They were quite prompt. They didn't clean the whole vent. The vent was blocked and they forgot to check it. There was a clogged screen at the very end of it and they never looked at the very end of the screen and so I had to call out another person to check it out. They never put a blower in the vent to see if it was open, they never looked to see if was open on each end, they didn't do that. They actually had to refund my money. I actually ended up buying a whole new dryer because of them.

they came and made repairs within 2hrs of my call.

Great experience, quick response time. Mike was professional and personable, he took the time to explain what the issue was and the easy fix should we have this problem again. Price was fair and we are certainly glad we took the chance of having repaired versus replacement. I would not hesitate to use them in the future.

David came out and ordered the part for the compactor. The refrig was too old to cost benefit repairing. In the future if I need an appliance repair I will call them. David was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable.

Called this am at 9:30 and Renee' is just finishing up after replacing one of the many circuit boards. My old company didn't have a tech trained in GE work (really??). He took the time to explain what was taking place and then showed me the burned marks on the board from the faulty capacitor. Can't speak to how long this new board will last but I will not call anyone else for future repairs.

He seemed very knowledgeable and my washer has been working great ever since. I have saved his number for any future repairs.

David was quite thorough in that he spoke to us in detail to assess the issues prior to our appointment to insure he would have all necessary parts and tools to resolve the issue.

The freezer is working and now the ice cream is frozen, much to our satisfaction.

Technician quickly assessed the problem and fixed it.

Carlos suggested we unplug the unit for a few days to see whether ice build-up was the cause of the poor performance of the freezer. He will return if this measure does not solve the problem. He was very knowledgeable and helpful.

The technician arrived at the agreed upon time and he fixed the washer. We felt the price was reasonable.

Affordable Appliance did a great job! We worked with Spencer who was very professional, courteous and prompt. He checked for a blockage (there wasn't one) and even pulled the dishwasher out from under the counter to check underneath to be sure no water was leaking. The water we saw turned out to be a sprayer arm getting caught on the utensils or out of place dish which caused the water leaked out from the corner. Spencer cleaned our dishwasher and ran it several times to make sure it was working properly. He was very thorough and gave us some tips on how to keep our dishwasher in good working order. We used Affordable Appliance before to repair our electric dryer. They did a great job then, too, so we knew we could trust them to do our dishwasher repair at a reasonable price. From the phone call to request service until Spencer left, the service was fantastic. I'm very impressed with this company and will definitely be using them in the future (hopefully not too son in the future...). The technician, Spencer, was early, clearly knew what he was doing and was very professional.

I noticed a build up of water in the bottom of the refrigerator starting in late July or early August, The guy came back and saw something that he should have done before. He took care of that, it solved the problem and there was no charge. The work was great. They were very professional, punctual, and the fact that he admitted that he had not done everything he needed to do the first time, and didn't charge for the follow up was super.

Everything was fantastic! They really went above and beyond with the service, and educated me along the way! The tech was very conscientious, replacing the dryer vent hose when he really wasn't obligated to do so. I already had the hose, and he never charged me to replace it. Not only that, but the hose was an issue caused by another company that didn't make good on their delivery and installation issue. Charlie took care of somebody else's problem. I'd give them an A for sure!

Affordable Appliance came and spent time assessing the buzzing sound and lack of functioning of light and microwave. Tried a first-level repair, which did not correct the situation. Recommended replacing the microwave ---- based upon the age of the unit and the expected cost of performing more complex repairs. Appreciated the honesty, the thoughtful approach to a good decision. Have used Affordable several times; will continue to do so.

The refrigerator stopped cooling and Affordable sent Rene, one of their repairmen who arrived promptly when they said he would within four hours of my call. Very personable and knowledgeable. Found the problem quickly and the printed circuit board was on his truck and the repair took place in less than an hour. Very pleased with this service!

By the next morning we received an estimate, which they stood by when all was said and done. Only delay was waiting for parts from San Antonio, because nobody had them locally (I know - I checked!) David was the service rep who did the work, and he really knows his stuff - skilled, knowledgeable, efficient, and pleasant. My experience was that they do what needs to be done, do it well, and do it with integrity - standards that can be hard to find in the business.

It went well. He was able to figure out the problem right away and fixed it.

Doug was awesome! Called and described the problems I was having on a 15 month old GE refrigerator (just 3 months out of warranty, of course). Doug suggested (even though it meant he was turning down work) that I contact GE and see if they would do something. I did, and GE is taking care of the problem at no charge. That's what I call great service from Affordable Appliance Repair Group, and they will definitely get my future business! Thanks again.

When I called, I explained my microwave turntable was not turning and my dishwasher was not getting the dishes clean. I was very pleased that he helped me with tips on how to get my dishwasher to work better. A dishonest person could have charged me for a service call and/or parts. The tips have really helped; my dishes are much cleaner now. The microwave had a burned out turntable motor. The repair was very quickly completed by a friendly professional serviceman.
