Chris G provided excellent, timely and professional service. He answered my questions courteously and pointed out future issues with explanations on how to resolve. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. You need more technicians like Chris G. He gives a good image to your business.

Bryant and Marco arrived promptly (before the time specified even) and quickly assessed the problem and what needed to be done to correct the situation. They found the clean-out in the front yard, opened it and ran a snake through the line to clear the stoppage. They then ran a line to the city sewer to make sure that was clear also. Bryant made sure the toilets were flushing properly and the job was completed in a half-hour or so.

Benjamin Aguilar was prompt and efficient. He was very responsible, reliable and worked out our problems in a timely fashion. I would not hesitate calling Reddi Services, Benjamin for future plumbing work. Thank you!

What a great experience we had with Gerald our technician. He was timely, thoughtful and so experienced in his trade. He was able to teach us things that would save us headaches in the future from suggestions on our washer to maintaining our pipes as well as how to avoid future repairs. Great experience

Benjamin Aguilar is amazing! He came and pinpointed the problem and quoted me a very reasonable rate. He was fast, efficient, and was extremely nice! I will be quick to recommend him in the future. I have been out of work for awhile and money is tight. I am so happy he did the job for the price quoted. Great work!!!

Gerald did a fantastic job of diagnosing and fixing our problem. He determined that a diverter valve was defective and was on the phone with the manufacturer to explain the problem and get a replacement. He installed the new one and the problem was still there. He further analyzed all other options, and again asked for another valve, which fixed the problem. He made numerous trips, dealt with the manufacturer on our behalf, and correctly determined that both replacement items were defective. He was very thorough, persistent, and patient; you can't find a better plumber.

I think he did a wonderful job! his name was Gerald, he was nice, he was neat, nice, careful, I can't say anything but praise for him!

Very well. Benjamine Aguilar who did the work was thorough and professional. He was able to make a recommendation for a toilet that would work better for my particular need.

Jorge and I had trouble finding where the shut-off for that particular spot was located. He ended up having to shut off a main line out by the street. After that, he did the replacements very quickly...which was good since residents didn't know the water was going to be turned off!

Gerald did a fantastic job. I've had other plumbers here before to try to nail down the problem and none could. I thought it was the septic, but in fact it was decay in my drains. He was very thorough and went through every single drain and cleaned them out and instructed me on maintaining them. In addition, he was clever enough to also check my washing machine drain, that had a coin filter, which I never knew and was not in their user guide! It too had accumulation and decay as it had never been cleaned out cause I never knew about it. Gerald did also check the septic, but it was all fine. I reserved judgement til a month or so after the service had passed, to ensure this really was the problem, although he ensured me it was. He was correct and it has all been great since then. He was also very timely, professional, etc. I couldn't have asked for anything else.

Because of the previous positive experiences I’ve had with ReddiServices, I again called them when multiple plumbing problems suddenly came up at my house -- once again the technician they sent, Pepe Munoz this time, was on time, was courteous, friendly, and very professional (knowing exactly what to do to repair each issue). It was nice, too, that he came out with a well-equipped truck – other companies I’ve used in the past have sent plumbers who had to either call their home offices to have parts brought out to them, or else go back to their shops to get things, yet despite the variety of problems Pepe had to resolve for me, he had the needed parts handy, which of course, expedited the repairs. Pepe is a great technician, and ReddiServices is a good company.

Jorge, aka Speedy Gonzalez, was punctual, evaluated the situation and got right to work to clear the blockage. He was very professional, friendly and educated us on the situation. He pulled up the toilet and replaced the wax ring and sealed it with caulk. I am very happy with the quality of work, cleanliness and how efficiently Jorge saved the day.

I had a large leak coming from an unknown source in my kitchen and pantry area - water was dripping from the ceiling and getting everywhere. I checked Angie's list for a plumber and chose Reddi Services. I called and they had a service technician to my house within a couple of hours (on a Saturday). He was friendly and was able to diagnose the problem quickly and repair it on the spot. He was even able to recommend someone to me that would be able to repair the water damage. I am very impressed with how quickly and easily they were able to provide service. Will definitely use again in the future.

Jorge showed up right on time (at the beginning of the 2 hour window). He was extremely professional and courteous. This was the second attempt to get the drain cleared (a different company couldn't get it with the equipment they had) so I was talking with him the entire time he was working. He proceeded to find the clog and cleared it and had me run hot water to completely clear the line. He suspected there was a "belly" or flat spot in the line near the main sewer connection. Jose the video technician arrived then and verified exactly what Jorge had said. He was great and marked the spots on the street where the flat (water filled) spot started and ended. And I got a copy of the video's via email the next day. Couldn't be more happy with REDDIServices.

I called last week to get appointment to get estimate of cost to install point of use water heater. I had softball day set as appointment, company person said how about between 10-12:00 pm to give me time. Yesterday I get a call from woman from the company at 10:30 am asking if they can send someone out to complete repairs ? I said appointment set for 10-12:00 time period was set for "estimate". Then I get a call from who I think was man I set up appointment with asking why did I call the office, what?Then I get call from repair person and had to explain it was only for estimate. He then realizes and says he can be here by 12:30-12:45 so I said no since I was ready for 2 hours as set. Reddi Services might do great work but I'll never know because "there running all over the place so busy". So if you use I hope you catch them when not so busy.

I called Reddi Services on a Friday afternoon to take a look at a broken Vacuum Pressure Breaker on my exterior water supply. They came out within a few hours and quoted me a price to fix the problem. There was no charge for the initial consultation. I called the next morning (Saturday) to schedule same day service and was told that a technician would phone me within 30-45 minutes of arrival. There was no additional charge for Saturday service. Frank Mata arrived in the time frame I was given and gave me the same assessment as the previous technician. When we confirmed that I wanted to do the work, he quickly went to locate the part for the repair. Within an hour, the problem was fixed and my sprinklers were up and running again. Frank was courteous, helpful, friendly, professional and very capable! I paid exactly what I was quoted with no surprises. I would happily have him back or anyone from Reddi Services to work on any plumbing issue I have in the future. Five stars!!!

When I called, they could see me same day, but I scheduled it on my next day off. I was given a two hour (8-10 am) arrival window, yet Jorge showed up exactly at 8 am. Normally companies arrive at the end or later than agreed time. Jorge Prieto-Moran was polite, looked over the two toilets I was having problems with and priced out the work within 15 minutes. The price was reasonable and he was even willing to let me see the whole work process and explained the steps so I could determine what needs to be replaced in the future. He cleaned up after the work was done and explained the warrantee to me. I found him to be the easiest and reasonable service repair person I have ever worked had. I plan to ask for him by name for any future plumbing needs.

Gerald Schulz came out, and what a stand-up guy. Arrived same day of call, found and fixed my broken water pipe at a price that was fair. Most importantly, he was genuinely knowledgeable and cared about his work. I've found my plumber for Arizona.

They had someone out within half an hour! Tom Allen was the tech, he quickly isolated the drain problem, snaked it out and had the job done and cleaned up within half an hour, Fair price, honored coupon without question and was very professional and knowledgeable.

We are so happy with the work that Benjamin Aguilar from Reddi Services did at our house. Our kitchen sink was stopped up and we were trying to leave for a trip. Reddi Services sent Ben out on the same day. He solved the problem quickly and efficiently. He also repaired a leaky dishwasher hose and outdoor faucet while he was here. Could not be happier.

One sink was installed with a dripping P trap unacceptable. Both sinks had stopper control rods binding underneath unacceptable. Standard bathtub spout was not available surprising . Overall repair time (6 hours) seemed longer than needed disappointed. Repairman was pleasant and helpful.

Pepe was great, very patient with my obvious lack of mechanical knowledge. He relit the water heater pilot after-hours when storm water extinguished it and explained what I needed to do to avoid future water permeation. He even showed up earlier than the initial time frame.
