Cesar Sanchez, AWESOME, is the first word that comes to mind. This is my first time with this company, Reddi Services, they were recommended by a friend who raved about them. I must say that from my initial phone call to set up service, thanks Phil, to the very end of the service, I was pleased. Cesar Sanchez showed great professionalism, timeliness and the stick-to-itiveness when he arrived to fix my problem. Thanks guys, Cynthia Roznos

Gerald from Reddi came out same-day when we had a gas leak that required our natural gas to be shutoff. He spent over 30 minutes explaining all of the options available to me - where to route the new pipe, what to consider about replacing the water heater, etc. He took the time to answer my questions and get educated. I got other bids, but so glad we went with Gerald and Reddi. He and Brandon were able to knock out our job in less than a day, and there was a lot of work to be done! They worked hard and had great attitudes. We passed our city inspection with flying colors and are so grateful for the Reddi team that made this process a little less painful. Definitely recommend them and Gerald!

Juan came and cleaned out our laundry room drain. It has been backing up few a while now. Juan was punctual and friendly. He did an excelent job. We will not hesitate to call on Reddi Services again in the future! Thank You! The Dukes

Pepe from Reddi Services arrived quickly after calling that our showers and toilets started to backflow. Found the issue quickly (someone flushed wipes down the toilet clogging the line). Resolved the issue quickly. Sinks, toilets working as expected. Appreciate how quickly the company responded from the time I called to the time Pepe arrived and resolved the issue. Had the septic tank pumped just a year ago so was not expecting any issues. Now informing the 4 women in the household to not flush make-up wipes down the toilets as that seems to be what caused the issue.

Ricky arrived at our home at 5:30 p.m. on a Saturday afternoon and he did a phenomenal job. At our time of great need, he not only did his job but also explained every step and what we should do in the future to avoid problems with our septic tank. We'll be selling our home in a few months and will definitely use Reddi AND Ricky again for the certification.

Matt Mattok was professional and efficient when installing my kitchen faucet. Excellent! Over the years we have used Reddi Services many times and have never been disappointed. We have always requested service advisor Pepe and will continue to do so in the future. He’s incredibly efficient, honest and competent!

Exceeded our expectations! First of all, I contacted Reddi Services on a FRIDAY AFTERNOON—in the middle of JUNE, no less—after a repairman scheduled for that morning had to cancel. We had been without a/c since that Wednesday morning so I. Was. Desperate. I had barely submitted the request through Angie’s list, when I received a call from Ken at Reddi Services. WOW! Within 2 hours, Chris G. was at our door, ready to get busy. Chris was great. He inspected our unit, which is 16+ years old. He replaced a few capacitors and cleaned the unit where one had been leaking oil. Chris also washed down the coils and cleaned up the entire area. When Chris G. first arrived, it had gotten up to 99° inside. Once he made the repairs, he stayed to make sure that everything was operating properly and that the system was starting to cool. It did. Excellent service and professionalism. Fixed a problem and leak that another plumbing company could not and worked with us on what was the issue and what needed to be done. Great company and the third time I have used them in the last 3 years. Each time they had a same day response and an immediate repair.

During a heat wave with emergencies all over town, they did their best to get a technician out quickly, calling to keep me updated when there were delays. Chris arrived early in the morning after a late night and gave complete information to help me make decisions. As always he was professional and efficient.

Brent Sanderson arrived on time and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem with my toilet (a disintegrated wax seal). He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The clean up afterward was exceptional. The bathroom was spotless. Highly recommend this company and its employees. Thank you Brent!

This is the second time I have used Reddi Services, and both times with the technician Cesar Sanches ,two outdoor water valves were replaced and I can not be more happy with the work, that is why I'm a repeat customer and will call them again when I need them in the future.

It went super good! From the the time I called Lisa (super nice) to Toby advising me about location of technician (very appreciated) to Ricky the technician who was just super. He was nice, helpful and did a great job. I have already recommended them to family. When you have septic trouble you get kinda worried and Reddi Services was perfect. Thanks!!!!!

Cesar Sanchez arrived on time and determined that the disposal that I had purchased was too large to fit under my sink. He waited while I ran to the local Ace Hardware to purchase the one I should have purchased in the first place. I was thankful that he took the extra time to wait for me. Great job!

The Reddi Services Plumbing division chosen from Angies List lead which I am proud to be a member was represented superbly by Mr Chris Shuck one of the service specialist to repair the plumbing face bowl sink located in my master bedroom. When he had completed the repair work and proceeded to demonstrate with great skill to indicate to me and my wife what he had done in the most clear and concise manner. My wife and I were extremely pleased and satisfied at the outcome. Moreover we are also pleased with his prompt arrival. The price he charged for a quality work that he had done to enhance the plumbing of our face bowl in master bedroom. We therefore anticipate using their services in the future. I needed our kitchen faucet replaced since it has been about ten years. After searching for a plumber, I remembered Reddi services had recently replaced our drain field. They did a great job then and I knew I could count on them again. Well, they arrived the same day and even replaced the faucet right away. I had purchased this faucet about a month back but no time to personally do the change out. Great job Reddi Services.

Chris was awesome!! Very professional and very knowledgeable! This was our first time using I Reddi Services and we will be using them for all our plumbing needs.

I had a complete blockage in 57 year old plumbing with very outdated configuration making it nearly impossible to get to the clog. I had a different company out first. Their technician spent 3 hours, trying very hard, then decided they couldn't fix it without digging up the slab. Reddi Services sent a technician who spent 3 hours, followed by a second technician who spent another 3 hours. They were both terrific, consulting with their supervisor, trying different things. The first technician from Reddi Services was Brent (didn't get his last name). He was pleasant, answered my questions, explained what and why, and worked very hard. The second technician was Ben Aguilar. He was also terrific for the same reasons, and spent another 3 hours working on the problem which he finally solved successfully! I was resigning myself to having to dig up the floor when his sheer determination saved me thousands of dollars! An additional bonus - both technicians were very good about face covering and physical distance. Hats off to Reddi Services!
