Thank you Angie's list! I called this service provider yesterday and before they returned my call (almost 24 hours later) I checked their AL reviews. I appreciate that I had a heads up that the Groupon deal we purchased was only valid if you agree to have Sparkle Tech clean ALL of your home windows. Of mention, this stipulation was certainly not disclosed when the deal was advertised, nor is it mentioned on the Groupon voucher itself. When I received the return call I asked if it was true that the voucher was only good if redeemed on an entire home window cleaning and they said "Yes". I let the woman know that I would ask Groupon for a refund. She didn't seem bothered, concerned or even interested in sharing anything else that would entice me to schedule the estimate. I realize this is not a Groupon forum, however I think this bait and switch sheds light on how they must run their business.

I purchased a Groupon for this company. When I called for an appointment, they told me I would have to have the whole house done - not the 10 windows I bought. Many of my windows are behind heavy bushes so I didn't want them done. They also said they would have to d, and charge for, the gutters, rails and screens. I said I didn't want them done - just the window glass. They said they wouldn't come out unless I had everything on the whole house done. So basically this Groupon was a bait & switch. When I pointed out that this was not on the Groupon, they said that it was Gropon's fault. However, when I spoke to Groupon, they had no record of the company complaining about a lack of information on their Groupon which one would expect they would have communicated. So I question that statement by them. Fortunately, due to the large number of complaints Groupon had against this company, they refunded my purchase price. The woman I spoke to on the phone was quite rude as well.

They said the biggest response they'd ever seen came in. They said their appointments were all backed up until April 6th. I told them to set my appointment for April 6th at 2:00 in the afternoon. At 1:30 that afternoon they called me and asked me if I could reschedule because they said they couldn't make it. After waiting several months they pull something like that. They had to get in the house to wash the windows on the outside and on the inside. My wife had to take day off to let the provider in. It cost my wife $104 in pay. It didn't bother them, they didn't care. The owner told me they have enough business and didn't need me. I had to call Groupon to get a refund.

Owner was here training 2 techs. They spent an hour getting every spot impeccably clean. Complete customer satisfaction is their goal. Can't wait to recommend them to everyone I know. This company is tops!
