 + -1 moreThey're the most superlative window washer I have ever had. It's a family owned business, it's a father and his son. I had a 7-day guarantee so if they come and it rains, they will come back and do it for nothing. It was a really great company. I had them before in my other house. He's on time, he does his job. They do the screens, they do the inside, they do the outsides, they even do the mirrors in your house. I haven't seen anyone do a better job. Whatever they use on your windows puts like a slick finish to them so the bugs and stuff don't stick right away. They stay clean and look beautiful.
Description of Work: I have a 6,400 square foot under roof house and they did every window and there's a lot of windows in this house. They come once every quarter.

 + -1 moreIntially there was a problem on the day of service, but it turned out to be the fault of my man at the gate. He called me for permission on the wrong phone and would not allow them entrance through the gate when I couldn't be reached. We rescheduled and I informed the gate ahead of time. Sparkle Tech showed up, were polite and professional and performed an outstanding job. The windows were very dirty and did sparkle when they left. I am more than pleased and will certainly use them in the future.
Description of Work: cleaned all windows inside and out and tracts for screens and windows. I used a coupon which clearly stated there would be an additional charge. With the coupon, the total cost was $150, more than fair for a 3300 sq ft house. .

 + -1 moreI purchased the Living Social Deal to have 20 windows cleaned for $35.00 on 11/21/14 and called to schedule my appointment in early January only to find out they were booked through March and the first availble weekend was April 5th. So, I figured I guess I'll have to wait 3 months to get them cleaned and made the appointment. Well, It's 4/4 today and they just called me to say their "tech" is sick and have to cancel the appointment for tomorrow moring and have to reschedule. The next availble weekend appointment is 5/21. I told them to forget about it...I'll get my money back from Living Social. I don't care to do business with unreliable and unprofessional businesses no matter what the price is. Just to be clear, service was never provided.
Description of Work: They cancelled my appointment I have had for 3 months, less than 24 hours of the appointment. They offered to reschedule on the next availble weekend....2 months from now!

If you look up the yelp reviews, nearly everyone who purchased a discounted service from them through livingsocial or groupon has had similar experiences
Description of Work: I should have checked reviews before wasting my time with this company. I had a scheduled appointment with them today with a 3 hour window between 11am and 2pm. At 1:30 I called to see why they still have not shown up. The lady that answers the phone asked if I had received any missed call this morning. I said, I have received many missed calls but no voicemails and I do not return phone calls that do not have voicemails as I receive a lot of junk calls. She then explains to me that they were at my house at 10:45am and since they did not receive an answer from the door or the phone they left...UGH!!!!!!!!! I was here at 11am in time for the agreed upon window. I have spent the last 3 hours limited to the downstairs of my house (I am pregnant and do not go upstairs when I know I will have to run down if I hear the door) all because the idiots came outside of the agreed upon time and it is their policy not to leave a voicemail - W**!!!!! who does not leave a voicemail. The lady said, that they would have expected that someone not working would be home regardless of how early they come. Who the h*** is she to say how I am going to spend my day. I work long hours and get one weekday off. I planned my only weekday off around them, I and now I am so angry that my day will continue to be wasted. Stay away from this company. Their customer service is the horrible and they obvious don't care about your business. I hope that continues and they go out of business soon!

 + -1 moreafter seeing a neighbor's windows that had been cleaned by james, we called and talked to his wife (daughter?- this is a family business), got an estimate by phone (it is a tract-home community) and arranged an appointment. the morning of the appt, we received a call confirming the appt and james, his son, and an employee came out to clean windows that had NEVER BEEN CLEANED!!! in phoenix!! imagine the dirt...no, don't..it was FILTHY! they spent an hour or so here, were extremely efficient and great people to deal with. the windows look fabulous, it was cleaned inside and out, and they cleaned up after themselves. it doesn't get any better than this. they even called afterwards to see how I liked it! if there is a problem, james is the owner and you can talk to him if there is a problem. how does it get better than this?

 + -1 moreDealing with the appointment scheduler (owner/wife) was a nightmare. Had to reschedule twice, their choice not mine. Then would not work with me to reschedule at a time convenient to my schedule. I felt like I was getting the "take it or leave it" attitude. I had purchased a group on, so they already had my money, or I would not have dealt with all the hassle. Customer service is lacking as far as scheduling goes, but the window washing was fine. Wouldn't use them again. I don't need the attitude or aggravation. There are plenty of window washers out there!

 + -1 morePurchased a $99 coupon for interior and exterior window cleaning on 30 windows in my home from Sparkle Tech Window Washing. When I called to schedule the appointment I was informed that it was going to be over $150 more then the amount I already paid to meet the requirements of rules that were never stated when I purchased the coupon. I told the girl I did not agree to the extra fees when I purchased the coupon as it said nothing about them. She stated that someone "messed up and didn't list them" and I said "how is that my problem? I want the 30 windows cleaned I paid for..." and she said she would not schedule the appointment until I agreed to the extra $150 on top of what I already paid. I said I would not agree to that and she said there was nothing she could do and I had to contact the company I purchased the coupon from to resolve it. Had I agreed to their extra fees it would have been more expensive then the quote I received from another company for all my windows without the coupon. Typical bait and switch company which is becoming more and more common with these coupon deals. Will never do business with this company.
Description of Work: Purchased a coupon for interior and exterior cleaning on 30 windows and the coupon said nothing about any additional fees or service required to use the coupon. I paid $99 for the coupon. Called to schedule appointment and was informed there would be an additional $150 charge to be able to use the coupon I already paid $99 for. Would not schedule my appointment unless I agreed to the additional $150 charge which I refused to do.

Description of Work: I had previously used this provider with a Groupon. The lead person at the time of the original service, advised that they would be happy to come back at a later date for the same amount I paid through Groupon. I called a number of months later, and they did book a return visit at the Groupon rate. On the appointment date, after missing the appointment I call the provider and was told, a)they didn't have any technicians available and b) oh, the owner was supposed to call you about this. Clearly they decided that they were not going to return for the same price and simply ignored the appointment and commitment they made.
