Description of Work: they video the sewer lines from the city hook up throughout the entire house checking for cracks, build-up or anything that would cause a plumbing issue...after finding that the pipes were in good working order they cleaned the main trunk line leading from the house to the city hook up of any build up and sent me a video via email of the sewer lines....

Description of Work: we prepaid to have them clean out the sewer line to the street because we assumed we were having toilet problems due to the tree in our front yard. He showed my husband with his camera that the line we were worried about was actually clear. He explained what he thought the problem was and how roots were going under the foundation and getting into the toilet and how my husband could fix the problem. We thought his explanation sounded a bit crazy, but when my husband followed his directions and removed the toilet later on, we found he was absolutely correct. We have been problem free since. We made the mistake of paying for a particular service by self diagnosing our problem, but the technician could have just done what we paid for and left, instead of trying to help my husband diagnose the problem, and explain how to go about fixing it. We were still very happy with the outcome.

Description of Work: Got the big deal for checking the sewer line. Was supposed to also include a video of the drain as I understood it. The tech forgot this, but what would I have done with that anyway? He was able to confirm that thibgs were clear and our sewer line ran under the driveway.

Description of Work: The plumber, John, arrived on time, installed the toilet quickly and took away the old toilet. He advised me of the Water Rebate that Albuquerque City Water offers for high-efficiency products of which I had not been aware. The plumber and I filled out the Rebate Application which ended up saving me an additional $50 on my water bill, thus, reducing the actual cost of installation to $100. Great job!
