I had a complete blockage in 57 year old plumbing with very outdated configuration making it nearly impossible to get to the clog. I had a different company out first. Their technician spent 3 hours, trying very hard, then decided they couldn't fix it without digging up the slab. Reddi Services sent a technician who spent 3 hours, followed by a second technician who spent another 3 hours. They were both terrific, consulting with their supervisor, trying different things. The first technician from Reddi Services was Brent (didn't get his last name). He was pleasant, answered my questions, explained what and why, and worked very hard. The second technician was Ben Aguilar. He was also terrific for the same reasons, and spent another 3 hours working on the problem which he finally solved successfully! I was resigning myself to having to dig up the floor when his sheer determination saved me thousands of dollars! An additional bonus - both technicians were very good about face covering and physical distance. Hats off to Reddi Services!

We are very happy with the service provided by Gerald Schulz. He did an amazing job and i would highly recommend Gerald. We will definitely call them for future needs.

Tech was Marco. Third time I've used him. Punctual, friendly, professional. Knows what he is doing. Gave me some insight on what I could have had done differently when I had a new water heater installed last December. Except for the price, it was good experience. Will use Reddi Services and Marco again.

Ben has been our go-to service person from Reddi Services. He is always dependable and punctual. He provides excellent service in a professional and efficient manner. We are confident that he will get the job done and he never disappoints.

This was the first time I used this Reddi Service. I was very pleased with the overall experience. They are open for scheduling appointments every day. I was able to schedule a HVAC inspection for the next day, which was a Saturday, at no extra charge. Thirty minutes prior to the technician arriving, they send you a text with a picture of the tech, and a link to track their location and estimated arrival time. It was a very slick operation all around. The tech was professional and experienced. He answered all of our questions and provided a detailed report and receipt via email. A shout out to Carlota in dispatch for her follow up!

Caesar was the technician that came out to fix the problems, he was professional, polite and expert at handling the job, it just doesn't get any better than that and, I go a Seniors discount, love it!

When we noticed water coming from where our stucco meets the foundation we knew we had a problem. Called Reddi and they sent us Gerald within a few hours. He was quick, efficient and communicated through the entire process. Will definitely call Reddi in the future.

Excellent! Gerald Schulz explained how to light and added some tips to save on expenses by adding a timer to the recirculation pump. Now, I am able to light the pilot on my own and not clutter up the service line with a trivial task!!!

Chris G. braved the slick, rainy roads to install a thermostat and replace our air scrubber bulb. As much as we need this rain in the desert, I’m sure it makes service calls tough. He called ahead to verify we’d be here, was careful to keep our floors from getting muddy, and was so nice to talk to. Chris made quick work of it and checked to make sure everything was working correctly. He made home maintenance on a drab day so much nicer today! Thanks, Chris!

24 hrs ago my valve box for my washing machine started to leak and I could not shut it off. So, I got valve caps and sealed the leak in the valve however the problem is still existed I found REDDI SERVICES on Angies and Got on Reddi Services Website and Sent off Quote and got responded too quickly in less than 12 hours. Pepe was on my doorstep at 1pm today and by 1:45pm the problem was fixed. Pepe was prompt, responsive, professional, No-Nonsense git-er-done professional. Additionally, he was very congenial, professional and conversant about his services and my situation which was very helpful. Pricing was UBER Competitve and FAST. PePe is an outstanding representative and I will use and RECOMMEND Reddi Services in the Future....AND SO SHOULD YOU! When you call, Ask them to send Pepe for he is GREAT AT WHAT HE DOES! Thank you Reddi Services for I know I can do my wash!

Edit review 2/22/2020 Yesterday my irrigation line from the water main broke resulting in water all over my front yard. After calling Reddi Service within an hour Gerald Schutz arrived and within a very short time had cut out the bad section and repaired the connection. He met with me and explained and showed me the problem and how it would be repaired. Upon completing the repair he asked to see the fixed connection and asked me if I had any questions he could answer.He was very friendly and helpful. His level of customer service went above and beyond anything I've seen from previous services. I highly recommend Reddi Services and Gerald Schutz, as he did a great job for us

We did the digging to expose the tank, and said we would be doing the back fill once the tank was emptied. The guy (name Toby?) showed up, spent an hour trying to remove the cap, destroying it in the process. We ordered a new cap and scheduled for them to return that Fri 2-4. I still had not heard from them by 4 so I called. The technician apparently was held up on another job and would not make it today. A phone call from them would have been appreciated. So I asked to reschedule to the following day, Sat. "Yes", they said, they do take Sat appts, however it was doubtful that they could make it and would I like to reschedule for Mon. At this point, I was pretty much done with them. I told them if they could make it tomorrow/Sat, fine. Otherwise, don't bother contacting me, I would find someone else. Which is what I am doing at this time...

Great! I love working with Reddi Services. They respond immediately and send out qualified technicians. Marco is fantastic! He is friendly, knowledgeable and works quickly and efficiently. I would recommend Reddi without reservation.

Our Septic leach field failed and we needed to get this fixed. After finding out we only had one 40 foot leach line, I knew this wasn't to county code. Reddi Services was one of three estimates I requested and Angie's list approved. They were the perfect choice by keeping me up to date with their progress (as county permit office are very strict) and having equipment/workers knowing their job. A big Kudo to Ramon for being professional through out this effort. I've been at my place for 20 years and seen my share of contractors; this company will be my "Go-to" people from now on.

bryant of reddi services worked hard to find me an electric rheem low boy water heater which will only fit my tiny laundry room. none of the other plumbing co's wanted to be bothered. they wanted to push their own brands .he was efficient, neat and very helpful. since i am always curious about how things work, he did not mind me watching over his shoulder and asking questions.he even helped me reconnect my dryer and push it back into position. he also changed out some washers in my favorite kitchen faucet giving it new life. i will be calling for his services in the future.

Chris Shuck came out to help us on Christmas Eve and he was very understanding about all that we were dealing with when we shared the great lengths we were going to in order to continue to function in our home without having the funds for a plumber. To our surprise it was much more affordable than expected and we wish we called sooner. Chris gave us some great advice on products we need to stop using and ones that are best. He also came by two additional times at no extra cost to ensure that laundry drain was working properly. I feel lucky to have found Reddi Services.

Excellent and efficient work by Bryant. Great service the minute Bryant showed up, he explained everything before starting the job, went over quote, and then proceeded to work. Bryant even gave me some good advice about Moen lifetime guarantee on parts.

Pepe and Cesar immediately diagnosed the the problem, found another issue and fixed the toilet and the valve efficiently. They cleaned up when they were done. They did an outstanding job. I would hire them again.

Harold was great! Not only was he genuinely a kind man, he walked me through what was actually happening. The part to fix my faucet was odd (old house) but he went above and beyond to find it. Thank you so much, Harold!

What I presumed (in advance) would be a straight-forward, simple replacement of the leaking hot and cold-water shutoff valves under my kitchen sink turned out to be anything but that for Chris Shuck of Reddi Services. To start with, Chris discovered that both valves were embedded in the plastered wall behind the kitchen cabinet, and then to make things even more difficult, the cold water line broke off (which had to be repaired before he could install the new valve for the cold water). In total, Chris put in close to four hours to do what I expected was going to be a simple, easy plumbing job. Oh, I need to mention too, that removing the embedded valves, repairing the broken cold water line, and finally putting in the two new valves required Chris to spend portions of his time working with his legs on the kitchen floor, his upper body lying 3 or so inches higher on the wood floor of the cupboard, and then having to hold his head up to see the work he was doing (and I have no doubt that he finished the job with a sore neck and shoulders); nonetheless, despite everything, Chris exhibited a very cordial, positive attitude the whole time.
