My experience was awesome! They were phenomenal to work with. They were really thorough and went above and beyond. They showed me what they were doing in the appointment. They were very informative.

Everything went well. Jeremy arrived on schedule and conducted the inspection while informing me of the process. He was very professional and knowledgeable. After replenishing the refrigerant we finally had cool air in our condo. Best money I've spent in quite some time. Adams restored my faith in HVAC companies. Thank you. Highly recommended.

I was in Phoenix, Arizona and the air conditioning went out on July 29th and it's very hot. They were very responsive. They were the most affordable. They were out the next day. They're absolutely fantastic. For the first two years, they come out every six months to check the unit and make sure it's ready for each season at no charge. It's a small group and they're very responsive and very friendly. I would definitely recommend them. They were great to work with. Their product was good and their service was fantastic. Their attitude is great. Their price was good.

Tech ( Jeremy) arrived less than one hour after the repair call on one of the hottest days of the year. Diagnosed the problem and had repair done within one hour. Total time from noticing no AC to repair completed...2 hours. Awesome service!

The serviceman was very professional and was able to come by earlier than scheduled. He was efficient and walked me through everything and then made sure that all was working well before he left.

When my heat pump went out, they assessed the situation and I was out of town at the time, in something of an emergency because the fish in my tank were dying. When I asked them for a quote for a new unit, they said it would be around $9000. I thought that was exorbitant. I ultimately shopped around and found one here on the east side of the valley for just over $4000. I think their pricing was out of line and I think they tried to take advantage of my situation.

There were no troubles with scheduling and they got us in with no trouble at all. They called in advance to let me know exactly what time the technician was going to be there. They installed the unit in one day and cleaned up well. They did a great job at a good price. They are the first air conditioning company that I don’t feel like I am getting ripped off. I am very pleased with their service. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

Everything went okay according to the copy of the work order that was provided. I also ordered a/c filters through Adams Refrigeration. The air filters I use were not readily available in stores and the other prior a/c companies I used for preventative maintenance did not have the correct filters in stock and the orders I requested were not filled. I was very happy with the services Adams Refrigeration provided and was happy they could fill the order for the correct air filters. The cost of services was very reasonable. I plan to continue to have my a/c maintenance on a yearly basis by Adams Refrigeration.

The dispatcher called me when the tech was on the way and gave me the techs name. When he arrived he was very polite and put on shoe covers to make sure my house stayed clean. He explained what he was going to do and then went about his business. He finished the service and informed me of a few possible issues to keep my eye on like my outdoor motor drawing high amps. The tech went over the paperwork with me and then he left . My house was still clean and my unit is running fine. I am going to have Adams come back and replace my motor before it gets too warm just incase.

Setting up an appointment is always quick and easy. Not every company is willing to drive all the way out to Buckeye, but Adams Refrigeration has no problem with it. It is nice to know that they never charge for unnecessary work or parts. The servicemen that come out every year for our tune-ups are always friendly and informative. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

Our heating was not working correctly. The technician found an exhaust motor on our attic furnace going to slow. This was causing the flame to turn off. The repair took about an hour. The motor was on the service truck. We are so happy we have them servicing our heating and a/c every year. If we had not had the service I can only imagine what the result would have been. They were recommended by the utility company out here and the contractor. The price was okay. If was hard to make an appointment. But they were reluctant to come our the second time because of distance. Overall it was okay.

Called and got an appointment. Called to see when they were comming. They never came, never called.

IT WAS A FRIDAY EVENING AFTER 9 PM DURING JULY IN PHOENIX (VERY HOT!) WHEN OUR COMPRESSOR FAN WENT OUT ON OUR CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM. I CALLED AND EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE BUSY ON NUMEROUS JOBS, THEY MADE ARRANGEMENTS TO MEET ME SO THAT I COULD ACQUIRE THE PART I NEEDED TO REPAIR MY A/C UNIT. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

TECHNICIAN SHOWED UP ON TIME AND PERFORMED THE WORK QUICKLY AND WAS VERY FRIENDLY. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED.

THE SERVICE ON THE INITIAL CALL WAS VERY GOOD. THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY RESPONSIVE, COURTEOUS, AND TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN THE PROBLEM. I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE ENTIRE PROCESS WITH THE EXCEPTION OF WORK CREW THAT PERFORMED THE REPAIR WORK ON MY AIR CONDITIONER. THEY LEFT TRASH (A FAST-FOOD CONTAINER) ON MY ROOF. THE ONLY WAY I COULD SEE THEM DOING BETTER WOULD BE A FOLLOW-UP PHONE CALL ASKING IF EVERYTHING WAS OK.

THIS COMPANY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ALWAYS ON TIME. I HAVEN'T HAD ANY TROUBLE WITH THE NEW UNIT, WHICH IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING.

THE AIR CONDITION UNIT WAS BLOWING WARM AIR IN THE HEAT OF THE SUMMER. IT TOOK AWHILE FOR COMPANY TO COME OUT, OVER 5 HOURS PAST THEIR ETA. ONCE HERE, THEY DID A GOOD JOB AND PROMPTLY DIAGNOSED PROBLEM. THEY PUT BOOSTE ON THE COMPRESSOR UNIT THAT WAS FAILING AND REPLACED THE BREAKER. THEY CLEANED OTHER PARTS THAT COULD HAVE CAUSED POTENTIAL PROBLEMS AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. THE TECH WAS VERY PATIENT IN EXPLAINING PROBLEM AND POSSIBLE CAUSES.

THEY WERE COMPETITIVE ON THEIR PRICE AND SAVED US MONEY. THEY TOOK THE TIME TO DO IT RIGHT AND GAVE US A COUPLE OF DIFFERENT OPTIONS. THEY ACTED LIKE THEY WANTED OUR BUSINESS AND WANTED TO MAKE US HAPPY.
