I have used this company before and called them first when my kitchen sink was completely clogged. they came within a few hours and the problem was fixed in minutes.

Left High and Dry, or should I say wet. These guys are very undependable. They said they were on their way when we had a major back up. We waited and waited and no show, no call. I finally called them to only find out they had gone home for the day where their plumbing probly works. All I got was the rudest answering service ever. After all this time it is now after hours and any other plumber is going to charge their high after hour rates. When our family needed Reddi Services the most they let us down. Shame on them.

Very nice people at Reddi Services. My first scheduled appointment had to be changed because it Reddi missed the schedule time frame, and I had to reschedule. They were very accommodating when I had to reschedule due to a conflict with another subcontractor. However, It's my opinion, to change parts in a toilet and change out a hose bib, it should have cost somewhere in the neighborhood of $325.00. I think total charges of $452.00 was excessive and therefore I wouldn't use Reddi again.

They were not what I have been used to with Angie's List. They were very slow in getting here, and kept calling to put it off. The price was also higher than I had anticipated. Generally I've been very happy with people I've found through Angie's List, but not this time.

They arrived in very short order. The technician was very good and made sure to maintain a clean work area. The problem was quickly remedied.

I called them and they were able to come out same day and asked what would be the best time for the service person to come. I was very impressed with their responsiveness and the punctuality of the service person who came to my house. Dave Matta is the person I would like to commend for the services performed. He introduced himself, listened closely to my issues and quickly went to work to resolve them. He finished the job and checked it twice and with me present to show me his work and that all systems were operable. He was professional and and very pleasant. Thank you Mr. Matta.

We have relied on Reddi Services for many years to keep our air conditioners running and to troubleshoot plumbing issues. Recently, we needed to replace an air conditioner and had contacted another company (long story). After their sales rep failed to show up for the appointment, we called Reddi Services and their friendly rep came over the same day. We purchased the unit that day and they installed it within a couple of days.The installer (Roger) noticed that the filter was exposed to the elements and sent his sheet metal expert out to build a little cover. When I asked why Reddi Services was not a preferred provider that would qualify us for a rebate from APS, the installer gave us the discount we would have received. Overall, we have been very happy with Reddi Services on many occasions. As a bonus, they do not charge extra for coming out on weekends and holidays, they are always prompt and their technicians are confidence-inspiring and thorough.

Technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. He not only cleaned up his own work mess, he also cleaned up the mess I made trying to do it myself. Thanks

Bryant, the service specialist, arrived early in the morning as scheduled, and promptly went about sizing up the problem and fixing it. He cleared the drainage problem using the heavy-duty plumbers snake he carried on the truck. Our drains were cleared and tested within 30 minutes or so. Bryant, was professional and courteous and explained to us in simple terms what the problem was and how he would fix it. He left the workplace clean. We were impressed with the quality and professionalism of the service provided and will use Reddi Services again.

When I returned home from work at 6:45pm, I noticed the bathroom sink was not draining at all. I called several Angie's List preferred plumbers who advertised 24 hour service. They were all very polite but none were able to get a plumber out to my house that night. One of the plumbing companies referred me to Reddi Services. The woman I spoke with on the phone with Reddi Services was very efficient and found a plumber who was able to come to my home that evening. He arrived as scheduled an hour after my phone call and within 15 minutes had "snaked" the drain and the line was clear. He was very clean and placed a drop cloth on the floor before starting work. He even cleaned the sink when he was done. If I could give this company a higher rating, I would. They really have excellent customer service and know how to treat the customer.

It went fine. I would like to commend Frank Mata and Benjamin Aguilar for their excellent service.

Every job was completed correclty as planned.

I have used this company for numerous plumbing issues for 10 years and have always been satisfied with the quality of the work. This visit was no exception. Mr. Aguilar is a real gentleman and did his work quickly, effectively and left the room as clean as he found it. He also answered questions I posed regarding replacing a water heater and helped me schedule the work for the following week. This was very helpful and much appreciated.

Gerald was awesome.... He took his time in explaining what he was doing and what I should be doing in the future.

Bob McKean was great. I was not able to meet him at the house so he stopped by and explained everything he would do as if it was his house. Showed up the next day and got the job finished. A+++++ to Bob and thank you Bob.

I needed some plumbing work done on my two toilets and called Reddi Services. I used them about 2 years ago and was very satisfied with the work done by Gerald S. Gerald showed up the same day I called and proceeded to correct my problems. Gerald not only has the knowledge to fix the problem but the foresight to ensure that the problem doesn?t reoccur. Gerald has the attitude that there are no temporary fixes only permanent solutions, which is much appreciated. I will definitely call back for any other issues that arise. Fair prices, excellent service.

It went really well, they were really thorough. Jerrell explained everything really well and gave me quotes for everything.

It went quick and we were very satisfied.

The Technicians Pepe and Dave showed up on time. Repaired 1" pvc water sevice leak 38" deep right @transition from pvc to copper . Also replaced 3\4" shut off valve and 3/4"hose bibb @ riser. Bleed the system, cleaned up area and tested for any leaks. The Technicians took the time to explain what they were doing and why. For this reason I will be using them again for plumbing and other services they provide.

My service person, Jorge Prieto-Moran, arrived promptly and diagnosed my problem quickly. No rooter service needed. Rather, some work must have been recently done nearby on main water line. Dirt and air in the line, yes, but no actual break or root problem with my personal line. The solution was to run the water to clear my line. And as a pleasant surprise, Jorge did not charge me for the service call. Will definitely call them again for plumbing, septic tank service etc.

We use Reddi Services because they don't just work 8-5 Monday through Friday. This means we can schedule work without having to take time off from work. Mr. Ben Aguilar was our tech the last time we used Reddi and I specifically asked for him to come back to do the work on his next available after hours day. I made the appointment on Tuesday and Ben showed up on Wednesday. Ben was on time, did the work quickly & efficiently at a reasonable cost. He also cleaned up the work area so that it looked just like it did before he started. I am very pleased with the quality of the repair and will continue to use Reddi and request Ben by name every time we need plumbing work done.

Due to the configuration of our house and the related plumbing, this was not a straight-forward repair. Pepe did a great job in being creative to solve the problem quickly.

Gerald was punctual and professional. He repaired the leak quickly and cleaned up after himself. I would definitely use Reddi Services again and would recommend them to others.

Service Specialist Chris Groth did a fabulous job unclogging and cleaning out the mainline blockage underneath our house. We recently purchased our current house a year and a half ago. It is a 1955 house so we knew there would be a few items we would deal with regarding aging issues of the house. A year ago we needed an emergency plumber over the weekend as both our master bath and guest bath showers and toilets plugged up and flooded. Another company's service tech performed what I noticed as rushed and inefficient work. Sure enough, less than a year later we are having the same issue. This time I found Reddi Services on Angie's List with a great ranking profile and great personal reviews. They also were able to send a specialist out within a few hrs vs days that a few other companies quoted me. Chris was extremely patient and thorough even though this job was more than difficult. Chris even spent the extra time and effort to make sure this wouldn't be a problem again anytime soon. Chris was also extremely professional and kept the work area as clean as it was when he arrived. I greatly appreciated this as it was not the case with the prior company. We had a great overall experience with Reddi Services and their Specialist Chris Groth.
