Description of Work: They came out as quickly as they could and looked at the issue (broken water heater) but because it was under a homeowners warranty he advised they use their own people so it would be better for me to use them instead. He was great and honest, how can you ask for more? |

Description of Work: Were not able to clear main line resulting in having to call out a second plumbing service to fix the problem.

Description of Work: They removed the part of sewer pipe that was clogged with tree root and replaced with a new one, then filled up with dirt and poured concrete on top.

Description of Work: The office is located in Arizona and they use a contractor in the Albuquerque area - the messages sent through Angie's List are not always sent to the local contractor (or sent but not read?). I was having a new water heater installed but there was a misunderstanding on the address and the contractor told me he wasn't installing the water heater but assessing my place. It is difficult for me to get time off from work so I was not happy as I was under the impression this would be an actual install of a new water heater; in the end, the contractor came through and installed the new water heater the same day of the appointment.

Description of Work: Needed drain snaked, provider came and snaked about 20 feet, said he couldn't do without a clean out installed ($2500). Said he could get first thing in the morning, when I told him I couldn't afford and for him to snake again, he couldn't get to me and referred me elsewhere. I went to Home Depot and rented machine and proceeded to run 100' snake and cleared clog myself. Very disappointed. Basically wanted the high dollar job and couldn't be bothered with me. My advice, go to Home Depot and rent a machine, save yourself $$ and aggravation.

Description of Work: Installed 4 new angle stop valves and 4 stainless steel supply lines in master bathroom. | |The work was done professionally. I was very satisfied with both the repairman's professional manner and skill and the completed work.

Description of Work: We have just purchased a new home upon connecting the clothes washer to the hook ups and turning them on we noticed the valves leaked. We called in the morning and Reddi promised me a plumber in the afternoon. The afternoon turned to evening and I called in to get an update. At which time I was only told someone would still be coming out. A plumber eventually came around 6:30pm and got straight to work. | |I apologize for forgetting the genetelmen's name but he was very polite and his expertise showed. He clearly explained what needed to be done and did it in a timely manner and at what he quoted me. I would use them in the future and hope that the scheduling was a one off issue. | |I work in customer service and have always tried to under promise and over deliver. I think the scheduling department here could learn a lot from that statement.
