Description of Work: He looked At it, tried to use his camera system to find what was blocking our drain pipe. It did not work. They refunded my fees.

Description of Work: Supposed to fix 2 running toilets, 1 leaky shower, and check trap I one shower. First, took a week to get back to me because they ha a big job outside of Tucson. Then, came at 3:30 in Friday afternoon. Spent 1 hour taking apart my shower but said he would have to go to the store to get parts and it was too late on a Friday to do that. Charged me for the labor to take everything apart and drip was actually worse after he left. Fixed 2 toilets although they started running again a week later. With the Angie's deal of $200 for $99, I still paid almost $300. Ended up getting another plumber three months later who fixed both toilets, both showers, and put in a new toilet for less than $400, including purchase of new toilet, 2 new shower fittings, and new float for other toilet. This was my first and last Angie's deal. Pretty sure the guy who came was not even a plumber, maybe a technician. He was nice, though, and tried to tell me I should use them to service my air conditioner. No thank you!

Description of Work: fixed a faucet and didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need. I would have Chris Groth back in my home for repairs any time some may come up.

Description of Work: We wanted a single cold water line installed. The first man that came (had a different truck logo) and estimated the work, came back at the scheduled time and did the job. However, I was not happy. I called Reddi Services, asked for the boss, then explained why I was NOT happy. He said he would send over his best plumber to verify my concerns and alter accordingly. He did, and everything is "A" OK. I WILL recommend him to my neighbors and friends.

Description of Work: I had four items that needed attending to. The Service Person, Dale was prompt and efficient. He chatted with me about a couple items that needed replacement and was able to fix all items on my list in less time than was booked. Would definitely use Reddi in the future.

Description of Work: I contacted Reddi to have the septic tank cleaned out. They were incredibly courteous when setting up the appointment, arrived on time for the service, they explained everything they were going to do and then left our property in excellent condition. Since then I have had two unrelated plumbing issues, and without hesitation I called Reddi. On both occurrences their responsiveness, cost and professionalism were top notch.

Description of Work: Called on a Sunday needing non emergency service to repair leaky toilet, bathtub pour spout, & replumb for new bath vanity install. Repairman arrived bright & early Mon morning & did a nice job plumbing , caulking & installing new faucets that I had purchased. Checked for leaks with toilet, & tub spout (I had purchased wrong part to fix) & told me what to do for repair as it was an easy fix. Definitely will call again if any problems in this our rental home or our residence. Would also request Ben again as he seemed honest & know what he was doing.

Description of Work: They replaced the sewer drain line from the house to midway into the yard. They tried to help me with my home warranty company, who would not cover this.

Description of Work: We called them to troubleshoot our air conditioner. We needed a new one. They didn't have the best price for a new unit but we're prompt and professional.

Description of Work: They cleaned out a sewer system that was backing up into the house. Purchased an offer on Angie's list and more than got our money's worth. I would definitely use them again for any plumbing service.
