Went very well the REDDI office personal and the repair man all kept very good contact with us letting us know what was wrong and exactly what needed to be done and the cost.

They were very prompt in setting up my repair appointments and the technician was very courteous and gave me some good advice on caring for my drains in all the sinks.

I believe above comments establish that my impression was that the services were completed in a professional manner. I do not normally stand around looking over the shoulder(s) of workers performing a service for me so don't have a lot of details ("do's and don'ts") to add to this report.

The plumber arrived on time and was very friendly. In no time he had all of my repairs finished. I say I would call them again because I did. A few days after my plumbing repairs were completed, a pipe broke inside a wall causing a minor flood in my condo, I called Reddi Services on a Sunday and they responded. The plumber, Ramone, worked all afternoon to stop the leak. Because it was Sunday and this is a condo, it was difficult to get permission to shut the water off to the building. Once we were able to shut off the water, the repairs were promptly completed. I will not hesitate to call Reddi Services in the future. Cindy, Phoenix, AZ

I had the valves replaced for the washing machine hookup. Plumber was very nice great personality and did a great job. Except that I called Reddi at 8am and they said it would be 2 to 4hrs and they arrived about 6hrs. Pricing was a little high about 250 for replacing the valves.

Two service persons arrived on time. Very professional, as well as personable. Scanned water line into all drains in house. Told me everything looked good--showed me the images and discussed them thoroughly. Asked if I needed anything else and discussed all my concerns thoroughly. Gave me a rough estimate on another job and recommended a less expensive alternative. Emailed the images of the report as promised. Totally professional and thorough--best providers I've used through Angie's List. I was really impressed and felt I could trust them. I would definitely use this service again.

Plumber came to our house on time. We discussed which drain to have rodded (the Big Deal was for one drain) -- we chose the kitchen drain due to chronic sluggishness (we live in an old house with old pipes) even though we have chronic problems with the bathroom drains since we're having the bathrooms remodeled next month which should resolve that problem. After that was completed he located the outside access to the main sewer line for our house and scoped the pipes over the length of our property with with a camera. The sewer line was considered in good condition with the exception of some small root growth from a tree out at the property line (not a significant enough of a problem to do anything about). Later we received a DVD recording of the sewer excursion as well as a follow-up version via email. They did exactly what they promised in the Big Deal.

Plumber (Service Tech named Gerald) arrived on time and worked steadily to repair the plumbing problems I had. He made no smart alek comments about my attempts to fix the problems, he was professional and reasonably priced. He provided me a card with a phone number to call if there were any problems after he left. He also notified me that they provide 24/7 service and do not charge a premium for weekend or late night service calls. I would highly recommend both Gerald and Reddi to repair any residential plumbing problem you might have.

They called to ask if we were available, we were and they came. They opened the drain covers for both to the street and into the house. Both were examined and passed the clear test. Both drains were filmed and put on CD for future reference. We were pleased and relieved no problems were found.

They came on time and were very thoughtful and thorough. I was provided a copy of the video of my sewer lines. I felt they were very honest. My house is an older home and I was grateful to know that my sewer lines had no serious issues.

I'm a bit of a penny pincher and this repair was non emergency so I had a little time to check a few different company's prices. REDDISERVICES had the best price and I got to knock off another $20 with a repeat customer coupon they sent me in the mail. Pepe Munoz came out right away and on time. He was super nice and super fast. I will definitely use REDDISERVICES again.

I cannot even begin to express how fantastic these guys are! I bought this deal for my sister who had major drain problems. She wasn't able to use anything - shower, toilet, washing machine. Reddi Services came out right away and inspected the drain only to find it was completely blocked. Being blocked, they weren't able to run the camera inside the pipe to see what the condition was. The technician said he was going to bring a plumber out the next day so see what could be done. Sure enough they showed up the following day, exactly when he said they would and got to work on the drain. In very short order the plumber had the main unplugged and they were able to run the camera down to see what was going on. They found that part of the drain had eroded away and would need to be replaced. Rather than the high pressure sales pitch you would expect, they gave her a thumb drive with the video on it so she could get accurate estimates!!! Not only that, but there was no additional charge for anything. Needless to say, it bought her a bit of time to plan for the disruption, and she wouldn't even consider calling anyone to do the work besides Reddi Services. They provide phenomenal services!

They arrived, took out the old toilet, fixed/replaced the mounting screws and put the new toilet in. There were no other problems.

Since moving to the valley 18 years ago I have used Reddi Services for my plumbing and a/c problems. This time it was the big one , the a/c had finally quit for good. Roger the service technician came out and confirmed MY diagnosis of an 18 yr old unit. he contacted Noel the estimator who came out later that evening, Noel is a delightful older gentleman who's years of experience certainly made the pain of spending the money go down easier, he offered numerous products from different mfg's and several financing options. My wife and I made the decision on installing a new Trane unit and the installation date was set. On that day the installers showed up on time and replaced the unit, hauled away the old one and CLEANED up there jobsite. In this economy there is never a good time to spend 4K but the Reddi Services crew made it go down a little easier.

The plumber and his son were very pleasant but missed our initial appointment time because he had a family event. This was OK with me but he did not tell me until a few hours after the appointment time. He had intended just to look at the job and give an estimate. My time that week was flexible so this did not bother me but if my schedule was crowded then this would have upset me. The work was done nicely and they kept the area clean and even helped move the rugs back. Even though I purchased the Big Deal the bill was staggering. I received a phone number for someone who could replace the blocks but when I contacted this guy, Russell, he was talking about $200 to replace the FIVE blocks that were removed! I told him that was far too much money for the scale of the project. I will be looking for someone else who will repair the wall for a reasonable and fair amount. The price I paid to REDDI and the price quoted by the block repair man are the main reasons I gave low marks.

Chis was the service person and he did a fantastic job. He worked and was quiet, asked necessary questions and then cleaned up every place he had done work. I had forgotten to take the 'stuff' out from under the kitchen sink and he took it out and put it all back when he was done. Really nice, hard working young man. The price seemed high but I know plumbers are expensive and I do not regret having to spend the money to have a job so well done.

My shower's water pressure would at random weaken and then later fix itself. At first, I thought this was going to be an easy do-it-herself problem I could fix myself. Not so. I called 2 "other" plumbing services, one in 2010 and one in 2011. This wasn't an easy problem they could figure out either. They each replaced something, but I still had the problem -- intermittent low water pressure. Now, after 3 years of this, I'm desperate and willing to tear out walls and repipe and spend every cent I have to finally fix this. Angie's List recommended ReddiServices. Chris Groth, ReddiServices Specialist, fixed the problem in less than an hour for less than $60! All it took was a little plumbing common sense. I'm not a plumber, but the other 2 guys/companies should have got this. The difference is that Chris Groth actually brings his brain to work with him! ReddiServices, more specifically Chris Groth, you're my hero! Thank you and A++.

Their estimate was fine. They were cordial. I had my landscaper go ahead and do the plumbing work for me.

I have only praise for everyone at Reddi Services. They are very responsive and professional, and I have great confidence that they have given me very upfront information on each occasion. Every member of their company has been extremely courteous, respectful, and pleasant. I would recommend them without qualification. I have been meaning to write them an excellent review for Angie's List and am happy that I have finally done so.

They moved quilckly and did a good job. I have no complaints with their service.

From 1st phone call handled very professionally - appt sch for next am. Plumber arrived on time,very neat handled situation appropriately. Explained process, what problems we might run into,and costs involved depending on what he found. Reset toilet, calked around - did a great jobas he even layed a blanket to hold his tools to avoid getting the tile floor dirty. Appreciate theservice!

They gave a free estimate onsite and I decided to go with them doing the work. He even saw something he didn't like in the kitchen sink drain pipe and fixed it free for us. He went above and beyond and I would highly recommend them.

The work was done well but it was an extremely high fee. I think what was paid wasn't how much they should have gotten. It was a serious over charge from my experience.

Called in the a.m. and was told a service person would be out in the next 4 hours; would call before arriving. Serviceman arrived before 4 hours elapsed and made quick work of the repair, finding that the fitting inside of the nut wasn't straight and allowing the water to leak past. Service person fixed the leak quickly, checked around under the sink for any other noticeable problems (none found) and charged me only for the service charge. Only complaint I have is that the service man was a bit stinky.

They were very professional. They cleaned after themselves and left everything neat and tidy. I really liked the people that came out. They did a good job but the price was ridiculous, it was way expensive.
