Description of Work: Called about 3 hours ago for a plumbing problem. The problek requires service on granite counter first. I was impressed with quick response. NO CHARGE. EXPLAINED WHAT TO DO BEFOR REDDI CAN FIX. We will use Reddi for future service needs.

Description of Work: Professional, reliable and very nice. Our water heater was leaking on a Sunday and we called Reddi Services for help. They said they would come out within a couple hours but showed up sooner, which we appreciated very much. They assessed the situation and recommended the water heater be replaced. We also figured this beforehand. They finished removing and replacing the old water heater within a couple hours. They cleaned up after themselves, including cleaning out the room where the water heater resides. They made sure everything was working properly before they left. Price was reasonable and service alone was worth it. We would call Reddi Services again.

Description of Work: Reddi was able to book my sewer inspection the very day I bought the coupon. Their service people showed up right on time. However, when they learned that the sewer access was on the roof (for some reason, we don't have a "washout valve"), they were concerned. So was I, as I have had leaks over the past year and the last thing I want is two big men walking on my roof. We agreed to cancel the job and they left. Accordingly, please process my refund at your earliest convenience. Thank you.

Description of Work: Pepe and his son came to install a new garbage disposal. They went above and beyond that, replacing other items as needed and didn't charge me extra. They were punctual, friendly and very efficient. I would highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: I called up to make an appointment and first was left on hold for 5 minutes. I hung up and called back after attending to some other calls. I made an appointment for 4/29. Waited from 2-4 pm their appointment "window" - no show. They called at 3:50 pm to say they would be an hour late. I rescheduled since I needed to be at another appointment and they would not have enough time for the work since they were now very late. May 1 the plumber shows up first thing. Was very courteous and nice. I show him the work. A fixture replacement in my master shower. He tells me he doesn't have the parts. I told the woman making the appointment exactly what the job was and she assured me the plumber would have the parts on his truck for this job. The plumber then said he thought the parts would cost about $320 dollars. I had this same job performed on the second bathroom last year with another company and the parts cost $60! I had another plumber also quote me about 60 for the replacements parts when I showed him the master bath. I told the Reddi plumber this and when he checked the prices he said it would be $220 for the parts. From the first call, every stage of working with Reddi service did not go well. The attempted overcharging on the parts is just the icing on the cake. I can't trust a company that goes after my money this way. I gave them more than a fair chance and they let me down in several ways, several times. They aren't even fair on their pricing. Please give me a refund for this big deal.
