The receptionist put me in touch with Bob McKean and he was great! I cancelled an appointment with another company after speaking with him on the phone. He scheduled time to come out personally with the Service Technician, Jose, who could scope with the camera and find the issue with our pipe. They both arrived on time. Once the problem area was located, Bob called Mickey to come out the next day and perform the work. All three were courteous, professional and punctual. Our issue is fixed and I couldn't be happier with this company. (One of their competitors quoted more than $4000 over what we paid. Another plumber was unable to correctly diagnose and fix the problem.) Reddi Services did the work for a reasonable price. I will absolutely call them in the future for any of the services they provide, should the need arise.

Gerald was extremely knowledgable and honest. He told us our options and gave us estimates depending on which way we go. I will most definitely use him when we purchase the fixtures and hardware that we need. I will also use him in the future for any of our plumbing needs. Having a technician like him says a lot about Reddi Services, so I thank them too.

Everything went well. Turned out my "leak" just needed a minor adjustment to fix. The service specialist, Jorge Prieto-Moran, was very professional and I was satisfied with his service.

I called Reddi Services late afternoon to schedule a repair of our hallway bathroom tub spout - it had rotted and broke from the wall. Shower no longer worked. They scheduled the repair for the next morning with a 4 hr window, promising to call when enroute. Pepe was my service technician. He called as promised and was very professional as he scoped out the repairs needed. My wife and I had bought a complete shower faucett set from Home Depot - just in case it was needed. It wasn't, Pepe was able to remove the existing stem which looked pretty bad and replace with new brass fittings. He installed a new tub spout diverter that he supplied and all works well. Pepe was very efficient, the repair was accomplished in about a half hour and obviously knows his stuff. I recommend this company and will use again without question...

Benjamin Aguilar came out 2 hours after I called with an emergency need. He fixed the shut off valves under my sink and was very helpful. No service trip charge or afterhours charges. I was impressed by how helpful and efficient he was and relieved that I could trust his work. I would recommend Reddi Services highly and hope his business continues to grow. Mary Beth Paluda

We have a dual shower, one shower head had already been capped off because I had been told that a repair would be super expensive and would entail remodeling our entire shower. I had received an estimate of $2500 from another company which would also involve another $800 in repair from a remodeling company. That company told me it would be a full day job, plus another day to do the remodel. Fortunately I called Reddi Services! Gerald Schulz was the plumber and he was extremely efficient, knowledgeable and honest. He fixed the problem at 1/3 of the cost and much more quickly! We now have BOTH shower heads working, NO remodel and Gerald did not damage any of the marble .

Had to cut hole inside downstairs cabinet to access shower that was leaking from upstairs. Ben Aquilar cut as small a hole as possible to access the leaking pipe and was able to fix the leak in a way that is better than originally plumbed by the builder. He handled the job with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. I would recommend Ben and use him again!

Jorge was prompt and very professional. Furthermore, he was able to complete the job quickly and answered all my questions.

I was gone over the weekend, and my teenage boys clogged up one of the toilets. Despite my best efforts I could not successfully talk them through the un-clogging process. When I got home, it was a horrible mess. My wife noticed other the other toilet was having problems as well. Called Reddi Services late in the day, and about 2 hours later Bryant arrived. He ensured the main line was not clogged since we had more than 1 toilet with apparent problems. Then he un-stopped the toilet and cleaned it up nicely. Very responsive, extremely professional from initial contact all the way through to the end. Highly recommend, and I will use them again whenever we need help with plumbing.

Pepe from Reddi did a plumbing inspection last week for us. We knew we had 2 leak issues but didn't realize that because the faucets were Moen products, we needed to get the parts from them as they have a lifetime warrantee. Pepe told us how to contact Moen to obtain the parts and they arrived in 2 days. We did have an issue with the garbage disposal and Pepe fixed that on the first visit. We requested Pepe be assigned again for the installation of the Moen replacement parts as he is not only an excellent plumber and very professional but a really nice guy! We called Reddi on Friday and Pepe was here on Monday. Great service from a great employee. Would definitely use Reddi for future plumbing needs and would request Pepe.

I called Jan Ashford Plumbing (whom we've used in the past and is now under the Reddi Services umbrella) at 9 am about a plugged shower drain. They said they could have someone out between 1 and 3pm that day. I arrived at 1:05 and Ben Aguilar was waiting patiently. He took care of the problem within 20 minutes. He was very professional and friendly. I would not hesitate to use his and Jan Ashford Plumbing/Reddi Services again.

Jorge Prieto-Moran was very pleasant and was exceptional in explain what he was going to do. Then he performed the tasks efficiently.

We discovered a leak at the shut off valve which is next to our driveway on 3/23/16. We called Epcor (our water company) and they sent a plumber to our home on 3/25/16. The Epcor plumber said the leak was on our side of the meter, and was our responsibility to repair. We called several plumbers in our area, culled from Angie's List. Reddi Services was the only company who could have a plumber come to our home and evaluate the situation that same day. Gerald S. arrived promptly, and professionally determined that an underground detection service was needed to determine the depth and direction of the water pipe, as well as the material of which it was made (copper or PVC) He recommended a company, and the work was completed on 3/28/16. The technician telephoned the results to Gerald, and that afternoon Gerald came to our home and explained that he could make the repair by removing the old copper pipe and installing new copper pipe by threading it underground. This was good news, as it did not require that our concrete driveway be broken to access the pipe and then concrete re-poured - which would add cost to the job. Gerald completed the work on the morning of 3/29/2016. The work-site was cleaned completely - no trace of the repair is evident in our front yard or driveway. We paid $1350.00 for the repair, which while not cheap, we felt was it a fair price for the expertise, materials and work involved. We would recommend Reddi Services and specifically, Gerald S., to friends and family needing plumbing work and not hesitate to call ourselves again if we encounter plumbing problems in the future.

I just moved into a new house last night, went to take a nice warm shower after a long day of work, and noticed the hot water pressure was very low and not very hot at all. Went to the garage to check it out, and the water heater was running fine. Figured since there wasn't much water pressure, the water valve at the top must've been closed because the previous owners did annoying crap like that to their house. I had my boyfriend try to mess with it, and the pressure was the same. So, I did what any normal first time home buyer would do...I panicked! I shut off the water heater (YouTube is awesome by the way!) then went to bed because it was past midnight. The next morning, I called a few services but most were either closed or couldn't schedule us in until I called Reddi Services. Within an hour or two, they had someone over! Frank Mata was awesome! He pointed out to me that it was probably the 3/4" water valve (Knob) that was causing the problem since the water heater was brand new, and replaced it with a new 3/4" ball valve (Lever). Apparently, the previous valve was completely broken so no matter how many times I would turn the knob, it wouldn't have done a thing. After that fix, everything worked (YAY!) and he checked out all of the plumbing in the house, and it looked good, old (like original plumbing old), but it was good. Frank was cheerful, friendly, and was very helpful when I asked him a bunch of questions because I'm a n00b when it comes to owning a house. He also even showed me what to do if there was ever a leak or a problem with my water heater in the future. How awesome is that!!! I had to write a review because he did a great job, explained EVERYTHING he did which is what I liked, and saved the day! In an hour or so, I'm looking forward to a nice shower to relax before I get unpacking and cleaning. TL;DR If you're first time home buyer or someone who wants honest answers and great quality service, call this company and have them help you out! I highly recommend asking for Frank Mata!

Quick and easy. I call them at 9am on a Saturday. By 11am Benjamin Aguilar was working on the drain. It took about 20 minutes to clear out the space under the kitchen sink, disassemble the pipes, and snake out the drain. Benjamin was extremely polite and respectful of my house. He cleaned up after his work and put everything back so I wouldn't even notice that work had been done. He told me up front it would be $120. I needed the work done and it's a weekend, so I'm completely willing to pay the price but on an hourly basis it's a little bit high, I guess.

The sink in my master bathroom was draining very slowly and I couldn't fix the problem myself. Reddi Services sent Jorge Prieto-Moran to my house within a couple hours of my call even though there was no emergency. Jorge fixed the problem and noted that sometime in the future I would likely need at a future date to replace 2 valves and 2 water lines as they appeared to be very old (they were the original ones from 30 years ago). I decided to have the work done right then rather than wait although there was no pressure to do so. During the visit I also had Jorge look at the shower/bath in the guest bathroom as the handles no longer functioned. Jorge replaced the single handle faucet cartridge and tub shower handle. During this process, Jorge noticed that the sliding glass door was not properly installed and informed me that this was dangerous as the panel could easily fall and break. I was aware of the situation but had not been able to fix it myself. At no extra charge, Jorge relocated the glass panel so that it was firmly anchored both at the top and bottom and was no longer in danger of falling and breaking. I found Jorge to be extremely professional, willingly to explain everything that he was doing to me in clear terms, and very competent. He took pains to clean up the work area after he was done and I was very satisfied with the job he performed. I have used ReddiServices before and have found all of the workers to be "quality people." Jorge certainly was. I will continue to use ReddiServices for any plumbing issues I have.

Frank Mata arrived on time and quickly got to work replacing the part. He explained why the toilet was not flushing correctly and offered options to fix it. I appreciated his professionalism and how quickly he completed the job.

We recently had a problem with a leak underneath our kitchen sink that we were unable to locate. We called Reddi Services to schedule a plumber, stipulating that the technician not come until after 3:00 PM; we were told that we would receive a call at 3:00 PM to let us know when someone would be here. At exactly 3:00 PM (as we’d been told), we got a call telling us that someone would be at our house within thirty minutes -- Ben Aguilar arrived less than thirty minutes later, and within a minute or two discovered a small leak in the flexible water supply line that runs inside the faucet for the sprayer. Though his company doesn’t sell the brand of faucet we had, Ben said that he was on-call that evening and would come back and install a replacement that day if we would go to a local retailer, purchase one, and then call him (he gave us his business card). Less than an hour later we were home with a replacement faucet, called Ben, and true to his word, he came back about thirty minutes later and installed the replacement faucet (which only took a very few minutes to install and test). Ben was professional (he knew what to do and got right to work), yet he was also courteous and friendly. We would be happy to have Ben again in the future.

Specialist Benjamin Aguilar, was here within 45 mins. He had the problem fixed within 15 mins. Amazing.

We signed up for Reddi Services Big Deal for water heater flush and plumbing inspection for the home we just purchased. I was called within the hour to schedule service. The technician, Benjamin Aguilar, was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. It turned out that we have 9 bad valves and 4 supply lines that need to be replaced. We will be scheduling the work (very reasonable price) in April and will be requesting Benjamin Aguilar again. He also quoted me a price to replace out toilets with water saver ADA toilets. Highly recommend.

It went very well. Service was provided as scheduled and in a very professional manner. Our kitchen drain has worked very well and we have not had any problems since service was performed.

Stoppage was quite far down the drain as my 6 foot snake would not clear it. Jorge ran a serious power snake thru a back wall clean out and got it unplugged and cleaned after some significant effort. when we went to put the under sink trap back on (that I had previously removed) we found that the garbage disposal has numerous cracks in the housing that were drip leaking. he offered to replace the disposal and had one with him in truck. The service was great and the technician was the best part i.e. very personable and knowledgable
