great job of cleaning the dryer vent and then checked washer and dryer controls to be sure all was in working order.

Our refrigerator was no longer cooling although the fan was running. We called this "A" rated provider from Angie's list thinking we might get push back because we live so far outside of Phoenix (Waddell area). Since we called mid day on a Friday, we were also prepared to hear that it would be several days before we could get service if they were prepared to come to our area. They couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. They indicated they had another service call near us and could be there between 3:00-5:00 that same day which was perfect. The tech arrived just after 3:00. He checked the compressor to verify that was okay and then worked through the parts in a very methodical order. He quickly identified the part that needed to be replaced and had it in his truck. This was a "one and done" service call that was complete in 1/2 hour. The tech was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. We have placed this provider on our preferred list so we are ready when the next appliance has issues.

Someone came out the same day I called. The leaking refrigerator water valve was identified and replaced quickly.

This company and the service technician likely saved mine and my family's lives. We were concerned about the smell coming from our dryer, but because there was no apparent lint build up we didn't really know what we needed. I called and asked if they would recommend that I purchase one of their Angie's List deals and after listening to my situation, the service manager told me he would recommend that we do just a standard service call and if we did indeed need what the offer was for, they'd honor it instead of charging the standard price. I thought that was awesome and totally fair. They came out right away and almost immediately realized we had a pretty serious (manufacturer's) issue. The technician repaired my machine, cleaned up after himself and also took a look at a refrigerator we had a question about. I can't thank this company enough. They very well may have saved us from what could have resulted in a potentially devastating house fire.

I contacted Affordable Appliance repair because the ice maker in my Whirlpool refrigerator was not filling after being turned off for a while due to a remodel. I called them on a Wed and heard back from them the same day and they were willing to come out within a couple of hours.I however a was not available at the time suggested. We scheduled for the next day. Spencer, their very friendly technician arrived on time, assessed the problem and replaced the ice maker within an hours time. I thought the price was a little high, however the prompt and courteous service made up for that. I would definitely use them again.

I have a side-by-side refrigerator. Several days before the service date, my wife noticed that the refrigerator side was too warm. I wasn't able to figure out the problem, so I called this company around noon for a service call. A technician named David came to my home around 4 pm. He was wrapping up the job when I got home by 5 pm. He showed me the failed part, how it works, and why it was a tricky troubleshoot for me. He also gave me some helpful advice on future performance maintenance. He was very friendly and professional. My refrigerator was back to proper temperature a few hours later.

My LG dryer had performed worse and worse over time, not getting my clothes dry without long cycles. I presumed the vent needed cleaning so I disconnected the vent hose from the back of the machine and vacuumed out a great deal of lint. When the dryer still didn't work, I searched Angie's list for a repair business and found that Affordable Appliance Repair LLC had great reviews so I purchased a $75 maintenance deal. When I called to schedule I explained my problem and my attempt to fix. He said he was very certain it was a clog in the vent that I couldn't reach with my vacuum. He suggested I purchase the $99 vent cleaning deal so that he could do both maintenance and cleaning in one visit. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and managed to have my dryer working like new! I highly recommend and will use again!

Dishwasher was not filling with water. The problem was quickly identified and dishwasher is now working properly.

The technician arrived on time and really explained that the dryer needed to be thoroughly cleaned. I didn't realize that all that lint can build up so quickly. He even suggested that a cleaning of the dryer vent be done which I did. Again, it had quite the buildup of lint. I will certainly use Affordable Appliance Repair for my future washer and dryer repair needs.

As usual Manny showed up right on time. Repairs done quickly and correctly.

Had a loud knocking noise coming from my clothes dryer - internet research indicated it was probably bad rollers. Contacted Affordable Appliance through their website, but hadn't received a response by the next afternoon. Called them directly, spoke to the receptionist, who took down my information and told me to expect a call from a technician. Tech called about half an hour later, scheduled for next day. Tech called me later that evening, offering to come by that same night. We weren't home, so we asked to keep the original appointment for the next day. Tech had given us a two hour window; called 10 minutes before the start and said he'd be there right on time. Tech got here on time, diagnosed the problem (bunch of miscellaneous junk that had fallen into the machine and was jamming up the rollers) and took care of business right away. Dryer is back to normal and life is good. Tech was clean, courteous, responsive, and professional. Price was fair, and scheduling was effortless. 10/10 will definitely call them in the future. Very pleased with service.

Manny came out on May 28 and completed the repair. Pleased with the outcome. I respect that he took responsibility for the followup confusion and apologized. This is the sign of a good employee and company.

We just had our roof done and the pounding on the roof must have shaken loose the lint build up in the drier vent. We took the vent apart at the wall behind the drier ourselves to clean up what we could because we noticed that the clothes were not drying. What a mess we found. We were relieved that we caught it before it became a fire hazard and put everything back together. Then we noticed the drier was very warm to the touch and that the clothes were drying, but it was still taking longer. We had an appliance service provider come out that was under contract with our appliances to give them their annual service check. The drier checked out OK, but the back pressure test for the drier vent failed twice. This confirmed to us that the drier vent needed a thorough cleaning. I went on Angie's List to find a deal and found Affordable Appliance Repair. I took the deal! I was a little uncertain what would happen or how long it would take for service because I didn't talk to anyone directly. Well, maybe an hour went by & I received a call from them & they told me they had a tech in the area and that they could come by that afternoon. I was excited to get it done and not have to worry about it anymore. Carlos showed up on time and was VERY professional. I watched as he serviced the lint drier completely. He had to go onto the roof as well to clean out additional lint that was clogging the drier vent. It took about a half an hour to 45 minutes for the service, but it was well worth it. The amount of lint he found, in addition to the amount we cleaned out was amazing. It made me realize this may have to be a yearly thing, along with getting the A/C serviced. Anyway, I was so glad Affordable Appliance Repair was there when we needed them. THANK YOU!!

Great. They are very honest. Quite frankly, an appliance repair person could tell me anything, such as, you need a $300 part...and I would not know. The issue was simple and required adjusting a hose. He said everything was fine. Only paid for the service call. They were friendly, on time, fair and all went well.

He was very honest but there was no repair that could be done. The repair would cost more than replacing the washing machine.

Over the weekend, our dryer stopped heating. I left a message on their website, and heard from them first thing Monday morning. They scheduled a tech to come out right away. Charlie, the tech, showed up within an hour, and had the part on his truck. He was knowledgeable and friendly and had our dryer working in short order. I will definitely use this place for appliance repair in the future.

Carlos arrived on time and was very pleasant and clean. He explained each issue and quickly was able to rectify the situation. I appreciated that he ran the washer thru a full cycle to ensure that the washer was working properly. He then cleaned up the laundry area of his tools, thanked me for my business and went on his way. I had called the company around 9:00 a.m. He arrived by 2:15 p.m. and was gone an hour later. I couldn't believe I was washing clothes by 3:30

The company called right away to schedule an appointment. Made sure they asked for the model number so they could bring the correct part. Arranged a quick appointment and got there on time. Replaced the rack quickly. The best part is that he should me how to use the rack adjusters that I did not know I had! Great service!!

We called the manufacturer and he provided a service man and new drum at no cost. Not many servicemen would turn down a $300 plus job to suggest we might be able to get it for free. That's a service man I'll hire again.

Great service. The stove the was malfunctioning had some burnt-out wiring. On initial inspection, they said the controller board was probably fried and would have to be replaced (around $300). On closer inspection, the repairman said he could probably reconstruct the bad wiring from what he had in his tool bag, and he did. Final cost: $75. The didn't have the parts for the ice machine, but they special ordered them and returned two weeks later. They had it installed and ready to go in 10 minutes. Every time they came, they were on time, friendly, and very helpful. I will definitely be calling on them again.
