The technician (Doug) arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. He described the problem and solution in detail. He had all the parts needed for the repair and was finished very quickly. He even fixed a couple minor things he had noticed, like a loose door handle. It has been over 2 weeks now, and I am completely satisfied and will use them again in the future.

This company was great. Got next day service. They were on time, reasonably priced, very friendly serviceman and very informative and knowledgeable. We will definitely call them next time we need help with a major appliance.

I called late in the evening, but they responded very quickly. Had somebody out the very next morning, part ordered, then fixed the following day. Very quick, I'm very pleased.

Unable to lower d/w back down to fit in opening and stated impossible, even though it had been there for awhile and only moved when a screw came off that tethered it.

Tech said they were unable to fix but charged me a visit fee anyway.

don sent charlie out to my house within a couple hours. charlie even showed up early. he quickly took apart the washer and diagnosed the problem. he showed me exactly what was wrong by thoroughly explaining the problem in detail. he wrote up the estimate and also recommended that i could purchase a brand new washer for cheaper than the repairs would have costed. i took his advice and bought a new one that he recommended. alot of repair people from my experience wouldnt look out for a consumer like that. i very much appreciated the honesty and professionalism. even though i wasnt able to use the actual repair service, i will be recommending this company to my friends in the future.

Declined estimate of work to be $1,000 approx for needed repairs. Owner then did a fix to fix the latching mechanism (latching mechanism had worn a open groove in accepting plate) causing intermittent turn on. Normal bake now works. Interior lights were replaced by 12volt 5 watt halogens which now work. Existing bulb had tested positive by serviceman but in fact were non functioning. Paid $55 for service call.

Steve came out the day after I rang. He was willing to research the problem, wade in and take the unit apart, with my blessing. In short, he repaired it perfectly! It may now be better than it was brand new, thanks to him.. I cannot say enough about his tenacity, professionalism and great skill. I am delighted. Sfeve saved me thousands $$$$

I was able to get an appointment quick. They did a good job and were very professional.

The bottom kick-plate was loose and vibrating. This was creating some of the noise. While he was here, he checked motor, filters, etc and determined everything was operating as it should.

Technician arrived the Friday before Christmas (Sunday) and quickly diagnosed the issue. The stove is older, so the part was not in stock and due to the holidays, came back on Tuesday to complete the repair. Took care to not break the stove burners. Great communication, prompt, and quick.

Excellent. Robert diagnosed the problem quickly, replaced the part in less than 30 minutes. ( I had paid over $300 just 3 months before to another repair company that obviously didn't diagnose the problem correctly) Affordable Appliance warranty their work for 1 year, which I had not experienced with 4 yrs of services from Tip Top Appliance.

The repair man,(I think Jim) came on time but realized that we didn't have the right part. The part number had worn off over the years and we had to guess...we guessed wrong. He promised to go back to the parts place but e couldn't promise us he'd be able to get the part in time. We were facing the possibility of cancelling a family Christmas dinner. We were panic stricken. That night around 7:40 from Jim. He had found a part with the help of a lady at the parts warehouse who had spent hours looking. He showed up first thing the next morning and Christmas dinner is still on schedule! This guy and the parts lady went above and beyond. We will always use this company.

This is the second time I've used Affordable Appliance Repair, and once again they came in with a reasonable price and great service! I thought it would be hundreds of dollars to fix my ice maker, but, they gave me a great solution for $125 and it WORKED! HOORAY! I highly recommend them!

The service man was very knowledgeable. I thought the price was a little high, but understandable seeing I have subzero equipment.
