I called the company about 8.00 am. I explained to them that my back yard faucet had been leaking & now was just constantly running & I could not turn it off. I also said my front yard was dripping. They sent someone within the hour & he was very professional & polite. He checked the situation, turned off the water & began to work right away. I am extremely pleased with the service & will definitely call them again!

Although it wasn t an emergency, a service specialist came to my house about one hour after calling. In addition to replacing the drain, he gave me general advice about a couple of other plumbing issues I was having. Arthur was very professional and was on his way in about 25 minutes. Excellent work, but $150 for 25 minutes of labor is a bit much.

After selecting a design for a new pool, we discovered that our sewer line went through the middle of the planned pool. Called several companies to quote on moving the sewer line. Received quotes across the full spectrum. Some said it was impossible and others were very $$$$. Bob looked at the project and advised the cost. They were digging up the yard three days later and done two days after that.

The work was done quickly and well. The plumber had to locate a lock which he did and returned to put it on. I was pleased with the prompt and efficient response.

Jan Ashford was timely, polite, and efficient, and the final cost matched the original estimate. The refrigerator was installed the following week and everything works flawlessly.

The office called to let me know he would be a few minutes late, but overall I was just happy that I was able to schedule a service call for after 6 PM on a weeknight. The quality of the work was great, no leaks or problems afterwards. My only complaint was the cost of the supply lines and valves. The labor was about $130, the parts and tax were $120. That's a little steep.

I WOULD HIRE HIM AGAIN AND WILL WHEN I REPLACE MY HOT WATER TANK.

THEY SENT AN ESTIMATOR OUT, WHO VERIFIED WE HAD A HOT WATER LEAK UNDER OUR SLAB. HE GAVE US SEVERAL OPTIONS FOR REPAIR/REPLACEMENT & WAS VERY UP-FRONT WITH US ON WHAT LONG TERM ISSUES WOULD BE WITH EACH OPTION. HE GAVE US AN ESTIMATE & THEY REPAIRED THE LEAK PROMPTLY.

QUICK RESPONSE TO AN EMERGENCY CALL. WE THOUGHT A PIPE HAD BURST, BUT IT TURNED OUT TO BE JUST A HOSE. WE CALLED THIS SERVICE AND THEY GOT SOMEONE OUT EVEN MORE QUICKLY THAN THEY PROMISED. PLUMBER WAS POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. $200 SEEMED A BIT PRICEY FOR LESS THAN A HALF-HOUR'S WORK, BUT CONSIDERING IT WAS AN EMERGENCY CALL ON A WEEKEND, IT WASN'T UNREASONABLE.

I THINK THAT THE PRICE CHARGED WAS HIGH. THE TECHNICIAN DID A FINE JOB AND WORKED QUICKLY.

THE ONLY MINOR NEGATIVE WAS THAT THE PLUMBER DID NOT SWEEP UP THE DIRT ON THE KITCHEN FLOOR THAT HE PRODUCED DURING THE COURSE OF THE WORK; WHEN HE SAW ME DOING IT HE APOLOGIZED. OTHER PRICE ESTIMATE WAS $530, SO ASFORD WAS THE CLEAR CHOICE.

THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY FRIENDLY, COMPETENT, AND THE COMPANY RESPONDED PROMPTLY. THE PRICE WAS GREAT AND HE GAVE GOOD ADVICE FOR MAITAINING THE UNIT.

AFTER MY CALL THEY WERE OUT AT THE HOME WITHIN 90 MINUTES. THE REPAIRMAN WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE EXPLAINED TO ME HE COULD DO THE WORK FOR $200 BUT HE ADVISED THAT MY HUSBAND COULD FIX IT FOR $10 AND HE SHOWED ME WHAT WE NEEDED TO DO AND WHERE I COULD BUY THE PARTS. HE WAS VERY NICE AND I APPRECIATED HIS HONESTY INSTEAD OF CHARGING ME $200. HE DID NOT CHARGE FOR THE HOUSECALL AT ALL.

OUR AIR CONDITIONER WENT OUT ON ONE OF THE HOTTEST TIMES IN ARIZONA. REDDI CAME OUT WITHIN 2 HOURS, THE SOONEST OF THE 4 COMPANIES I CALLED. THEY DID AN EVALUATION OF THE SYSTEM AND GAVE US A FULL REPORT. WE DECIDED TO PURCHASE A NEW UNIT AT THAT TIME RATHER THEN REPAIR AGAIN. WE HAD TO REPAIR THE UNIT AT LEAST ONCE A YEAR FOR THE PREVIOUS FOUR YEARS. THEY GAVE US THEIR RECOMMENDATION FOR THE SIZE OF OUR HOUSE. WE SCHEDULED THE NEW INSTALL FOR 4 DAYS LATER. KNOWING HOW HOT IT WAS, THEY MANAGED TO PUSH UP THE INSTALL BY ONE FULL DAY AND WE HAD COOL AIR 3 DAYS LATER. THEY WERE VERY GOOD AT KEEPING US INFORMED AND DID A VERY PROFESSIONAL JOB.
