Description of Work: Did not show up for appt. at all. Was scheduled to arrive in the 1pm-4pm window on a Friday afternoon. I phoned at 5pm and was told the plumber was on his way and would arrive within 10 minutes. Didn't ever show up. I called back around 6pm and was told he had been to my house and left already (not true). Dispatcher finally decided the plumber had gone to the wrong house, whose owner had turned him away. No one bothered to contact me.

Description of Work: Pepe and Bryan helped try to resolve an issue with my pool plumbing. They snaked a pool pump return line that for some reason stopped working a few months ago. They worked hard for an hour to try and unplug it. They did not succeed but it was not their fault. The issue is unresolved and remains a mystery.

Description of Work: They replaced a main drain line from the laundry out. Dug through the cement, removed block wall, replaced pipes, replaced the cement and cleaned up. The only think they didn't do was replace the bricks - and they were very clear AHEAD of time that they did not do brick work and clarified again before they started the job. I have since used them two more times for a kitchen drain clean and garbage disposal replacement (different locations). Always prompt, courteous and professional!
