3 Day Blinds Phoenix

20 days after the vertical blinds installation, one side of the track fell off from the ceiling!!! Calling customer service is never easy. 20 people ahead of me in the morning, 6 people ahead of me in the afternoon. I was glad after some waiting it gave me an option to wait to be called back. The lady who called me was very pleasant. But after the call, she sent me an email stating that I needed to wait for three days for the installer to contact me! I am not sure why it is so hard for them to get it right!! I am not sure how many days I have to wait to be scheduled and be fixed. This is definitely not the service I have expected after paying more than $4000 for two most basic vertical blinds. 3-Day Blinds is a very attractive business name, but it is just a name, never take it seriously.!

I ordered window treatments for my whole house in February 2021. Installation (by third party) did not begin until October 2021. As of writing this review, the installation of the shades has not been completed . I've reached out several times to get the job completed without success. I paid extra for the Somfy system to control the shades from the app on my phone - I was just given the box and told to set it up myself. Some of the motors on the shades sputter and skip as the shades lower. There are uneven shades, crooked and missing valances. Fit, finish, quality and installation of products is low.

They made it easy. All work was done professionally. Nice people.

It went perfectly. All service was very professional. The salesperson helped us select the correct shade of white, as there were about four different whites to choose from. The blinds were exactly what we wanted, they look great, the price was fair, and the installation went well. Great job!

The custom shades took forever and cost a fortune. They were okay. It cost me $3,000 for four small window shades. I ordered insulated shades and they did deliver those timely. The shades took a long time and they were really expensive. So, I would not recommend them. It was just an exorbitant amount of money for what I ordered.

They were wonderful. I just wasn’t happy with the chords that they use on their blinds. It takes forever to pull them up and down.

They are wonderful. I changed windows, and they came back and put new blinds in the windows that didn't fit anymore. I had two relatively small double pane windows, and my kitchen window is probably 8 or 9 feet across. It looks beautiful.

The service went fine, and the blinds were great, but they are now fraying and we just had installed them in November. The edges on the shades are not finished and so now they are fraying. They are not closed up right. I am going to call them and tell them what is happening. The shades came in earlier than expected. Using them in the future depends on what happens with the fraying. I had such a good experience I have a feeling they will take care of it.

We felt like the quote was professional and well done. My intimal response was great when I called but no follow up until the day off. Until 2 hours before I was unsure if anyone was going to come. The price was by far the largest of all of them. The turnaround time to install the shutters was also the longest at 6 weeks. In the end the professionalism just could not make up for huge mark up.

I have used the company in 3 different homes. They do great work and I would highly recommend this company to others. The staff are very helpful and friendly. They are more than willing to offer suggestions. Jose helped me with he majority of my home and she was very helpful since I was not quite sure what I was looking for. They do a very professional installation job. It is very easy to schedule with the company. They are a great company to work with.

The service went great. Bonnie came out for the measurements and another technician came out for the installation. They completed the installation in about an hour. They were fast, courteous and efficient. He was great at cleaning up after himself. I had no problem scheduling the service.

We are very satisfied and they do a wonderful job. Even with minor repairs there is never any question about repairing those issues. They stand behind their work. The staff are very courteous and knowledgeable. I have never had any issues with scheduling even though we are 25 miles away from their store.

The wooden shutters are beautiful and the installation went without a hitch. I am very happy with the job 3 days Blinds did for us and would happily work with them in the future.

I was very happy with the service. I had an initial visit with a sales person and one installer came out. They completed the installation in about 2 hours. They were both very friendly. The sales woman was helpful in suggesting different products. They were very responsive and even came out to me for the appointment.

They were expensive but the quality of service was worth it. One technician came out and completed the job in a timely manner. Their work was very meticulous and I had no problem with their work. There were no issues with schedulng as well.

They installed shades that are hard to pull up and down. We also had to have them come back out because they installed the blinds too high in one spot.

Not sure where to start. The person that came to my house was very nice . Has to be to get business. But once I paid for the blinds, which by the way the bill you before you get them, the company was horrible. They use a separate company to do the installs, I think so they can blame each other when something goes wrong and neither one will take responsibility. . They called me to do the install in Oct, the guy showed up and only had two windows instead of 3. He has not idea why the other window was not ready, my Arch window. I call customer service and the guy looks up my order and apologizes for them being back ordered on Vertical Blinds. I told him the vertical blind was not the issue, it was laying on my family room floor. The Arch Window Blinds were missing. He opened a case number and said someone would call me back in 24 hours. NO CALL BACK. The next week, I called the person the salesman that came to my house and took my money. Explained what happened she said she would look into and someone would call me back. NO CALL BACK. I called the company that does the installs and asked for an explanation on why they would schedule an install when they did not have all the blinds. They blames 3 day blinds, When I call the customer service for 3 day blinds and ask them the say question they blame the installation company. They both say someone would call me back , one even told me I would be compensated for my trouble QUESSS WHAT? NO CALL BACK. I think it is time people stood up to companies with poor customer service and said NO MORE, we won't do business with you. Your products may be good but if you treat your customers poorly we don't want to do business with you.

Terrible experience. Unreliable. Spend your money with a company who cares!

We called and they sent out Mark to give me an estimate. He was very courteous, prompt and honest. I received my blinds and we put them up ourselves.

Installation went great, very professionally done. However, had trouble with the largest blind. The cord became very tangled and ultimately, not totally operational.

THE SALES PERSON WAS HELPFUL WITH COLOR DECISIONS, INSTULATION WAS ON TIME AND CLEAN UP AFTERWARD WAS DONE WELL.
