+ -1 moreokay. The teaser rate good for one hour of labor and trip fee gets them the job. The hour is used up by the initial evaluation of the problem or job to be done. Problem is they don't have the parts and warehouse is on other side of town. Another hour of labor to get partd and another hour to fix. Parts are marked up 100%. Since this is par for the course for plumbers, I would recommend them because they did a good job and were timely.
Description of Work: replaced flappers in 4 toilets and stems in 2 faucets to stop leaks.

+ -1 moreThey checked out all of the plumbing fixtures in the house, then with another person, did a video exam of the sewer lines both inside the house as well as out to the street. All went very well. They sent two videos of the sewer inspection via email.
Description of Work: I had purchased a sewer inspection (with video) via Angie's List. They inspected all of the plumbing in the house, but the person that came did not do the video scoping. He called another person from the company who promptly came and did the video scan of the sewer lines in the house as well as out to the street. He then emailed me the videos of the job. They were very professional and explained their HVAC service program before they left. That seemed like a reasonable seasonal service as well. Overall I was very satisfied with Reddi Services and would recommend them.

Description of Work: After calling Sears to repair one of their water heaters that broke, The sears tech misdiagnosed the problem and said it was a leaky faucett. We then called Reddi and they correctly diagnosed and fixed the water heater. Unfortunately I had to pay Sears also for doing nothing and could not get a refund, but I will definitely use Reddi again in the future!

+ -1 moreMy husband asked the serviceman to replace the joint but the serviceman said he did not have the placement parts. He cleaned and replaced the joints and he was done. When his office called to ask about the service my husband stated that he was not satisfied with the service. The caller stated she would have the owner/manager call but he never did call, to this date.
Description of Work: We needed this company's service to repair a leak at our washing machine connection. My husband requested that he replace the joint. In the end the serviceman only cleaned the joint.

+ -1 moreThe entire service call was coordinated very well from the start with the appointment; the call to confirm, a call to provide a more accurate time followed by a quick resolution. I had a leaky toilet connection and neither my husband nor I could fix it because our backs would not allow us to bend to that angle. this gentleman identified the problem and fixed it--no mess--no problem. Also instructed us on how to make the best use of our water system as we have never used a reverse osmosis system previously. I was very pleased and surprised even more when we got a certificate for a next call. This was a very neat, very competent fix. thanks
Description of Work: The plumber fixed a leak in the toilet connections and while there advised us on how to use our water system. i purchased the deal on ANGIE's LIST so it was basically paid for. All I had to do was to buy a small part..and later I received a service certificate from the plumber for the next service call. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

Description of Work: I had a reletively simple issue with an old rusted pipe that I was uncomfortable removing from the primary pipe in the wall which it had rusted into. The plumber removed the old pipe and educated me on how I could finish the repair myself on my own time, per my express request.

+ -1 moresee above. The only thing was they were here at 3;50 pm, not 10-12 noon, as estimated. Still, it was only a mild inconvenience to me because i don't have high expectations abut workmen, given they can't estimate what someone else wants until they get there (and on a Saturda too!)
Description of Work: They installed a new WasteKing garbage disposal (after takong out the 'bad' Home Depot one, in the most clean and prom[t way I've ever seen eith such services. One of them (Pepe) also looked at my toilet and corercted why it overflows! His partner was also ver efficient and helpful, and the work was done in less than the hour. I definitely reommend them for plumbing at YOUR house too!

+ -1 moreWe noticed a problem with our showers not draining. The Reddi guys came out and checked the system. They found that one of our trees had roots disrupting the leaching process. They met with us to discuss our best options on the repair. Once we approved the plan they got right to work. Along the way they answered the multitude of questions we had about the system, the repair and the future of the system. I could not have asked for a more helpful group of guys. Alfredo, Donald and Leo were the best!
Description of Work: We had Reddi Services come out to check on our septic tank. They listened to us, checked the tank, checked the lines to and from the tank and determined what the issue was. They understood that this was a big deal and were extremely patient, courteous and helpful.

I called Angie's List for a recommendation for a septic tank cleaning service to pump out the 100Gallon Holding tank. The recommendation was excellent.
Description of Work: I am very pleased with the service that Reddi Services provided. My sewer line was clogged at the holding tank before it empties into the main sewer line. Reddi Services responded the same day within 2hrs. The service personnel were efficient and professional in performing the task of cleaning out the holding tank and making sure that I had a clean line. I highly recommend their service.

+ -1 moreI ended up not using the coupon. They showed up on the wrong day. On the actual day of the appointment, they didn’t show up in time. We rescheduled, but they failed to show again. When I called them, they told me that the workers were on the way. After I waited a while, I called them back and they said that I would have to wait another 2 hours. When I called them back later to complain about this issue, the lady on the phone gave me attitude.

Description of Work: I has purchased an ANGIE'S Best Deal for plumbing services for our AZ home. We had a small leak from our toilet that was getting larger so I called REDDI SERVICES and got an appointment the next day. Pepe Munoz was here right on time, explained the cause of the leak and how he was going to fix it. he brought in his own drop cloths so I had no mess and in a half hour he had replaced the "feedline" and showed me where the leak originated. he also gave us advice on our water lines when we leave for vacations etc and I appreciated that. So with my coupon and his charge for a "part" I owed him less than $20. I DEFINITELY WOULD HAVE HIM DO MORE WORK.
