Description of Work: We purchased woven blinds for our kitchen and small tv viewing rooms. The salesman was knowledgeable about his products. This was an easy decision from beginning to end installation. Everything went smoothly. We will use them again with no reservations.

Description of Work: Ordered 6 blinds The arch was remade twice because it didn't fit finally said it had to be custom for another $500 we said no refund the money They really were not very responsive Had to have the repairman out twice to fix a malfunctioning roller because they ordered the wrong color Sales person was your best friend until something was wrong

Description of Work: Initial measure/select fabrics/sign contract 5/14/2015. As of 9/8/2015, 3rd attempt for them to remake the kitchen curtains correctly...still waiting for the Installer to return, for the 3rd time, to "hopefully" hang the corrected kitchen curtains. I will NEVER use them again and can't recommend them. Incompetent! They should be called "3-month blinds plus"!!!! Very disappointing!!!!!
